Our experience at Liberty Subaru was, from start to finish, quite fine. Our sales consultant, John Clarke was excellent, indeed. He provided thorough explanations of the various features of our new Forester. Thorough, clear and patient--never rushed or pushy. He didn't just explain the car's features; he took us to the car itself and demonstrated some of these features. For example, the connection to the navigation system. This was reassuring, given all the new technology in the 2025 Forester. It is clear that he is very knowledgeable about the car and because of that knowledge, seems to genuinely like it. A lot! He has an even and warm personality. It was such a pleasure to have him introduce us to our new car!

I had a phenomenal experience at DCH Subaru of Riverside. This was after trying out a few other brands and even a few other Subaru dealerships. We first went to Spreen (San Bernardino Subaru) and while I sppreciated their help with the initial test driving phase, things quickly devolved during the sale process. We next went to DCH Subaru of Riverside and met with George and IMMEDIATELY there was a difference. I gave DCH the same information I gave to Spreen and Ontario Subaru, but DCH was the only one that listened. I told them my limit in dollars and what I was looking for. I felt listened to and taken care of, and my first new car purchase went much better than I thought it would (especially after getting runarounds from other dealerships). It is now about a week later and I am still over the moon with my purchase. I feel I got a fair price and everyone comes away with something. Because of DCH Subaru of Riverside, I am now a proud owner of an Outback and part of the Subaru team. DCH got me as a customer for life...I plan to buy and service all of my cars from DCH. When I picked up my car the next day, George and Michael and Josh handed off to keep things smooth. I cannot say enough good things about the people and my experience. To top it off, George scrounged up some swag to put a smile on my daughters face (as well as my wife) and now our cat is groomed with Subaru brush. If you are interested in a new Subaru, please do yourself the favor of giving DCH Subaru of Riverside a chance. Do your diligence and check Edmunds and KBB for an idea of what is a fair price so you go in informed, then go to DCH and see what they can do for you. Personally, I would recommend this dealership to anyone who will listen. I honestly cannot wait for the first oil change to check out their service department (they are supposed to be just as awesome as sales and finance). I have no problems with the dealership. My mother purchased a Ford Mustang in 2006. This have been the only place it’s ever been for services. The car had a few problems of shutting off on its own twice two consecutive times when it had few hundred miles on it. Had an alternator replaced two years after that. While under warranty paid for it. Fast forward years later by 2013 2016 I had some belts replaced and they were replaced in the wrong manner they were crossed over my water pump hose as I drove it home I saw steam so I took it back up to Mullinax to tell them what the problem was. They said all kinds of fluids damaged the entire engine by spewing out. So it had to be replaced and it would no problem replacing it because it wasn’t my fault a mechanic negligence. So I wasn’t offered a newer engine for my troubles I was offered a used one don’t no how used it was. Probably About 2years from that the heads went out on the used engine. I proceeded to ask why should I pay almost 2,000 for something that shouldn’t be my fault an the engine I have not so old well atleast I thought and I was told that’s the only time they can honor that it will be on them. Of course I feel it should be an I shouldn’t have any type of issues for another 100,000 miles for my car to be an 07 I have about 109,000 miles on it I drive it to keep everything basically flowing and not rust or anything an I do understand somethings will go bad. I’m a dear customer and I tell Plenty of people to shop there if they have or not i put Mullinax up highly. I financially would love to get a truck from Mullinax one day. I have a friend a salesman’s there. Now I have another concern I took my car to be check out at Mullinax a a little time back months ago ,cause something causing my battery to go dead an my wiper motor went out so I purchased a wiper motor an was about to put it in myself but I don’t want to do that if my battery going dead for some odd reason. If I have a Ford an now my car is in the category of being a used car I was told from the service tech the mechanic couldn’t find out the issue. This suppose to be Ford dealing with a Ford vehicle. No recommendation or anything. So I’m stuck on finding a 2nd 3rd party. It shouldn’t be that way.

My experience with Luther Kia of Bloomington (Minnesota) has been positive over several trips to the dealership. They treated me fairly and courteously. I feel they are concerned about my future needs with my 2022 Kia Soul which already has 68,000 miles on it. No major expenditures out of pocket so far with the exception of four new tires and a brake job which are ordinary. Best of all, I don't think the dealership misses anything to check. They're very thorough and bend over backwards to accommodate me, whether than means arranging a Lyft or bringing ina tech for a specific issue. The Service Writers keep me informed all along the way with progress and wait time expectations. I'm very impressed with the way they do things at Luther's Bloomington Kia!
