Manny my new sales guy was amazing. He treated my wife and I like family. He made the options available to us so clean and concise. He explained every point and change in the car purchase to us. He left room for asking questions when we needed to do so. Manny was the best!! The finance guy was cool with explaining the details of how and what was needed to be done for the our new vehicle. It was a pleasure to work with him too.
I started with Andrea in the Internet Sales Dept, she got back to me quickly and with a great price. I showed up and worked with Bill Rhodes(2nd time I have purchased a car from him). He is an excellent salesman and you should ask for him. Overall a great and straight forward experience.
Very helpful, contacted me right away about my credit app and vehicle inquiry. Asked questions to try to get me into a car that I wanted. Did not buy from them as they were a little over priced but very grateful for all their help and understanding.
While a purchase was not made, The sales person we met with was a pleasant change from other dealership sales associates we have encountered. This recent purchase of our 2018 X3 is our 5th BMW from I.G. Burton and the last four have been with Nate Robinson. He is polite, has a thorough knowledge of the BMW line of vehicles, is responsible and follows though in a timely manner, and has come to know what features we like/dislike over the years. I hate buying cars. Everyone does, but the last time I went through this process I ended up having an emotional breakdown in the middle of a dealership. Needless to say, I was not looking forward to the car buying process. I would have rather gotten a root canal with a dentist that doesn't believe in painkillers.
I can honestly say Minooka Subaru changed my panicked thoughts on car buying. From the beginning, they were honest and forthright (they actually advertised their cars at the price they offer you, can you believe it?). The entire experience took less than two hours and I walked out with a smile on my face, a new car, and a great deal.
If you are looking for a dealership that won't make you feel like you just gave up your firstborn son when you leave, look no further. I drover an hour and half based off a friend's recommendation, and it was worth every mile.
