I researched and found the low mileage Porsche Macan Turbo in the color and desired options. Only about 6 cars in the Southeast that met the desired specification. Great price- lower than some higher mileage Macan Turbos in the used car market. Fair value on my trade and easy buying experience.
I went there to get a used Jeep Sahara but after working with Darious and Isiah we left with a brand new 2018 Jeep Wrangler with all the perks my husband was looking. Dariouswas o very new , I believe his first couple of days in the job was amazing . He was very nice and knowledgeable and the things he was unsure of he made sure to find us the right answers . Isiah who assisted Darious was as great !! He helped to work with finances to make the deal happen . It was a great experience. The General Manager my apologies for not remembering his name was very helpful and even got me some ibuprofen when my back pain flared up . Every one was helpful . I highly recommend this dealership.
Nothing but perfection. Also worked with sales man Scott Redfeildt and he is the absolute best to work with. He listened and delivered exactly what I wanted and he was wonderful to work with. We made the deal super late. And they stayed with us 2 hours after closing. They explained all the extras... Here is the key though. They didn't try to sale me! They were straight up honest. I love them and love my new car! You will too! DO NOT GO TO MAZADA OF SOUTH CHARLOTTE THEY SUCK.

I had a wonderful, no pressure buying experience with the dealership. From Michael Alexander with initial communications and scheduling a test drive to Michael Bengtson, the salesman I worked with in person. Michael Bengtson was very knowledgeable about the car model I was interested in, able to tell me differences between the cars from one year to the next. He made sure I was comfortable with my selection and price before moving forward with the process. He even took the time to review all of the technology and safety features so I understood how they worked and how to operate each of them. I was happy with the deal and financing was a breeze. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. The process from start to finish was quick but smooth. I would definitely recommend this dealership and staff to those looking to buy a car.
I bought my Subaru Outback in 2013. The sales department couldn't have been more helpful or efficient. I was amazed that I was able to actually drive my new car home same day. Service since then has been outstanding. I take the light rail into work and the South Blvd. station is close to the dealer. They drive me to the station and pick me up. Everyone has always been helpful and very pleasant to deal with. I really don't know where those negative reviews are coming from.
I purchased a used car, which unfortunately did not work out for the intended purpose. Although an 'as-is' car (in immaculate condition), the dealership lessened my loss in getting into a usable vehicle. Joe and Pauley were patient and helpful during BOTH transactions. Great sales operation at the dealership.
