I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. I recently purchased a used Tacoma from Joseph. I also drove 5 1/2 hours one way to get there. I read their website mission about customer service and how the customer is #1. Well, I know a lot of places say that but only a small percent "Walk Their Talk."
Not only did Joseph "Walk Their Talk" they went beyond that. I had issues day 1 and really did NOT want to drive that 5 1/2 hour trip one way again. Stephen Stackhouse, who was just awesome, sent out a driver, Jim, to pick up my truck and give me a loaner car so they could service my truck. Jim was also awesome and took very good care of my truck while driving it. A week later Jim drove my truck BACK to me and took the loaner car back. I was totally impressed with this. I would absolutely drive that distance again to purchase another truck. I am planning on this truck to last many years though but in any case I would TOTALLY recommend this dealership. Thank you so much for having integrity, honesty and respect for us consumers. YOU ROCK!!
I emailed the dealership about a car I was interested in and was informed that the car had just been sold. I received an email the following day letting me know that the customer changed their mind and the car was now available. I went to drive the car that night and the salesman was very knowledgeable about Subarus. I test drive the car and told the salesman that I thought it needed an alignment. I bought the car and they had it detailed and aligned the next day. When I came tonfrt it the salesman spent almost an hour in the car showing me how to work everything and he linked my phone and personalized a lot of the features for me. He was amazing!

I had a fantastic experience with Busam Subaru. I ordered my company car (Outback) and it was delivered to Busam. Jeff W handled the delivery and was over-the-top helpful. He explained everything about the car and went through all the features. It was the best experience I have ever had taking delivery of a new car. I was so impressed that I came back a couple days later and purchased a WRX STI from Dzenis A, who was equally helpful. They gave me a great price and made the experience seamless. Car dealerships and the buying experience can such a drag. Not at Joseph. They have been in business for 40 years for a reason. They care about their customers and want you for life. I don't buy cars often or haphazardly. I've only owned 2 in the last 22 years - both Nissans. I decided I wanted a Subaru, and between the amazing car and car buying experience, I foresee myself returning to Joseph - 10 years down the road when I'm ready for a new one ;) And I have confidence they will be here and still employing the same great people. Doug and Justin were both top notch!!!
The sales and service team were very friendly and helpful. The were not pushy and didn't push any extra features onto us that we didn't want. Service team explained everything about the car and are very polite when talking to you.
