This is a great vehicle highly above the market advances. It is our seventh Subaru and our third Full size SUV. We find Subaru on the cutting edge in safety and comfort and would recommend it to all. People stop us on lots and gas stations with favorable comments and compliments. Love it!
You never expect to have a great experience at a used car dealership so I was pleasantly surprised when my husband and I visited this dealership. From the moment we walked in, we could tell this experience would be different. Jeff, our salesperson, was extremely knowledgeable about the cars on their lot and after listening to our needs, showed us multiple different options that would fit what we wanted. We definitely put him to work and test drove multiple cars to find the perfect one for us. He made no complaints about warming up cars in the cold weather so we'd be comfortable. Jeff definitely was not a high pressure salesperson and after finally deciding upon a Subaru Outback, gave us a bunch of coaching on its features and even gave us good advice about getting the best deal on car insurance since some insurers offer better rates for driving Subarus. Before we signed the paperwork, he even did a walk-around and checked for any dents, scrapes in the paint or tears in the leather and told us what they would fix or repair. We felt extremely comfortable the whole time and we're glad that we had such a relaxed purchase environment. They also stayed open later than their posted hours just so we could drive home that day in our new-to-us car. Overall, if you're looking for an honest, transparent used car buying experience, I would definitely recommend this dealer and specifically ask to work with Jeff.
I bought a new Mazda CX-3 from Byers Mazda in Columbus, Ohio and had a very positive experience. I worked with their internet sales specialist Atef Behery. He was very responsive to my inquiries and eager to schedule a time for me to take a test drive. Based on my input to him, Atef provided several quotes for lease/purchase options several days before the test drive so I could ponder which would be best for my situation. Upon arriving at the dealership, Atef was very thorough in explaining the vehicle and answered all my questions. As the dealership states on its website, it intends to make the purchase process simple and haggle-free, and it lived up to that goal. This was by far the quickest, smoothest car buying experience I've ever had. Thanks, Atef and Byers Mazda. I look forward to being a repeat customer in the future.
We got lucky when we were introduced to Thomas at Byers Mazda. He made our experience so pleasant and fun. He was professional, patient, personable and incredibly genuine. He answered all of our questions and made the process enjoyable, which we didn???t think was possible. We would recommend that everyone see Thomas if they???re interested in a Mazda. He???s made us life long customers because of the way he treated us. We plan to lease a second car from him ASAP!
I dealt with both Mike O'Brien as the salesperson and John Penza as the finance representative. Both Gentleman were very helpful with answering my questions, giving advice, and recommending the perfect car for me! My buying experience was very comfortable with zero pressure, a lot of fun, and very easy! I highly recommend going to see Mike and John for your next car!
Great team (you do not need a review so you get a pat on the back. This is the downfall of companies. People spend to much time trying to get a 5 that everything else suffers. As I stated the experience was great. However this side of the experience is going downhill. Do your job everyday the best you can, enjoy it or get out. I had narrowed down my vehicle choice to three-one being the 2018 Subaru Outback. I was in the lot when Anthony Vonner came out and I told him I didn???t need any help. Anthony being Anthony replied that he wanted to introduce himself to me in case I had any questions later. Over an hour later of Anthony and me chatting about Subaru I gained an instant friend! I test drove the Outback and the other two vehicles and narrowed it down to my final 2 choices. Anthony introduced me to everyone at Subaru who answered all my questions, and they matched the trade in value of the other dealership. When it came down to it the purchase price for both vehicles was the same. I sincerely chose Subaru because (1) I LOVE the way the car drives and all the features, but most important to me was (2) the relationship I had established w Anthony and the rest of the folks at the dealership. I truly believe they will always be here to help me!

I started thinking about buying a Subaru in December. I met Anthony Vonner and immediately liked him. He was not pushy and very patient. I finally decided to buy a new Forester in July. Anthony emailed me only occasionally to see if I was still interested. I didn't want someone to constantly call etc. and he respected that. I always received a prompt return call when I had a question. Anthony has a great deal of knowledge about the Subaru.
Anthony Vonner alias Tony V. Has personality plus, compassionate, has expertise in being a dynamic car salesman. I instantly felt comfortable with the phone call when I called inquiring about a Subaru Forester. Then when I met him, I was so grateful that I drove about 60 miles hunting for a Subaru. He is funny too and he explained everything about the car when I test drove it. He rode with me to Wells Fargo and Jarrett assisted me signing all those papers after the deal was made. Jarrett was very professional too. I could not pick up my car until the following week and Tony V. brought the Subaru to my NC home! He is a real gem. RK Subaru is extremely fortunate to have such an outstanding gentleman like Anthony Vonner. I will definitely reccomend him to everybody and I just cannot thank him enough!!!
We traded in our Equinox in a new Forrester after meeting Curtis & Alex at the auto show. They were wonderful, positive and helpful without being pushy. Alex took a ton of time to answer all our questions and take us around the lot. He stayed with us through the entire process, even delivered the vehicle to me 2 days later (in the Salem area) and went over every detail of the car to make sure I knew how everything operated. I had a wonderful experience buying my new car at Hansel Subaru. I originally intended to get a used car, but when that didn't fit my needs, it was suggested by salesman Corey McGoldrick that I look at the 2017 Subaru Impreza Hatchback. Not only did that fit my needs perfectly, but it was in the same price range as the used car I originally came in to see. I love my Subaru and since buying it, many, many of my friends and acquaintances have raved about their wonderful experience as a Subaru owner. I'm happy to be in the Subaru family and look forward to many years as a satisfied owner.
