Bought my car online Dec 2nd, 2015 - no muss, no fuss. 2012 Kia Soul, cream, manual (6 speed ), 34,000 miles. Went up to Atlanta, signed the documents, drove off in my new sweet girl. No problems, no issues with financing, no mechanical stuff...Carvana delivers what they say they will deliver! Look, if you want to haggle or argue, go to a dealership. If ya know what you want (like I did) and you know what you want to pay (like I did), take a real look at Carvana. Personally, I will never go dealership again. And my sweet 2012 Kia Soul? Everything I wanted, and runs like a charm. Love my little Soul sista, and HIGHLY RECCOMEND Carvana!

I really enjoy almost everything about the car. It drives well, good features, good mileage for AWD. I wish the body was not so low to the ground ( easy to scrape on curbs etc ) but I want a sedan and it seems all sedans now are low like this one nowadays.

I???ve been researching the Subaru Outback for some time. Ex-Volvo guy looking for a wagon with the market offering limited options. I had just got out of a BMW 3 series wagon, but it did meet all my requirements; a wagon with ground clearance and a great safety record. That lease was over and I was back in the market for a new car. The VW Alltrack caught my eye, a wagon with some ground clearance. I went on a test drive and soon realized it was not the car for me. I was going to drive home and saw Kennesaw Subaru across the street. I decided to pull in and was greeted by Ralph Kurland. As opposed to a car salesman, he was a Subaru ???aficionado???, and knew the product extremely well. Ralph asked a few basic questions and narrowed down the trim to the 2.5 Limited ??? ???L??? for leather as Ralph said. Before the test drive, Ralph did a quick overview of all the options the car had. During the test drive, Ralph pointed out features that could only be experience while driving. He discussed how some of the safety features in the car were also in the Subies both he and his wife drove. Before the test drive was over, I knew I wanted to buy the car, but did not want to show all my cards. I was ready for the hard negotiation. First, the car did not come with LED headlights standard on the Limited. Ralph soon found it on the lot. Ok, this it, all check marks were checked. Ralph then started the negotiation process. Surprisingly enough, there were no games, tricks or gimmicks. Great financing, and no back and forth with the finance manager. I was happy with the price and the product, and pulled the trigger. To say that I bought the car because of Ralph is an understatement. I???ve bought quite a few cars in my lifetime, but the experience with Ralph has erased years of bad experience with other dealers and car brands. While you may want to buy the car online, it???s worth your while to step into the Kennesaw Subaru dealership to see the product and have Ralph Kurland talk about the car. He???s passionate about the product, the brand, and his job. I now understand why people love Subaru???s ??? I???m a convert.

I was introduced to carvana by a Facebook ad. I really liked what I saw, but the closest vending machine was 600 miles away. I thought they definitely had a great idea, so I thought we'd try. Pretty easy buying process. They were very fair with trade in. Offered about $100 more than local dealer. Their 360 view definitely needs improvement. There were two noted items of damage on their condition analysis. While picking up the vehicle, it was raining and overcast. Once I got the car in the sunlight. There was a lot more notable damage, that wasn't mentioned. Quite a few more very noticeable scratches, chips and dings. Very surprised those weren't noted, but it was a used car so I didn't expect perfection. They really tout their 150 point inspection. My hood doesn't close correctly. I would have thought that would have been corrected. Kind if stinks, I'll have to pay the dealership to correct something that should have been corrected prior to delivery. I would have given only 3 stars for the above mentioned, but their outstanding customer service earned them 4. Their team of customer service reps truly make the buying process enjoyable. I can't say I'd recommend them to friends as we are far away from them, & the few disappointments we experienced. If they keep that high level of service and improve their vehicle condition reporting. This company could really revolutionize the used car industry.

Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

I have shopped for cars in a variety of ways in the past (that CAR place with a MAXimum amount of cars, dealerships, etc...), but I will NEVER go back to those other ways again. This truly was the most transparent way to do business and should be a model of how we can successfully run our own businesses by allowing passionate and knowledgeable people into the correct positions to succeed. Here is our story: We were greeted promptly when we entered the show room. From past experiences, this would have been a dread as often on a car lot, you feel like a meal to the vultures, but they just wished to know what you'd like to do (buy, trade-in, just look around, etc...). They then pair you with a salesperson. We were fortunate enough to have Sam Hackett in sales to help us throughout the process. He educated us in how best to use Off Lease Only so that we get exactly what we set out to find. He showed us the transparency the owners want buyers to have (they provide not only carfax, but a third party company called 360 to let you know about any work done on a vehicle, as well as any accident details that could help make your decision better). He was patient and allowed us plenty of time to view the vehicles with him nearby, but not standing right next to us to eavesdrop like so many past salesmen have done at other companies. He graciously answered all of our questions and for the few he didn't know, he got us contacts to get the answers we sought. Along the process, we also met Chad Wickline, one of the Managers who was courteous and willing to chat for any length of time that we needed. We also met another manager, Gil Amir who sat in the car with us and helped us figure out all the buttons as there have been many advancements added to cars since our last purchase almost a decade ago. Never once did I feel like they were rushed to speak to the next person and we even got to know them as people a little more through the conversations we had. As we are a couple with younger kids, they could relate to what we were asking about due to their own experiences and it made for a very enjoyable overall experience. Our test drive was great! Sam said if we wanted him to, he would ride with us, but if we chose to, we could test drive alone. We loved being able to choose our own options as opposed to feeling as though we were being supervised the entire time. Due to our own timing, we even had to leave before the purchase to pick up our daughter from daycare and they helped us start the paperwork process and then let us go in the middle to complete this task. When we returned, there was Sam ready to say hi and help us reach the finish line. We spoke with Will Huffman in finance who was pleasant and transparent, as well as willing to listen to what we wanted, as opposed to trying to make us do something we didn't feel like signing up for. I could see this process taking some people only an hour or two from start to finish if they know how to use their system properly and know exactly what they want. We required more time than most to make our decision and to complete our extra tasks, but never once did we feel rushed. Sam was with us from 12:30 when we arrived, through 8 pm at night. I know not everyone always believes these reviews are true online, but I assure, this one is. Today they made a lifelong purchaser and client and you better believe I will be letting anyone know that is looking for a car that the best place to start (and finish), is Off Lease Only!

Awesome prices and great experience. Saved thousands and got a better expedition than I was looking at elsewhere. Dale ( poor guy ) was so helpful as I looked at 3 before I saw this one and fell in love with it. Dale was so paitient and calm thru the whole process. He didn't try to sell us the expedition, he tried to make sure it was the right one for our needs . It's crazy until you shop here you won't understand. His words were " buy something that you will be excited to drive not just something to drive " NO PRESSURE . I wouldent title Dale really as a salesman , rather a guide . I know this sounds like BS !! This is my second 2017 I bought here and saved tons of money !! .. just look online before you show up and it's super simple after that . I had been on line shopping for my Bride a Lincoln MKC for awhile - I first noticed Off Lease on Ebay and their prices were better than many others so I went to their Web site and knew that this MKC was a good deal and just what my wife wanted "Crimson Tide Red " with Cappuccino seats., low miles ,lots of gadgets. Got a flight from B'ham to Orlando the next morning at 6 AM . Called my rep Lenin who went out and locked the vehicle , then picked me up at the airport . Lenin had patiently spent a good deal of time on the phone with me late the evening before .He got answers for me of some out of the ordinary request . No pressure from Lenin . Test drove . signed the papers wrote a check . THEN - after returning to the hotel I ran across a problem .Noticed there was a film on the car as if it had a body shop over spray .Drove the MKC back to lot and called for Lenin . He stopped in the middle of his 4 o'clock lunch . Understood the problem , called in the manager, Chad, who carried the car back to the clean up shop . Then after about 30-45 minutes they brought the car back as shinny as it could be,no film as if it had been waxed . Next morning drove the 10 hour trip back home to Tuscaloosa. Told my Bride of 45 years Happy Anniversary . She was VERRRY HAPPY ! .She has been in it most of the day playing with all the features . Lenin is the MAN . The only problem is while your waiting for your wife's new car to be brought up for the test drive you sit across from a line of Corvettes , Mustangs , Jaguars etc. just making you lust !! , but knowing the 1st place I will look when my 98 Firebird has to be put to rest . Legacy issues

I drove this 15 Legacy Premium for a year now, bought it certified used, with 60000 miles on it, I put 20000 in one year and had 3 major brake downs with the car: 1) oil seals were leaking and needed replaced 2) transmission valve body needed replacement Both luckily were covered by warranty 3) starter was loose and needed to be re tighten that was not covered by warranty Other than that the car does give good gas mileage, drives well, and has good features. I’m glad I had the certified used but I can’t imagine buying this car with no warranty

