I bought a 2013 Lexus RX350 Black through Brian, Windshield had a scratches, there were some scratches and chips in the front and side of this SUV, so I asked Brian to take care of those and he did. Also it had a small oil leak on the bottom, so I asked Brian, he told me to take it to dealer and he also paid for it too. Overall service from before and after the transaction is excellent, very happy customer.

For a preowned auto dealership i was amazed at the beautiful facility. The staff goes out of their way to be certain you are comfortable and then they ask you what your perfect vehicle would be. Once the questions are answered they go out into their giant inventory and find exactly what you need. Brian Lux & Allen Henry are awesome and welcome me every time i come in like i am family. I have brought many friends and family there and all of them are so happy with their vehicles because the best car deal doesnt mean cheapest price. Paying a few hundred more for a truck that is in perfect running condition and is a local one owner is a far better deal than payin a couple thousand less for a Canadian, who knows how many owners, that is rusted through. I am a customer forever!!

I drove to Gresham from Tigard to see a 2004 saab the had listed on CL and was approached br Brian Lux not only was he helpful but he pointed out several things that would need fixing on the car .. all minor ... he was reasonable in the price negotiations and made sure i was comfortable with the sale ... love the car got the items fixed at my saab mech for less than he discounted it .Would go back if i needed another car.

I made an inquiry online and got a call back from Shannon but was busy and kept getting call backs from other salesmen. The last caller was Braden so I settled with him as my representative. Braden convinced me to purchase used 2013 Honda Fit with an excellent exterior/interior. Before purchase I was going to take it for a $200 pre-inspection at the Honda dealership down the road but the salesman Braden assured that nothing is wrong with it mechanically. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, he seems like a honest dude but that???s their job I suppose. Anyway, they offer 3,000 miles or 60 day warranty that covers 100% of any repairs. It was hard to one up this dealership, I didn???t get the price point I wanted but I got the KBB fair market value price. Braden also threw in a coffee mug and a hat to make me feel like I left something more LOL. After agreeing to price point, I met with their finance manager, nice man and easy to talk too. Didn???t give off the ???better than you??? vibe. I think his name is Timothy? Not sure but bald head. I felt like most of the staff at this dealership were friendly. I would buy again from them.

Luis provided exceptional service and we saved thousands off retail price. Not only that, they beat the Carmax interest rate by almost 10% so the payment went from $600s to $400s range. That's huge saving, especially when you add the fact it was around $4,000 cheaper than any other car lot for comparable Mazda vehicles...but the cherry on top was the tinted windows, wheels, Bose speakers, and the fact it only has 11k miles on it, while the other more expensive vehicles at Carmax had almost double the mileage as well as being more expensive. Long story short, Luis, Doug, and the team at Royal Moore are the best and I highly recommend them to everyone who values service and savings.

