Easiest car buying experience ever. Sheehy offered a fair price upfront that crushed the competition. All fees were disclosed and there were no surprises. They worked diligently to secure the exact vehicle we desired, rather than attempt to push us to buy an on-hand version. Sheehy demonstrated they are not a traditional dealership who always looks for the big kill (roll the consumer). Chris La Porte is an amazing and uncomplicated person. If you want a Subaru, shop the rest to confirm the price, but Sheehy will work to deliver exactly what you want at a fair, extremely competitive price. We will look to use them again.
Is there a reason that people can???t buy volkswagen with cash money but have to finance? At 6% interest , hopefully they didn???t lie to me about paying off early without penalty, I really don???t want to pay over 3000 dollars for finance charges. They emailed me a survey but no follow up, oh well ....we will find out in a couples weeks after BB and T bank contact me .

I went through my Credit Union's TrueCar site to find a new Subaru. Stohlman assigned me to Bernadette through luck of the draw. And what great luck this was! Bernadette was so easy to work with. She provided just the right amount of follow-up, encouragement, and support while I test drove several vehicles and weighed my options. She helped me find the right car for my requirements. It's been a little over a month since I completed my sale, and I'm very pleased with my new car. Thanks to Stohlman and to Bernadette for an awesome car buying experience.
Just purchased a 2018 Subaru WRX STI from Stohlmans. First started working with Alex Yakovlev my sales consultant almost a year ago and couldn't think of going anywhere else! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful (this is the first manual car I've ever owned but have wanted one for a long time). Definitely gave the tips to make driving and ownership that much more enticing. It was an absolute pleasure working with Alex and buying from Stohlman! Bought my Impreza at Paul Brothers in Herndon and have remained a loyal customer thru the changes in ownership. The location in Sterling provides a super-comfortable experience ~ every detail ensures a pleasant wait while the car is being serviced. My husband is also a Subaru owner ~ we both take our cars to Stohlman exclusively. They've always treated us fairly and with respect ~ and the quality of the service is excellent.
I have been using Stohlman Subaru, originally in Herndon and now in Sterling, for years. Recently I went there for oil change, tire rotation, and check brakes due to severe noise. As always, their solution (to the brake problem) was logical, well explained, and reasonably priced. They also found one other problem (a nail in a tire), and while I could have it repaired for free where I purchased the tires, Stohlman's price for this service was so low that I didn't waste time going back to the tire dealer. I will continue to use Stohlman Subaru as long as I have this Forester and will hopefully then have another Subaru and continue here.
Fifth time that I've been to Beyer Subaru since moving to the D.C. area. Absolutely top notch service. I used their express service with no appointment for my $16K service and I t took all of 30 minutes and I was in my way.
I had a great experience with Miguel and the Beyer Subaru team. Miguel was respectful, responsive, and provided excellent customer service. We had our infant with us, and the experience could not have been any better.
We purchased our 2017 Forrester in another state and brought it to Beyer Subaru for its 12 month service. No appointment necessary. I did not meet the service mechanics but Mr Mahla at the front desk was thorough, prompt, professional and pleasant. I was very pleased....AND they washed my pollen laden car! Completely satisfied.

I was able to get a convenient appointment time to get my 2010 Forester inspected. I was happy that in addition to doing the inspection they also checked over the vehicle for fluids, brakes, tire condition, etc. I had an oil change and installed a new battery after a test showed the old one was weak. The service was excellent as usual, with friendly service reps and an okay place to wait in. The price seems very reasonable for the quality you receive.
This is a dealership with professional business people. I was very pleasantly surprised. My entire car buying experience went very smoothly. I am very pleased that I chose this dealership to get my Outback . Both the General Manager Greg Lewis and the sales person James Richards were exceptional.
We came in on Sunday afternoon, knowing which car we wanted to buy. Mr. Jay had us test drive the car, calmly and clearly presented various options, and had us out of the store with our new car within a few hours. The entire operation was smooth, non-loud, and very efficient.