It's a pretty little car. I got the white. It does have excellent outboard visibility which was important to me . The seats are comfortable and I wanted it for the safety ranking, the AWD and the visibility all of which are as promised. It is the smallest car I've had in 40 years but has room for what I need at my age. However it did not get better than 19 mpg city and highway and they had to put a new engine in it. Now it is averaging 24 and can get 32 on the hwy in favorable conditions. I like the heated sets on the lowest setting and am happy to have the back up camera although it is nearly useless after dark-very blurry. I think it accelerates fast enough. I am not happy to not have retained auxiliary power which I thought was standard on something at this price : $26,0000. It is a huge nuisance to have to turn the car back on to close the sunroof or roll a window up or down, The sound system is horribly overcomplicated. Too many unneeded warning indicators which are pretty tiny and take research to figure out.I like the driver info center. I'm getting older and would prefer a car with fewer rather than more features. I had to search hard to find one with a compass , which I still find useful and essential but it is placed-way up in a corner of the rearview mirror. Should be on the dash somewhere to be really useful. The salesforce and the mechanics are very responsive and the car is generally well made. They fixed the engine without complaint. So they get points for that. I just think it is complicated in ways that are not helpful.

I HATE car dealerships! With that being said we had the most amazing buying experience with this dealership! When we first entered the dealership we were quickly greeted by an employee named Kervin (sp?). He was a very nice young man who was new to the auto industry and was polite and professional. After a test drive they quickly appraised our vehicle to see where we were on the numbers. Shortly thereafter we were handed off to Shaun Wilhelmi who spent an entire week helping me sort through multiple vehicles in multiple locations along with coordinating multiple test drives. When I say this man has the patience of a saint I'm not kidding! I am a very high strung, high maintenance buyer and he never once appeared annoyed or frustrated at my constant text messages and phone calls. He even went so far as having a conference call with my husband and myself at 10 pm one night because my husbands work schedule is so hectic! Again he had nothing but a smile in his voice and never once appeared annoyed. He told us multiple times throughout the week that if it takes us a month to find a car that's fine with him because he wanted us to come back and buy from him again! Zero sales pressure! After going back and forth for a week we decided on a 2016 Lexus GX460 with only 2000 miles on it! It came time for financing and there was a bit of confusion regarding our trade in and financing options changed at the 9th hour. I knew the deal was over because it was a very complicated credit matter. I was shocked when after waiting 45 minutes Shaun Wilhelmi came out and said "we got the deal"! Pleasantly surprised the interest rate was 2 points LOWER than initially quoted thanks to the magic powers of the rockstar finance guy Shawn Phillips! Shawn P was also great comedic relief during an otherwise stressful time signing loan papers!!! Last but not lease Danny (sales manager) was very involved in the entire transaction and did everything he could to win our business including a "we owe" for a trailer hitch install on the new SUV. I can't say thank you enough to this fine group of folks. We have spent years working with a dealership down the road but I can tell you from here on out we will only deal with ALM for future purchases and we will tell all of our friends, colleagues and family to do the same! I would totally vote Shaun W. employee of the year!

This was the first car I purchased post-divorce, and I'm not really sure why I had my heart set on a Subaru, except that I had heard they were safe and reliable, and those were most important to me. This was the BEST car ... it performed well in winter, it never, in 13 years, left me stranded anywhere. One time when it needed a new catalytic converter, I felt it was too new for that, and wrote to National Subaru, and they paid 100% for the repair. I hated getting rid of this vehicle, kept it 13 years, but I did not have a garage in all that time, and it was starting to rust. I have since owned a Jetta and a Cruze, and want my next car to be a Subaru. <3 I'm not the kind of person to get attached to cars, but I'm attached to Subaru (their commercials are also great). I'm a believer!

First & last time I will purchase a vehicle from carmax! Sales lady 100% rude ...and impatience! We were the ones spending 20G on a 2014 vehicle ...is it really too much to ask to have some guidance and patience!??? Then, I wait 20+ minutes for service ...and still no answer! Nope! Never again

I like the Legacy and it’s safety features. It was comfortable and roomy. AWD was good in snow and easy to drive. It also has some nice features like the Bluetooth, a CD player and cruise control. Backup camera was also a plus.
