I was looking for a specific car online for awhile, and reached out by email to the dealership. I got a response right away and set up a test drive. Even though I didn’t have my own financing readily available. Max worked with his finance manager to make sure I would be able to take the car home that night. The car I bought was not brand new, or expensive by any standards. Max treated me respectfully at every part of the transaction, which has not been my experience other places!
I live in Madison, WI and love my Honda. Was skeptical at first about Subaru, was recommended that I take a look at a Crosstrek. Found a great deal on a used model and worked with Max A. I build my 2018 Outback on TrueCar and received few offers from dealerships in the area. Napleton's offer was the lowest and since we leave 2 miles away from their lot, I got in touch with their internet sales representative to arrange for a test drive. Charles was great from the beginning and very easy to work with. We were not in a hurry to buy, but he gave us a pretty good offer and we decided to go for it. The buying process was quick and straightforward. Charles and the financial manager George both made sure that we understood all details on the contract and stayed past closing time to complete the sale. Special thanks to Mr. Chris Napleton for giving us the keys to our new vehicle in person and welcoming us to the "Napleton family".

I woke up on 12/1/2018 in Minneapolis with a thought. I know the car my wife wants is at a dealership in Chicago. No dealership in Minnesota has exactly what we want. What if Grand Subaru has a fair price and the cost of a plane ticket is not too high either? I talked to Jeff Schade at Grand Subaru and told him I was from out of town. I am sure he put his best foot forward knowing that flying in that day and driving 7 hours and 400 miles back home needed a justified price/reason. He gave me a first price that was a great price and better than all the other shady car sales persons I had talked to in Minnesota. All I had to say was "okay. We are ready to do this." I then booked a one way flight on points out of MSP for 90 minutes later. Naturally I had some apprehensions about hopping on a one way flight and putting myself in a very week handed scenario with a car dealer. Jeff sent a Purchase Agreement and reassured me that he was being honest about the price. When I showed up, Jeff was a true man to his word. The transaction was exactly what was promised and I was on my way driving back to Minneapolis through a snow storm that a Subaru had no issues with!
I have taken my 2006 Range Rover to Howard Orloff dealer on several occasions and received great customer service from Ikram but the mechanics are careless and don't pay attention to detail. My truck was there for almost 2 months, only to receive it back with the engine cover in my trunk. I had to place it back on the engine myself and after taking my truck back in to address some sensors. I asked Ikram to make sure the mechanics mount my engine cover from the previous visit. I received my truck on yesterday afternoon and last night took a look under the hood, only to find the cover had not been mounted. I shouldn't have to go under the hood to verify that work has been done. Careless!
