This car has exceeded my expectations. The 3.6 engine is definitely worth the extra cost. I have exceeded the epa estimates for mpg. I f you live were it snows and want a comfortable and powerful midsize car. Definitely consider a legacy.
I was interested in a car at LCM. When I got there Barry gave me the key and a plate.
I asked him to figure out the total while I was test driving. When I came back I liked the car and the price, so I bought it. Couldn't have been easier.

I'm 6'5 tall and this car fits me well. plenty of leg and head room. I love the gas mileage and the heated seats. this will be my first winter with the car so it will be interesting to see how it drives in Buffalo winters.
I arranged the deal for my 2018 Forester on-line as I live 7 hours away in West Virginia. I first found the vehicle I wanted and was then swept away by the ease with which the deal was made...and it was a GREAT deal or I wouldn't have traveled 7 hours and paid for a motel and rental car to take ownership. My salesperson, David Saint, did everything I would try to do for my customers if I had his job. The general manager introduced himself to me and asked if there was anything he could do; he also gave me a dealership gift. My experiences at other dealerships have not been this pleasant. I was made to feel that I am more important than my money and I like that very much.
Went to Ciocca knowing we wanted a new Forester. Milton Obando saw that we got the Forester we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. They did not have the car in the color we wanted on the lot, but he reserved one from their incoming inventory. When it did come in he even sent me pictures. He also gave us a tour of the facility so we'd be familiar with the service dept, etc. Also thanks to Drew in the financial department as he customized an extended coverage package for us and Gigi who did the 2 week post purchase review. I would definitely recommend Ciocca and Milton.

Glad I got the 6 cylinder limited. Plenty of power. I am impressed with the overall quality of the vehicle as well as the safety features.
This was our first time visiting a Ciocca dealership looking for a used Subaru Forester. We were greeted at the door and although it was an extremely busy Saturday afternoon, Kevin Acevedo immediately helped us. We felt comfortable with him and turned out buying a Subaru Crosstrek instead. Kevin turned us over to Ben Walsh in Finance and he did an equally great job. Overall terrific experience.

My family are satisfied with the performance and comfort of the 2019 Subaru Legacy thus far.
It has the features and standard performance taht we are looking for.
Had to take my Subaru in for an airbag recall. First time I called to schedule, I was told upfront there were no loaners available in next 2 weeks due to so many responding to recall. So I scheduled out 4 weeks ahead, relating to the woman that due to my unusual work schedule, it would be impossible for me to rely on their shuttle service, which would not be operational when I would be able to pick up my car.
The day before my scheduled appointment, I get a call back from the same woman, who tells me that they can not offer me a loaner afterall but would be happy to schedule the shuttle service with me. I again try to explain to her that my work schedule does not jive with the hours of their shuttle service, and it wasn't an option for me to end up stranded at work without transportation. She either couldn't or wouldn't comprehend what I was telling her. And she gave me another run around about getting a loaner.
I still haven't had my airbag replaced and I'm going to call another dealer tomorrow. I'm willing to schedule around the realistic consideration that Colonial doesn't have enough loaners to offer more than a certain number every day. But they apparently aren't willing to work with me and my pain-in-the-butt schedule. But they sure are willing to send me endless emails and postal mail requests to trade up my vehicle.

this is out fourth Subaru. we have one legacy, one forester, and one outback. I just don't know why anyone would drive anything else living in the northeast.
Definitely the best experience I???ve had buying a car from a dealer. I found my truck online and went in the next day to check it out. Jordan greeted us as soon as we arrived and was very friendly and professional. They were not pushy and ensured that we got the payments we were comfortable with. Will definitely check them out again during our next car search.

I drive quite distance to work this car is very reliable and comfortable. Great on gas and love that it is all wheel drive especially in our weather.

My salesman, Joe Iucci, took a lot of time with me in setting up my sale and explaining the features on the car. After the purchase process was complete, he sat in the car and showed me/demonstrated all of the cars features. He was extremely helpful! The female finance person, whose name I forgot, was also very helpful.

I was looking for a car to replace my 2008 Mercedes C300. My brother-in-law was impressed by the Subaru. He had just leased a Subaru for his daughter and his son was in the process of also leasing one. He introduced me to the salesman and I took one for a test drive. My requirements were simple. I wanted a 4-wheel drive with all the technology. It also had to have a little pep and good handling. The 2019 Subaru Legacy satisfied all my requirements and it had more room than my Mercedes. They presented me with a very reasonable offer so I bought it. I've had it for a few weeks now and I'm very happy with my decision.
Art was great to work with -- very thorough, always available when I had questions, and really knows his product. The dealership physical plant was very nice. I'd give the whole experience two thumbs up.
Had a great experience prurchasing my 2018 Subaru impreza from Anchor Subaru. We were able to negotiate a price I was happy to pay, that was less than any other dealer in the area. After owning my Subaru for two weeks, someone dented my car in the parking lot, brought in in to see if it could be "poped" out and the dealership was able to get the dent out and did not charge me. I would highly recommed Anchor Subaru to my family and firends.
My wife and I were very grateful to have dealt with Zack at the dealership. He had wonderful insight about the Subaru vehicles and pointed out many strong attributes of each model as-well as Subaru’s brand as a whole. His knowledge about each model I had inquired about had actually shocked me.. seeing as I had tried a few dealerships before here and they were not as descriptive on each models features. Zack was a pleasure to have done business with as wel as this dealership as a whole. Great experience and better customer service!

Safety is key for me living in So Cal and driving freeways every day. The Premium Subi Legacy is a sporty looking, well thought out, safe car that acts like you have a co-pilot with you that’s got your back.
I bought it with safety option 12, which even comes with Starlink, so if you get in trouble help is a button touch away!
The seat has so many adjustments for the driver, that it’s amazing so that you feel it’s a special fit for you. Blind spot detection is larger on the side of the mirror that won’t get lost if the sun is hitting the mirror just the right way.
It’s a comfortable solidly built car that spoils you and gives great performance. I love my drive. The Subi Premium Legacy feels like a tough little machine that will not let you down, like it will give its life for yours if need arises.
Great buying experience! I received excellent customer service from Hilary. She was such a pleasure to work with! She is so knowledgeable and was very helpful, and patient. She found me the perfect car. I’m so happy. This is my 5th Subaru and not my last. This is a great dealership. The service department is also first class. Thank you!

This car provides me the comfort and style I was looking for with the safety features that I demand!
The heated / multi positioning seats and heated mirrors add to the comfort. I love the sleek stylish body and the feel of riding in luxury! There are so many safety features that I would feel negligent driving anything else. Now I can drive my grandchildren and parents with the confidence and security that everyone should be privileged to have.
This is Purchase was a gem! You cannot put a price on safety and security but I will say, I paid less than expected and less than I was willing to pay for that!

Except for Matt, while staff called him a Guru of accessories, he didn't seem to know much if anything, no personality and appeared very bored with his position. Maybe needs a new job, at the unemployment office holding down the floor

This car meets all my expectations. It has a lot of safety features and
gives me great gas mileage. My friends all love this car.
I came here to buy a car well over a year ago now.
When I walked into Future Auto Sales, I was greeted by a salesman who didn't seem like he was pushing to sell me a car, and really wanted to make sure I got the exact car I wanted. Both Jesse and the owner of the dealership, I believe Arthur was his name, are extremely nice and helpful. By the end of the day, I left with my car and felt like I had make a few friends. Furthermore, they've even given me great deals on oil changes, which is great because I live so close by. If you're considering this dealership, I highly recommend it!