In summary - If you are in the market to buy a new car ONLY by from Wilsonville Subaru!! A few weeks ago my wife, Jesseca, and I visited Wilsonville Subaru to look at some 2019 Ascents and Foresters. Upon entering the dealership showroom we were greeted by Brent Venishel. Brent came across as professional, well spoken and very personable! (i.e. no creepy salesperson vibes) In two minutes or less Brent asked us how we were, gave us the Wilsonville Subaru "One Person, One Price, No Bull" spiel, pointed us towards the inventory of cars that we were interested in and set us on our merry window shopping tire kicking way. My wife and I are educated buyers and we know what we like when we see it. At no point during our stroll through the lot inventory did we feel pursued on spied on. It was a great no pressure situation. After seeing the selection that W.S. had to offer we thanked Brent for his time, left the dealership and went home to discuss our options. About a week later we scheduled a 9:00 am follow up appointment, thanks Jeremy Warram, with our salesperson Brent. We arrived to the dealership a little early and Brent was already standing by waiting on our arrival. (he even had the Forester that we were interested in prewashed and sitting pretty) Quick not quick side note - we were only in the market to buy a new car as a result of a no fault accident where our previous vehicle was totaled. My wife was still feeling the negative effects of the accident and during our two visits to the dealership Brent could not have been more accommodating. I will not go into much more detail but the dealership and Brent went out of their way to ensure her comfort. It was truly incredible. As a consumer I have never felt/seen this level of customer service before and we were beyond grateful. Anyways, back to the review.... Brent walked me around the 2019 Horizon Blue Pearl Forester Touring, explained the features of this particular vehicle and expertly addressed all of our questions . We loved this car so much that we decided to buy it!!! Brent made the whole "administration" portion of the buying experience quick and painless. Start to finish was less than an hour and a half. To top things off , because of our "situation" Brent offered to personally deliver the car to our home. Who does that? Wilsonville Subaru - that's who! I have a very good experience working with David Meltzer at Lithia Subaru to lease my new 2018 Subaru. I first inquired using Costco Auto Program website. I received two offers via email, but the one I got from Lithia was much better than the other dealer. My experience in chronological order: ??? David was flexible to accommodate my need to test drive at night. ??? He offered me to test drive 3 car models but I opted for one after I checked all three models. ??? The test drive was great and really long. David took me in a route that showed the power of Subaru. He explained and let me try every ???literally??? feature of the car whether it is electronic (e.g. eyesight, lane keep, etc) and mechanical. ??? David showed me the official MSPR and invoice for multiple VIN of the car/trim I was interested in. He also showed me the official printed Costco Auto Program discounts which is deducted from invoice (not MSPR). ??? During the first visit, David was not pushy and didn???t ask to run my credit. ??? After the first visit, I continued my communications and negotiations with David via email. I told him my requirements for payments and other, then he offered the numbers which came close to what I need. I asked him to confirm that these numbers are final and there will be NO extra fees/charges will appear when I come, and he confirmed that. ??? I checked the numbers that David gave me in Edmond???s forum and it turned out to be a good deal. ??? During the second visit, I did a second test drive. After that, I asked David to work with his finance department/manager to lower the monthly a little bit more, and after little negotiations I got what I asked for. ??? David started filling the application in front of me. He typed the required personal information in the lease application software, and he didn???t make any note of any sensitive information in external piece of paper which I really appreciated! Giving the above, I highly recommend David Meltzer at Lithia Subaru Sales.

We began our search for an Ascent sometime in April when I asked my husband if we could get one. We initially preordered from another dealer, but a little over a month later, changed insurance companies and realized we qualified for TrueCar pricing. After filling out the info, Kami was the first to contact me pretty much right away. When she gave me the numbers on the Ascent build we had preordered, I was blown away at the difference in price. Since it was cheaper than we expected, I had her quote me for a fully loaded Premium and it was still less than what we would???ve paid for the other preorder. After discussing with my husband, we preordered the fully loaded Premium (canceled the other preorder) and began the wait for it to arrive (keep in mind we ordered this sight unseen/driven). Another month went by and we were finally to make time on our schedule to go down to Lithia Subaru for a test drive. Kami set us up to meet with Alexander Wiswall to do our test drive. He answered all our questions we had and let both my husband and I go on extended test drives to get a good feel for the car. Walking away from the test drive, I was even more excited about having our car arrive! Kami checked in with us the next day to see how it all I went and I told her we couldn???t wait for ours. She kept us in the loop with how things were going and gave us our VIN on 7/27 with an ETA of 8/28. Over the next few weeks, Kami notified us the eta was moved to 8/24 and the week before it was to arrive, we came down to the dealership to finalize all the paperwork. We met with Alex, who handled everything, got us some sweet new Subaru swag for the whole family (our 8 month old son included), and gave us a free loaner, to use until the Ascent came in, after we finalized the trade in on our car. The following Wednesday, our car was FINALLY ready (after having the crossbars and Thule roof rack installed) for us to take home and Alex sat with me and went over all the features and answered any questions I had (and I had a checklist) before taking a photo and sending me on my way in our new Ascent. One last thing he did for me, was after realizing we needed a few more accessories to use when the seats are folded down, was to install the cargo tray and rear seat back protector for me. He definitely went above and beyond! Overall, the car buying experience with Kami and Alex was amazing and we will definitely be recommending them to anyone looking to buy a Subaru in the future!

I really enjoy almost everything about the car. It drives well, good features, good mileage for AWD. I wish the body was not so low to the ground ( easy to scrape on curbs etc ) but I want a sedan and it seems all sedans now are low like this one nowadays.

