It all starts with my purchased back in 2006 from then Salesman Ryan Drouin, now General Manager. He gave me an incredible deal back in '06 on my Outback XT. That had me contacting him for my 2015 Outback. Sadly he could not find me one. But he was the first call I made when I was trading that '15 in for a new 2018 Outback Premium. Enter Kiril Velkov. I kinda knew that Ryan, being now General Manager, would be in an overseeing capacity rather than a hands on salesman. When my schedule allowed for me to travel the 300 miles to visit the dealership I jumped at the chance to show off my very nice 2015 and to reacquaint myself with Ryan after 12 long years. They would evaluate my trade and also I could drive the newest model of Outback. Little did I know I would meet another terrific salesman in Kiril. He and I hit it off swapping stories of our own Subaru history and trips made. Two guys with a passion for the mark of Subaru sharing with one another our history. Awesome. Kiril worked tirelessly, and I do mean to use that word, as he kept in constant contact with me to make sure the deal was good enough and that the plans of making the trade were firm and settled before I made the next trip up 300 miles to Bensenville to do the trade. He made it a "business marriage", and I accepted the terms before I even gassed up my '15 to make the trip. Everything was easy that day...from Kiril making me feel at home, to getting the needed finance and paperwork completed and accurate. Kiril was a one stop, ALL questions answered, complete fulfillment of all of my wants and wishes. In short, it was a no-brainer. Kiril made it easy, made it painless, made it not like other dealerships I've been to. The team of Ryan & Kiril will continue to be my "go to" place for Subaru's. In fact, my wife will be purchasing a new 2019 Forester coming up this Fall 2018. Guess who I'm gonna call...? If I could have more than 5 stars they'd all get more..!!

Purchased a new WRX from another dealer and was having alignment issues from the get-go. Went back to that dealer to get an alignment under warranty -- only to notice the alignment was never really corrected properly 100 miles later. Decided to go to Brilliance Subaru for two reasons: 1) MUCH closer to home and 2) We purchased a Forester from them very recently and was impressed by not only the sales/financing staff, but also the punctuality & quality of work from the service team's pre-delivery inspection (couldn't say the same about the dealer I purchased the WRX from...). This gave me a good idea of the kind of work they do and made me more confident in Brilliance. Brought the vehicle in on an appointment for the alignment and had a pleasant, professional interaction with Adam Mennella - got checked in and was told it'd be an hour or so. Enjoyed a few cups of water, perused the vehicles on the lot, chatted with Phil Liang (who we purchased the Forester from), and was out of there in under 45 minutes! Alignment was now how it SHOULD'VE been in the beginning and I even got a print out of the pre- and post-alignment numbers (had to poke and prod at the other dealer to get a copy). Went off on my day with a quick turn-around time, complementary car wash, and even more confidence in Brilliance Subaru's service team. I will be returning to Brilliance for the foreseeable future for all my service needs!

Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

I really enjoy almost everything about the car. It drives well, good features, good mileage for AWD. I wish the body was not so low to the ground ( easy to scrape on curbs etc ) but I want a sedan and it seems all sedans now are low like this one nowadays.

We searched high and low for the perfect used vehicle for our son (and us) - well maintained, safe, great mileage, very reasonably priced, and gorgeous. After many weeks, we finally found that unicorn at Grand Subaru! The hitch? It was 500 miles away from our home in TN. Our apprehension was very real. There was so much risk for something to go wrong. The save? Grand Subaru's incredible sales savant, Joe Lewicki! Joe quickly built genuine rapport with us-he's clearly experienced, highly knowledgeable, attentive, efficient, thorough, transparent and friendly. He physically walked through the lot to ensure the vehicle was in stock and was very patient as I asked about the features while he examined for me and described them clearly. He was very open and accommodating to my request to place a small deposit and to have it independently inspected. He was timely and gracious to my mechanic, allowing a thorough inspection. The vehicle checked out to be our dream on wheels! Joe promised that the car would be extra spiffy to delight our son when he laid eyes on it - and he delivered! We made the long haul to Chicago and the onsite transaction couldn't have been more swift and satisfying. The car handled beautifully, solidly. The general manager, Ryan Drouin, greeted us warmly shortly upon arrival. The business manager, Brandon Metz, was thorough, concise and very personable. After everything was wrapped up in short order, Joe even provided contact info for a few great options to pick up a deep dish pizza on our trek back! Grand Subaru is a top notch operation that excels in offering the trifecta of exceptional people, products and processes. This was the first car I purchased post-divorce, and I'm not really sure why I had my heart set on a Subaru, except that I had heard they were safe and reliable, and those were most important to me. This was the BEST car ... it performed well in winter, it never, in 13 years, left me stranded anywhere. One time when it needed a new catalytic converter, I felt it was too new for that, and wrote to National Subaru, and they paid 100% for the repair. I hated getting rid of this vehicle, kept it 13 years, but I did not have a garage in all that time, and it was starting to rust. I have since owned a Jetta and a Cruze, and want my next car to be a Subaru. <3 I'm not the kind of person to get attached to cars, but I'm attached to Subaru (their commercials are also great). I'm a believer!

