I really enjoy almost everything about the car. It drives well, good features, good mileage for AWD. I wish the body was not so low to the ground ( easy to scrape on curbs etc ) but I want a sedan and it seems all sedans now are low like this one nowadays.

It's a pretty little car. I got the white. It does have excellent outboard visibility which was important to me . The seats are comfortable and I wanted it for the safety ranking, the AWD and the visibility all of which are as promised. It is the smallest car I've had in 40 years but has room for what I need at my age. However it did not get better than 19 mpg city and highway and they had to put a new engine in it. Now it is averaging 24 and can get 32 on the hwy in favorable conditions. I like the heated sets on the lowest setting and am happy to have the back up camera although it is nearly useless after dark-very blurry. I think it accelerates fast enough. I am not happy to not have retained auxiliary power which I thought was standard on something at this price : $26,0000. It is a huge nuisance to have to turn the car back on to close the sunroof or roll a window up or down, The sound system is horribly overcomplicated. Too many unneeded warning indicators which are pretty tiny and take research to figure out.I like the driver info center. I'm getting older and would prefer a car with fewer rather than more features. I had to search hard to find one with a compass , which I still find useful and essential but it is placed-way up in a corner of the rearview mirror. Should be on the dash somewhere to be really useful. The salesforce and the mechanics are very responsive and the car is generally well made. They fixed the engine without complaint. So they get points for that. I just think it is complicated in ways that are not helpful.

I drove this 15 Legacy Premium for a year now, bought it certified used, with 60000 miles on it, I put 20000 in one year and had 3 major brake downs with the car: 1) oil seals were leaking and needed replaced 2) transmission valve body needed replacement Both luckily were covered by warranty 3) starter was loose and needed to be re tighten that was not covered by warranty Other than that the car does give good gas mileage, drives well, and has good features. I’m glad I had the certified used but I can’t imagine buying this car with no warranty

Reliable but Brash

The Subaru Legacy is an excellent vehicle. Subaru has nailed the practicality formula with this vehicle. It is large inside, gets excellent fuel economy, has strong mechanical components (engine, trans, AWD system), and is a perfect family vehicle, though the engine is lacking in power. However, and this is a big, however, the Subarus are NOT built for your comfort. The seats are comfortable enough, as is the ride comfort, but the lack of refinement is alarming. The vehicle is loud, brash, and has little concern for luxury. The interior trim is cheap plastic and rough to the touch. There is very little sound deadening, a decibel meter read 79 decibels at only 50 mph, unacceptable in modern vehicles. Reliability is something great to be concerned about, and Subaru offers an excellent package for reliability and practicality, however, the lack of concern for refinement and quality engineering, especially in todays market, is bad enough to make me sell the car. In a modern market, reliability is something that can be found in most vehicles, but modern interiors have improved far past where Subaru is currently. Want reliability, get a Toyota. Need AWD, get a Toyota RAV4. Your comfortable bottom will thank you for it.

Automatic braking to avoid front end collion. Reverse camera with automatic braking and sensors to alert you of oncoming objects usually not in your immediate view when reversing. The day time running lamps are the sharpest looking thing on the road, I prefer them over my BMW LED day time running lamps. In terms of comfort you have all premium leather heated seats with a wood grain front panel that gives off a modern style. Steering wheel paddle shifters with AWD give you superb control. Keyless entry and push to start engine means you can quickly get in and go! Has the new shark fin antenna that flows with the vehicle. Automatic on/off headlamps and awesome fog lamps that individually turn on when making a turn to increase your visibility of the immediate low ground road which allows you to dodge every pothole.

I love the look, performance, features, comfort and reliability. I have owned VW's, Ford Pinto, Audi Fox, Honda Accord, Toyota Tercel, Chevy Malibu, Chevy Impala and a 1942 Pontiac that was a gift from an old neighbor who went into a Nursing Home in 1964. I had the most fun in the '42 but my Legacy is by far the nicest car I have ever owned.

I was looking to purchase my first car. Reliable, 4WD/AWD, decent mileage, affordable price, and nice looking were on my check list among other wants. After searching and test driving multiple cars, I found an ad for an Audi A4 Quattro from this dealer. It appeared to have most of what I was looking for. After test driving the car and falling in love with it, I purchased it. Now while the car was everything I hoped it would be (and more so after driving through this blizzard's aftermath), what really set this group apart was the professionalism and accommodation of the people. I dealt with a few salesmen while test driving other cars prior to this one, and in each instance I couldn't shake the ever-present, oppressing "car salesman" feeling. It was quite a difference visiting Divan Auto Group. My father and I drove 70-some miles for my initial test drive on a freezing day, equipped with face-biting, hand-chapping cold wind and all. We called first to let them know of our visit, and when we did arrive I found the car running and warmed up. We were left to explore the car ourselves to see what it would do, all in the comfort of the warmed car interior. We inspected the major and minor details at our own pace with no pressure. I put a deposit down and set a date to finalize the purchase by the end of the week. The owners included the inspection in the price of the car, guaranteeing it ready-to-drive when we returned. For a young driver, this was wonderful. The day arrived I was to buy my first car. After signing the paperwork, completing the transfer, and receiving my plate (all which occurred in less than 2 hours), I was set to go. Less than half a mile from the dealer, a minor hiccup occurred: the windows wouldn't go down. Neither my father or myself proficient in newer cars knew what the issue may be. We brought it back and the owners graciously spent time trying to resolve the problem themselves. Ultimately, we needed to visit a local repair shop for a fuse replacement, but the men at Divan Auto Group assured me they would do whatever it took to fix my recent purchase--cost and all--while we waited. This occurrence alone impressed both my father, who has handled cars and dealers for the past 45+ years, and myself. Who else would do something similar in such a situation? Though they did sell me my first car, I hesitate to call these gentleman "salesmen" for their service alone doesn't deserve the stigma associated with the term. Thank you, Divan Auto Group. You helped me with my first car and made the entire process painless.