This 5 stars in for one employee in particular. Tim Gardner in the service dept. My little story... I had recently purchased my vehicle on April 1 & had to return it on April 4th due to the speakers, window and a little idle. It was now 4/16/2018 and my car was still not finished because the speakers were missing a part that need to come from Korea, they told me my car would be finished no later than Monday and that was a promise...So long story short everyone I spoke with said they would call me back and help me figure this out and no one did, they called with the same info about waiting for a part but no new news. Thankfully I called in 4/17/18 to check on my vehicle on when the part will be in and Tim (which was my first time speaking with i'm through these couple of weeks.) and he said the part was scheduled to arrive on 4/24/18 I was furious. Here I am driving loaner cars and not even able to enjoy my new car for a whole month. He listened to me and quickly went into action and said I am going to help you, we are going to fix this. Literally in 2 hours he called back said that they can get my car to a certain place and they can do it if I agree and also offered me a couple of other things and said I will get your car to you by today or tomorrow after he explained this to a manager. All in two hours! and I couldn't get a straight answer for two weeks! Tim called me when it left car max and when it came back and tested the stereo for me himself! He completely turned my whole experience back to a positive one again and now I am truly happy he went above and beyond and keep his word! He was very kind and put actions to his words! He is definitely the highlight of my week! now I can drive my new car thanks to TIM Gardner.! Thank you TIM! You don't know how happy we are!

Automatic braking to avoid front end collion. Reverse camera with automatic braking and sensors to alert you of oncoming objects usually not in your immediate view when reversing. The day time running lamps are the sharpest looking thing on the road, I prefer them over my BMW LED day time running lamps. I have always had outstanding service from Jessica, and my most recent visit was no exception! I called when my daughter's car was having an electrical issue that might be addressed by a new battery. The problem: she lives in Olympia so it's hard for me to address remotely. My daughter described what the dash instruments were doing (going crazy, whether the key was in the ignition or not) and Jessica told me over the phone that it was likely a battery problem because the system is computer driven and does strange things when it doesn't have enough "juice". So, I had my daughter replace the battery, which did fix the problem. However, once replaced, the window auto-up/down feature no longer worked. Since she is remote from me, I wanted to schedule her car to go to Alan Webb because of the trust I have in Jessica, and by extension, the service department. So, I scheduled the car to come in to fix the window auto up/down feature and for an electrical test to make sure there wasn't a short that would kill the new battery and strand my daughter in the middle of nowhere with me 120 miles away. I scheduled it via the website. This is where Megan comes in! Megan was outstanding! She called me in advance of the appointment and walked me through how to reset the windows to auto up/down over the phone (it seems when the battery is disconnected, you have to reset that feature in the car). What customer service! She was trying to help me avoid an unnecessary service visit, which is incredible! I still brought the car in to have the electrical system checked just to be sure there wasn't a problem that would come up later. No problem, she said. I came in and had everything checked out. No issues with the electrical, so I sleep well knowing my daughter's car will be reliable without me being there. These two ladies are to be commended for exceptional customer service, always with a smile, and my trust in Alan Webb has only grown! Whoever is hiring and training these folks deserves recognition for hiring the right people and training them to a very high level! Thanks again, Jessica, and also Megan! I'll be back on the next service cycle!

An easy buying experience

I made an appointment with a sales person who contacted me by phone in response to a website enquiry I made. The sales person was waiting for me when I arrived, took me out for a test drive and handled the sale thoroughly and professionally. There were one or two minor maintenance issues I wanted the service department to check before taking the car, so they kept it over the weekend. The service manager called on Monday to update status and kept me informed. I picked up the car on Tuesday and have been pleased with it. Price was what should be expected for the make, model and mileage according to Cars.com, NADA and Kelly Bluebook.

I like the Legacy and it’s safety features. It was comfortable and roomy. AWD was good in snow and easy to drive. It also has some nice features like the Bluetooth, a CD player and cruise control. Backup camera was also a plus.

Comfortable, checks all the boxes and is a pleasure to drive. Safe and reliable it’s a easy car to miss in this class. So many great cars out there. This is my second legacy and it’s just a great car all around. Well worth a look.

