I have had the best experience ever from the beginning to the end. Landon Puffer was so nice, informative and just a friendly person who won my confidence and trust when making my decision in buying my Forester. I felt like I was talking to a family member about a car and not a salesperson in it for their own benefit. The entire staff was very helpful and welcomed me, my son-in-law and daughter and their service dog Levi.
I am SO happy with our new van!! When we went into the dealership, my husband and I had the opportunity to work with Landon. He was FANTASTIC!! He helped us research some vehicles, including some I had never considered (namely Kia). I'm so glad he took the time to listen to our wants and needs so he could get us into a car that we love! Thank you for opening my eyes to new options and for getting my growing family into the perfect car at a great price!!
Tanner got me and my girlfriend really nice deals on some really nice, reliable cars. Working with him was quick and easy, and he was super helpful. He even have me a quick lesson on how to drive manual since that's what I personally bought. I love my car and my girlfriend loves hers! Thanks so much Tanner!
Robert was very friendly, take care of any problem that I found. Never see at any auto dealer before, he pulled cash out of his wallet and pay for parts what were missing. I was really a customer for them to take care of. Recommend this place to anyone.
Highly recommend for a long distance purchase. Was the easiest and quicker purchase I have ever had, lots of deals and inventory to choose from. Carson and Matt were very helpful and excellent customer service. The team goes the extra mile to making sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
Even a simple tire repair on their warranty program was worth the drive down. Our appointment time was honored, and in less than 90 minutes total, the tire was repaired, their general checkup service was completed and the truck had been washed. Some advice was given on a couple small things to take note on for the future and the work order of completion was signed. No money was asked for, and I was able to leave. I had even been offered a ride to work to my studio, but had set time aside to stay in their comfortable environment. Thank you!
I took my car in for a oil consumption test because I had received Limited Service Campaign (LSC) about a year ago but did not have any oil consumption issues so did not take it in at that time. When Ii finally took it in the time was up to have it checked. Still they ran the test for me at no charge. They also offered me a car wash at no charge, I couldn't do it that day so they gave me a rain-check for it. All the staff where friendly, kind and helpful.

Jeramiah was not trying to just sell me a car, but actually get to know me and what exactly I needed in a car. We went through many different cars until we found one that was the right fit for me. He was patient, understanding and had above and beyond service to make sure I was not only getting everything, but the best of everything in my car buying experience. I have had my car for a week now and I could not be more happy! I will continue and always buy my cars from Nate Wade Subaru.

Jack and Carlos were awesome! No pressure yet they were there when you needed them. My only complaints are the wait time to find out how much my trade in would be. Then after purchasing my car they fixed the tire pressure and took it on a test drive, while I was waiting he picked up lunch and ate in my new car and made a mess! Other then that I have a great car at a fantastic price!
Rob was amazing! By far the best car salesman I've ever had. He was knowledgable, accommodating, not pushy in the least, professional and friendly. He's a hard working veteran, who will work hard to get you a great deal. Be sure to ask for Rob if you want the best car shopping experience!
I???ve bought A LOT of vehicles and this was by far the easiest and friendliest experience I???ve ever had. Nice vehicle, no pressure and no back and forth games. Our sales associate Carla was incredible.
I purchased a used 2007 Lexus RX-350 that I could use mostly as a "snow vehicle." I was satisfied with the selling price of $10,400, but they caught me off guard while signing the documents, and they added a $300 charge for a theft recovery system (basically frame etching). I usually don't purchase dealer add-ons but they slipped this one by me. I was also informed that the vehicle had a Mark Levinson package on it (which when purchased new is $900). It's too bad that such a high-end dealership tries to nickle and dime you to death!
Garrett was extremely informative when it came to discussing different options and packages. What was really nice is he kept my needs and concerns as his top priorities. He never once pressured me into buying right away or picking up plan that was going to stretch me too thin. I recommend working with Garrett for all your buying questions.