Miller Ford has been the best Ford dealership I have ever done business with. Have been a loyal Ford customer since 1974, and have dealt with many Ford dealerships. Everyone at Miller Ford was kind, courteous and went out of their way to please. Especially our salesperson Randy Taft. Randy went out of his way to ensure the deal we made was the very best. My Wife and I never felt rushed or pressured into a deal. Randy answered all our questions and if we asked a question he did not have the answer to, he found the answer for us. It was well worth the extra 2 hour drive to do business with Miller Ford (even though there is another Ford dealership only 10 minutes from my home.) The condition our new vehicle was presented in was awesome. It was quite apparent that Miller Ford strives to make their customers happy and it shows. Does the end justify the means? Definitely not! That said, my ultimate experience with Rafferty was both enormously gratifying and also, for better or worse, just as upsetting at the beginning. The first half of that remark is for the dealership; the latter for my fellow consumers. However, both parties could benefit tremendously by considering the last-minute, Hail Mary, work-a-round I accidentally ended up applying Without naming names I'll just say that sales reps - within every industry, and just like us - have both good and bad days. The corresponding features of each can have a profound effect on one's level of focus, will, energy, helpfulness, determination, interest, caring, etc, etc, etc. If you were a rep wanting to win an award for salesperson of the year you'd better be on the positive side of those traits. If you are a consumer, however, and purely by chance happen to find yourself dealing with a "bad day" rep, don't blame the dealership. Rather, hang up, call back and specifically request a different person. That's what I did - but ONLY after five days of steaming over what happened during my first attempt. On the fifth day I was actually in the process of wiring money to a different dealer for a car I decided I could probably live with when suddenly the internet went down. Everything stopped. I thought for a moment, picked up the phone and followed the above advice. The outcome? I was paired with a rep with whom I was able to connect genuinely, and ended up getting the car of my dreams. The moral: Neither steam nor groan, Unless flawless you've been shown. Realize that dealerships keep multiple reps on hand for the express purpose of compensating for the daily allotment of "bad day" reps who, for the sake of all, would have done far better to call in sick.

I like the Legacy and it’s safety features. It was comfortable and roomy. AWD was good in snow and easy to drive. It also has some nice features like the Bluetooth, a CD player and cruise control. Backup camera was also a plus.

In 1998 we decided to lease our first Subaru and, of course, we visited your dealership first. However, it was not a very pleasant experience because people there were not friendly to us, and we had to find another dealership. When our lease had expired, we came again to your dealership. Unfortunately, after 3 years, the story repeated again. Since we are fans of Subaru, we have a new lease every 3 years. Before 2014, we got three Foresters and one Outback. In 2014, we had to lease a new car and we decided to try your dealership one more time. We were really surprised! The entire atmosphere there was completely different: sales consultants were friendly and knowledgeable. We remember that in the middle of our conversation with a consultant, Robe Shintaku (sales manager) came to us. He asked a few questions about the options we would like to have in our new lease, and then he went to check out our car. In 15-20 minutes, he came back with an excellent offer. We could not believe this is the same place: this team completely changed the business for better. We remember final part of our business ??? it was a very pleasant meeting with Gary Segal. Three years passed quickly. Several weeks ago, without any scheduled appointment, we came to Glanzmann Subaru again to get our Subaru #6! Our sales consultant was a very nice young man Scott Fields. We began our conversation and suddenly we saw Rob Shintaku. He came to us and after a short pause, he said, ???Are you Vishnevsky? Sorry, I don???t remember your first names???. We were completely shocked ??? after three years, he remembered our last name. It is impossible, especially with the last name like ???Vishnevsky???. All procedure took no more than 20 minutes: we got an excellent deal; by our request, Rob promised to add several features to our new Outback. In a week we got a beautiful Subaru #6! Searched many weeks for a good, clean used truck at a fair price. Got it at Park Avenue Autos. Looked at many "clean" trucks online, but in person those trucks didn't live up to the pictures. The folks at Park Avenue are straight shooters and good people and will tell you what you're getting. Would not hesitate for a moment to purchase another used vehicle from this neighborhood dealership.

bought my 2009 limited pzev 2.5i with 23k, one owner. I broke 4 wheel bearings, 2 cats (recalled), the radiator, and an oil sensor. there were 9 recalls which is a bit sketchy. I bought the car as a test really - to see if subaru's really are unbreakable, reliable, and cheap to maintain...im not exactly disappointed... the car currently has 160k of HARD miles. I purposely put a beating on this thing. I tried to get it stuck in deep snow and NOT ONCE would it get stuck. every morning hot or cold it turns right over. engine light came on one time at 150k for an oil pressure sensor ($120), but that's it. the drive train feels invincible - I literally cant break it - I see another 160k added with ease. as for reliability - anything that broke was my fault, or recalled. I think the front end is ugly, its a little long for a car, and everything about it is incredibly basic, but for an overall review I can honestly say this car is great. a little expensive for the basic features, wish I got the GT, but as reliable as they say Subaru's are. 11/10 in terms of mechanics and reliability.

Amazing sedan for the snow! Drives well. Great features. Really the only thing that’s missing for me is the automatic lock once the car is in drive and moving. You have to remember to lock the doors. Otherwise, I love it!
