I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My buying experience was nothing but excellent from start to finish. The used vehicle I bought was all that was advertised,the price was as stated and no crazy add -ons after the agreed upon deal. The car was detailed to complete satisfaction,and ready when promised.There was two surprises to the sale: a 45 day warranty came without charge,and when they recounted the cash that I paid (after I left the dealership and was on my way home),I got a phone call from manager Andre Selec informing me that I paid TOO MUCH and that they would be returning $100 to me!!!That was cash that he could have put in his pocket and not told anyone about it,but he called me right away. Mr. Stahl and Mr. Selec and the whole operation was top notch as I expected nothing less ,as this is my second purchase from this store (purchased a 2017 Crosstrek).
So our intentions were to be "only looking" at the Subaru Crosstrek. We were greeted by one of the managers and he directed us to Yvonne Peterson. She was patient with answering our questions and showed us the features of the various trims and allowed my wife to drive a 2019 Subaru Crosstrek. Yvonne is the type of person one feels comfortable with within a short time. She is experienced. At no time did we feel pressured by her or anyone at the dealership. She spent a lot of time with us (~4 hours) and we ended up purchasing the car. Although no haggling, they had a good price on the car and it was below sticker price. I felt we had a better experience here than another Subaru dealership in Tampa where we purchased my son's 2017 Subaru Impreza. Also dealt with Andre Selec the financial manager, who again did not pressure us when it came to getting warrantee information. Overall a great no pressure experience and yes I would return to buy a car from them again.
I was taken care of with out an appt. Friendly, fast & efficient service. I have always received courteous service and attitude from all of Lokeys associates. Including all their departments ... sales, service repairs and phone operators.
We recently bought a new Subaru Ascent. The dealer had to order one accessory and install it on the vehicle to complete the sale. It was ordered, received and installed exactly within the time they said it would be available. The waiting area was comfortable and this dealer has always done a great job for any service I have needed on my previous Subaru vehicle.
This was by far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Kayla listened and knew exactly the car I was looking for, gave me a great price on both the new car and my trade in, and even though I wasn't ready to commit that 1st day went ahead and had the car I was looking at delivered to the dealership. When I contacted her 2 days later to finalize the deal she had everything ready within hours and the car was detailed and ready by the time I got there. She had followed up on everything, reviewed the entire purchase deal and went over the car with me from top to bottom. It could not have been easier. Hans, the finance person went over all of the sales agreements and offered several extended warranty's and service plans that were available. There was no heavy handed pressure tactics, just a clear description of what was available. The combined experience of dealing with Kayla and Hans made the whole experience extremely pleasant. I drove off the lot with my new car in just over an hour. Kayla has already been in touch to see if I had any additional questions about the car or needed any more help from her. Fantastic customer service. I just wished I lived closer to the dealership so they could handle my maintenance needs as well.
They made me as comfortable as possible waiting for my service. Everyone one pleasant. The service guy was very thorough and patiently answered all my questions. Gave me area to plug in my laptop and get work done while I waited!
We went in to get service done on our 2015 Subaru Forester. But we walked out with a brand new Subaru Ascent. Thanks to all the staff that helped. Brian and Greg in the service department. Alex in sales. A real gem he is. Not pushy at all. Just a real easy going experience. And Kim in finance. Been coming here over 3 years and everybody we meet through the dealership very knowledgeable and helpful.
Mr. Corbin gave excellent sales service. A # 1 considering he's a *ichigan fan. The pre-owned vehicle was very nice. Thank you for all your help assisting my 83 year old *ichigan fan Mother !
