Headline says it all. The EyeSight system isn't superior to anything else I've seen. The infotainment system is the worst I've ever seen or used in a car - constantly freezes or glitches. The AWD is amazing.
Max, Tim, and Marcin really helped make my first car buying experience easy and relaxed. The dealership had great options for me and I ended up with a car that I really enjoy.

Didn't want a larger car or SUV. This Legacy Sport holds a lot and rides SO much nicer. Is also quieter than SUV. Price is great for quality of car. Had a Subaru Legacy previously and drove it over 200,000 miles.
I was looking for a specific car online for awhile, and reached out by email to the dealership. I got a response right away and set up a test drive. Even though I didn’t have my own financing readily available. Max worked with his finance manager to make sure I would be able to take the car home that night. The car I bought was not brand new, or expensive by any standards. Max treated me respectfully at every part of the transaction, which has not been my experience other places!

We have only had the car for a short while, but we love it. It is equipped with everything on it, and it is a joy to drive. Roomy and comfortable. Terrific trunk space you can get all your luggage in it with no problem. Feels solid and safe while driving long distances.
I live in Madison, WI and love my Honda. Was skeptical at first about Subaru, was recommended that I take a look at a Crosstrek. Found a great deal on a used model and worked with Max A. He was very knowledgeable about the brand, wasn't pushy and truly earned my business. Had 2 other cars to look at but decided to purchase this one.
3rd Subaru and counting. Coolest one yet!

This new Legacy Sport is what you need! Styling to look better than what you've seen on the roads. All wheel drive to get you anywhere in any weather. The interior in the Sport level is very detail minded. Colors, accents, fit and feel. I would tell anyone who's thinking about one, go try it. You'll buy it.
Salesman Robert was very knowledgeable, he answered all the questions we had, it’s really to early to rate this car dealer, we’ve been there only once. We did like the fact that Robert followed up with us the following week, so we were satisfied with his service.
I build my 2018 Outback on TrueCar and received few offers from dealerships in the area. Napleton's offer was the lowest and since we leave 2 miles away from their lot, I got in touch with their internet sales representative to arrange for a test drive. Charles was great from the beginning and very easy to work with. We were not in a hurry to buy, but he gave us a pretty good offer and we decided to go for it. The buying process was quick and straightforward. Charles and the financial manager George both made sure that we understood all details on the contract and stayed past closing time to complete the sale. Special thanks to Mr. Chris Napleton for giving us the keys to our new vehicle in person and welcoming us to the "Napleton family".
We are very happy with our purchase and will definitely recommend Napleton Subaru to anyone looking for a great deal on new or used vehicle!

Imprecise steering, especially bad at highway speeds, needs constant correction. Stiff, at times jarring ride around town. Awful entertainment system, radio and navigation cannot be turned off only turned down until car is restarted. Ready to cancel lease and walk away from $3000 down payment less than 2 months into lease.
In our first car-buying experience we worked with one of the salesmen at Grand, Andrew Jennings, who made the whole process a breeze. Working with Andrew felt like hanging out with your friend who just happens to sell and know a lot about cars. We played fooseball, we were treated kindly, and we walked out feeling very happy about our purchase. Thanks, Grand, and thanks, Andrew!
Solid car. A few things I need to get used to but

The streering assist takes some getting used to. Also the smart cruise control again needs time to get used to. Lane assist is also another safety feature that can startle you a little till you get used to it. The vehicle it’s self seems well made and solid. I haven’t got enough time in it yet to really comment on the reliability.

I woke up on 12/1/2018 in Minneapolis with a thought. I know the car my wife wants is at a dealership in Chicago. No dealership in Minnesota has exactly what we want. What if Grand Subaru has a fair price and the cost of a plane ticket is not too high either? I talked to Jeff Schade at Grand Subaru and told him I was from out of town. I am sure he put his best foot forward knowing that flying in that day and driving 7 hours and 400 miles back home needed a justified price/reason. He gave me a first price that was a great price and better than all the other shady car sales persons I had talked to in Minnesota. All I had to say was "okay. We are ready to do this." I then booked a one way flight on points out of MSP for 90 minutes later. Naturally I had some apprehensions about hopping on a one way flight and putting myself in a very week handed scenario with a car dealer. Jeff sent a Purchase Agreement and reassured me that he was being honest about the price. When I showed up, Jeff was a true man to his word. The transaction was exactly what was promised and I was on my way driving back to Minneapolis through a snow storm that a Subaru had no issues with!

This car is a great car for comfort, style, safety and reliability. The ride is smooth and the gas millage is good around the town or on the highway.
Usual stellar performance! I had no problems scheduling and the maitainence was preformed without any problems. Clean facilities, helpful staff, car was returned clean and ready to go...

I would give this car a much higher rating but for one FATAL flaw--adults cannot fit in the back seat. the sides slope so far in where they meet the roof that no adult of any significant height can sit back there. my daughter is only 5'10" but her head hits the roof in back unless she tilts her head toward the middle. such a STUPID mistake. i wish i had test driven it with someone in the back seat. i would NOT have bought it. now it's only good for two adults in front and children in back.
Great experience. Low pressure. Straight forward. Our salesperson, Herbie, was delightful to work with. Purchased the Ascent. Financing was simple and they took our $500 loyalty coupon right away. Absolutely no drama in process.

I use to own a 1994 Subaru Legacy but lost it in a car accident. The car was totaled but all passengers were in fact! Safety is priority in these vehicles . After 18 years I was able to buy another Legacy. They are beautifully made, safe, reliable, and stylish! What more can you ask for?!?
Was looking to finance a use vehicle. I was having trouble looking into other places as I felt they didn’t really take the time to let me decide. It was more of a you should check out this car situation. A friend recommended me this place and I got to say they where really patient and cooperative. I really like to look into what I’m purchasing and by the end of me signing the last document. I felt good knowing I left with something I wanted.
Started looking in Sept and found the inventory of the year , make, and model that I wanted going quickly. Was happy to find one at Evanston Subaru and not only did Herbie answer all of my questions, but he brought to my attention that their was a special interest rate available which was a significant factor in my buying decision as well. Very happy with my new car and the service received from all.
The service attitude is great and very patient. I was buying a Subaru WRX. My friend who came with me also want to try it out even before I decided to buy the car, and they agreed, really nice attitude.