Engine and mileage troubles

It's a pretty little car. I got the white. It does have excellent outboard visibility which was important to me . The seats are comfortable and I wanted it for the safety ranking, the AWD and the visibility all of which are as promised. It is the smallest car I've had in 40 years but has room for what I need at my age. However it did not get better than 19 mpg city and highway and they had to put a new engine in it. Now it is averaging 24 and can get 32 on the hwy in favorable conditions. I like the heated sets on the lowest setting and am happy to have the back up camera although it is nearly useless after dark-very blurry. I think it accelerates fast enough. I am not happy to not have retained auxiliary power which I thought was standard on something at this price : $26,0000. It is a huge nuisance to have to turn the car back on to close the sunroof or roll a window up or down, The sound system is horribly overcomplicated. Too many unneeded warning indicators which are pretty tiny and take research to figure out.I like the driver info center. I'm getting older and would prefer a car with fewer rather than more features. I had to search hard to find one with a compass , which I still find useful and essential but it is placed-way up in a corner of the rearview mirror. Should be on the dash somewhere to be really useful. The salesforce and the mechanics are very responsive and the car is generally well made. They fixed the engine without complaint. So they get points for that. I just think it is complicated in ways that are not helpful.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Talk about a sleek car with available iSight camera system that helps ensure the safety of everyone in the vehicle. Comes with adaptive cruise control and lane keep assist. Automatic braking to avoid front end collion. Reverse camera with automatic braking and sensors to alert you of oncoming objects usually not in your immediate view when reversing. The day time running lamps are the sharpest looking thing on the road, I prefer them over my BMW LED day time running lamps. In terms of comfort you have all premium leather heated seats with a wood grain front panel that gives off a modern style. Steering wheel paddle shifters with AWD give you superb control. Keyless entry and push to start engine means you can quickly get in and go! Has the new shark fin antenna that flows with the vehicle. Automatic on/off headlamps and awesome fog lamps that individually turn on when making a turn to increase your visibility of the immediate low ground road which allows you to dodge every pothole.

This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

Buying through Carvana was one of the best transactional experiences ever! I shopped for several months, test drove several cars to understand the models and features I was looking for. Then, boom, the car that matched come up in my search and I pulled the trigger. Within minutes, I had a value on my trade-in, purchased the car, (to include a very well priced extended warranty), and arranged for financing it through the Carvana website. And, while that was a very easy, non pressure experience, what made it really special was the delivery. Rachel, the Caravan rep, called me the day before the delivery to confirm, then called while in route to be sure not to leave me hanging. She was right on time, professional, and extremely upbeat. I had a genuine feeling that her priority was not only to deliver the car and pick up my trade in, but it was to make the final part of my experience a pleasure as well. Rachel was extremely knowledgeable of the process and did an excellent job of assuring I was informed of the "7 day, no questions asked, test drive" as well as the final paperwork to be processed. A few signatures and the trade-in was her's and the keys to 2014 BMW 535 were in my hands.

Out of the blue I was contacted by a woman from Carvana on a Sunday when I actually had time to communicate. She and all of the subsequent reps who sent me information as I needed or requested it were professional and thorough. I was able to research the company online and was impressed with the entire concept of online selling and car buying and the ease with which I was able to find background information. Once I agreed to the offer I was taken step by step through the process. I was not confused even once by the process. I had nothing to do but gather my documents, upload them and then schedule a date for my car to be picked up and for me to be paid. The local rep. From Carvana came to my home exactly at the agreed upon time, was clear about what was going to happen, worked quickly and answered my questions. Once the papers were signed (I did not need to go to the DMV or AAA or to a notary) I received my check and my car was loaded on the one car hauler and driven away. I deposited the check that day and funds were available the very next day (which happened to be a Sunday). If I were not really strapped for time perhaps I could have made an extra $ 500-1000 overall by selling it to an individual but I would have worked very hard for that extra money and spent time I did not have available. Instead, I was not stressed by the extra work, my other responsibilities were able to be met and my car is off and becoming someone else???s beautiful Subaru. This is how buying a car is supposed to be. Go online, get qualified, see the terms upfront, pick any car you like and then have it delivered to your doorstep. If you don't like it for ANY reason, you can return it in 7 days, no questions asked. You can either choose another car or just give it back. My BMW i3 was exactly as they described it (it even had additional options they didn't mention). I cannot emphasize enough how this is the future of car buying. No more dealership 'let me talk to the manager' games and wasted time. Also, the customer service was incredible. The girl that delivered my car at 11:30 am exactly as promised, was super friendly and showed a genuine interest in any concerns I expressed. There were some small blemishes on the interior and they sent out a car detailer to treat the problem. I was extremely impressed. She also promised a little care package and to my surprise, I received a FedEx package a few days later from Carvana packed with goodies! If you have ANY hesitation - don't - my Carvana experience was FANTASTIC!

It's stiff to drive but handles well and the interior is comfortable and feels good. I love it. I wish I could afford the vehicle.

I have been taking my 2011 BMW 335ix to Bill Jacobs for several years now and have NEVER been disappointed. Although I might be able to find a lower price from an independent shop, I don't believe it is worth it in the long run given the complexities of these cars (note, I do change the oil and filter on the car myself, however). I will continue to support this dealership because of the quality of their service.

I drove this 15 Legacy Premium for a year now, bought it certified used, with 60000 miles on it, I put 20000 in one year and had 3 major brake downs with the car: 1) oil seals were leaking and needed replaced 2) transmission valve body needed replacement Both luckily were covered by warranty 3) starter was loose and needed to be re tighten that was not covered by warranty Other than that the car does give good gas mileage, drives well, and has good features. I’m glad I had the certified used but I can’t imagine buying this car with no warranty

The car is great, smooth, and reliable. I live in the northeast so subaru’s are awesome cars in the winter and as a daily driver. Nothing better than a car that’s comfortable, reliable, and has performance. By no means at the level of a Mercedes or BMW, but not too shabby.
