First I got internet salesman, then when I arrived at the dealership I was referred to another salesman. I was told the car was not at dealership.....then after I bought the car and finished with the finance office, I never saw
the salesman again to congratulate me nor to instruct on new vehicle!!!
The guy in charge seemed willing to sell at a decent price. But they ran my credit (which is excellent) and then basically refused to attempt finance the vehicle even though I was going to put $3500 down on a $10000 purchase.
They suggested I put it on my credit card...
You be the judge of that interaction.
I went to go check out a car at this dealership the other day and there was nobody to help me out or even greet me. I had a few questions but I figured the business was occupied with bigger and better things to do than help a prospective customer. Oh well :)
