Let me start off by saying I hate buying cars. My wife and I dread the whole experience as I have had bad experiences in the past with high pressure salesman and finance managers. Let me start off by saying Kupper is nothing like that. Our salesman Joe was genuinely friendly which is sadly is unusual in the car sales game. We found an outback we liked and we started the trade in. Shawn (sales manager or finance manager not sure) went over our trade and gave us a fair price. Shawn got the paper work going swiftly and we were on to the sign on the line portion. Shawn offered the extended warranty that all car dealerships do but, it was presented very well with no high pressure sales tactics. Finance managers or sales managers always try to shove these down my throat, sometimes making it seem I can't buy a car without one. Shawn presentation wasn't the typical high priced take it or take it presentation, he went into depth illustrating real world scenarios that wouldn't be covered by the Subaru certified pre-owned warranty creating value. The warranty just wasn't in the cards for me but was well priced compared to others people have tried to sell me in the past. All in all it was a great experience. We were in and out in couple of hours making it the smoothest car purchase we have ever had. Fast forward one week my wife and I were returning from a trip to yellowstone and a rock shattered our moon roof. We called Kupper bright and early and Jordan (service person) said he had the part in stock and he could squeeze us in to their busy morning. When we arrived to the dealership Jordan quickly took our keys and then showed us to the waiting area. In less than an hour we were back on the road. Kupper won't let you down!