Worked with David Meltzer in Sales. He was knowledgable and helpful. We brought our 2012 Outback in for an oil change late in the day (4 PM) and asked if he could give us an approximate trade in value while we were there. Lithia is in the midst of a spring sale and David was able to work with us to get a reasonable trade-in on our used vehicle. He thoroughly explained the new Outback's features and took us for a test ride. He stayed overtime (9 PM) to make sure we got through with the sales process. He went "above and beyond" what I would expect a sales rep to do for a client. We worked with Nick Bocarius in finance to complete the paperwork, He was friendly and efficient, making the long process more tolerable. Both employees were pleasant and "low key", so we didn't feel pressured into the sale. Thanks for that!
Legacy issues

I drove this 15 Legacy Premium for a year now, bought it certified used, with 60000 miles on it, I put 20000 in one year and had 3 major brake downs with the car: 1) oil seals were leaking and needed replaced 2) transmission valve body needed replacement Both luckily were covered by warranty 3) starter was loose and needed to be re tighten that was not covered by warranty Other than that the car does give good gas mileage, drives well, and has good features. I’m glad I had the certified used but I can’t imagine buying this car with no warranty

I love the look, performance, features, comfort and reliability. I have owned VW's, Ford Pinto, Audi Fox, Honda Accord, Toyota Tercel, Chevy Malibu, Chevy Impala and a 1942 Pontiac that was a gift from an old neighbor who went into a Nursing Home in 1964. I had the most fun in the '42 but my Legacy is by far the nicest car I have ever owned.

Two stories to illustrate Lithia Subaru's effort to do right by the customer. #1) I took my car in for an oil change. The car leaked oil when I got home. The plug was not stripped, but still, this was not good. Lithia sent someone to my home to clean the oil from my driveway; drive the car back to the dealer, redo the oil change, wash the engine (and the car!), and drive my car back to my house.. The inconvenience to me - neglible. #2) My head gasket showed signs of "weeping" at about 60k miles. Were I not so ticked off, I might have done some weeping myself. My service rep, Gary Chartier listened to my ranting with total patience and empathy. He explained the problem, all the contingencies and gave me recommendations. Subaru's customer help line is sort of legendary, so I called them. They helped pay the bill to the tune of $1000. Lithia Subaru (Oregon City) loaned me a car while mine was being repaired. No company manufactures all their cars to 100% reliability. I still think Subaru is probably better than most. I know, with all certainty, that the Oregon City Subaru service department treated me better than any service department I have ever dealt with..
Exceptional for winter driving

I love this car!! Never having owned or been in a Subaru before, i have always loved the idea of full time All Wheel Drive!! This car delivers on that, the handling in snow, rain or even dry road conditions is way different from other vehicles and you can feel it while steering! The interior is amazing, layed out with enough room to feel comfortable, in all seats...even in the back (others have told me.) The layout of controls and the general interface of the car is great, once situated, you will feel comfortable with everything within reach!! Always being at the top of the game in safety, i feel more then relaxed in my Subaru!! Knowning that i can pretty much handle anything that might happen, from possible hazardous drivers or road conditions. Always wanting a Subaru and finally getting one, has made driving a completely different experience...i have used this car several times to travel long distances and it is amazingly comfortable, with the lumbar support the seats provide, as well as general comfort of the leather seats. Excellent car all around!!!

After leaving a couple of auto dealerships within minutes because of overbearing sales people trying to up-sell me, I came to Lithia Subaru on the recommendation of a woman I met in a parking lot. She was driving a new Subaru and when I asked her where she bought it, she recommended Lithia Subaru, and specifically Dave Meltzer. She and her husband had shopped around, and were relieved to finally find Dave! Well, long story short - I made an appointment, came in, met Dave, found what I wanted and left with a beautiful new Subaru that I love almost as much as my "older" Subaru which I traded in just short of 150,000 miles :) Dave was perfect - calm, a gentleman, not a chatterbox, very polite, took the time we needed, produced a charger for my phone when it went dead, provided a very fair deal, answered all of my questions, and helped set up my iPhone in the car before I left. I bought a used car and he did not try to up-sell me to a new car or a lease - thank you Dave!! Also, the Finance Manager Richard was top-notch. I came in with Credit Union financing which they made no fuss about (unlike other dealerships), but when I asked if he could find a better rate he happily did, and within minutes I had a lower rate and lower monthly payment, no tricky stuff. I cannot recommend this dealership highly enough, and the two people I dealt with, Dave and Richard.

This is the 2nd Subaru I've owned, my first Subbie has 226,000 miles on it and is still going strong. I Love the interior and options my new car has. Looking forward to many years of use.. I love the confidence Subaru gives in winter driving..
