Took my 2016 Legacy in for a couple of warranty items -- Radio firmware update and Trunk support struts. The new trunk supports made a BIG difference. Radio still unable to connect to 'Mirrorlink' but Dan and the other tech are still researching the problem. Dan kept me well informed of the progress and returned several times to the waiting area to ask follow-up questions about the problem I had.
I have to say up front that I’m not a fan of the number of emails and phone calls after a visit to just look. When it comes time to buy though, they make it easy. This was my second Suby purchase from LHM, and it was just as great as the first. Thanks Mike and Dustin!
Beautiful showroom that delivered in every way! Troy, my sales rep, was so easy to work with; easy to talk to and no pressure at all. I test drove a model that had more added than I needed and when I returned to the dealer he had my perfect model waiting for me! How could I not buy it??!! The financing office was a breeze to work with and I enjoyed talking to him and everything was seamless. I haven’t bought a car for a very long time and this is my first Subaru. I highly recommend Larry Miller’s dealership and the Subaru Forrester is a beautiful car!!

After 2 years of service at Brunswick Auto Mart it was time to replace our 2012 Toy Sienna. I was guided through the process by Dominic Diliberto. He made the time available for me prior to the official opening of the sales department and met with me again for test drives. We bought a 2018 Toy Sienna XLE. He made sure the car was ready to go and had been prepped to our expectations. The deal was signed and delivered by Teri Mateo the Sales Manager. We received a great offer for our trade and were shown several ways to finance the deal. She is one of the best informed Sales Managers I've dealt with in 50 years of buying cars. James Callender met us and guided us through the process of selecting a Forester. Then, he kept us posted as the car we specially ordered was prepared and shipped to Ganley. When the day of delivery came, James and Jim in finance efficiently processed our purchase, and I was off...very excited to have my comfy Subaru! I love the feel and the visibility it allows while driving. A big hit, al in all.
My car has so much damage that I thought the Insurance company was going to total it, so I inquired about a car on your lot. The salesman called me and I explained that we had not settled the case and he was very nice and asked if I would like to come and drive it and I told him I would but wanted to wait until I reached a settlement. He wasnt so pushy that he made me want to turn away. I was thankful for that.
Wonderful experience. Aaron and Darren helped us get a better deal when trading in our lease vehicle and got us in a newer Honda Certified C-RV. We love our new ride! Great environment, awesome lounge and great people!
This is our third Subaru, purchased through Harry. I think that says a great deal about this person. If we didn't feel like we were being treated fairly, we would have never purchased the first one. We love the car, but that is only half the story. The dealership is like a family member to us. The people in the sales, service and parts departments are first class. I am always treated as if I am their most important task for the day, and they do everything in their power to accommodate me and my request. They are good at providing advice, but not before they listen and understand what it actually is that I am requesting. As I tell everyone, they treat me like family.
