Comfortable and smart interior, sporty handling. Looks good on the outside, plenty of space in trunk, seats fold down very easily. Good all round visibility
Great Experience.. started with looking @ the inventory online and then drove off the lot with no games no hassle no long waits just to haggle. They even brought my vehicle from one location to the next to meet my needs. Came from out of state and was in and out just as I explained that what was what I needed. Great job team!!!! Will definitely be recommending to whom ever is wanting a great vehicle at a good price and after it feels satisfied with the service in which they provide

Mechanically sound, good fit and finish. Excellent fuel economy for an awd suv, excellent safety assist features (Eyesight)
Horrendous user interface for all infotainment - I have never sworn so much at a car - all electronic controls were counter intuitive. Some were just plain stupid such as when putting car in reverse, as rear view camera comes on there is no way to mute stereo which is set at same level/station as when the car was last turned off! Even the window controls operated the opposite way I have been accustomed (down position of switch feels like it should be up, etc.)
Another con, I found the seat cushions to be too short (inadequate length under thigh towards the knee) for long trips.
Very odd that a car that could have been so good, struck out in such basic, easily correctable ways. They should fire their electronics designer and borrow some seat ergonomics know-how from the Swedes or Germans - and they will have a very good car!
Matt Carlson was the best! He was able to get me into the vehicle I wanted at an affordable price. He was straight forward and sincere. The whole transaction took 2 hours. Amazing!

Our 2017 Subaru Outback limited 2.5 has been a very practical and reliable vehicle for us. Extremely safe with eyesight safety suite. However, the interior needs to be a bit more luxurious. The engine, road and wind noise were basically unacceptable. I remedied that by extensive soundproofing on teh doors, floor and cargo area.
Rich, Len and Todd made the buying process informative, professional and courteous. We found the Subaru we wanted; it had just come in from shipment and the car was ready at the appointed time the next day for delivery. Rich walked us through the paperwork process with ease; Len did a great job pointing out the specifics of the vehicle from the technical perspective and Todd made the final paperwork process smooth and respectful. A great dealership. This is our second Crosstrek; the former being a hybrid version. Cheers to a very well staffed and efficient dealership.

While it's not the most eye-catching or fun car on the road, it certainly is very practical and a great bang for the buck. Great in the snow, good on gas and very roomy inside.
Rich at Subaru Loveland was absolutely outstanding. I fell in love with a new Subaru Impreza, but I knew it wasn't possible to purchase. Rich worked hard and made my dream a reality! I can't believe it! He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely patient. I would recommened him and and Subaru of Loveland to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

This car meets all of my needs, and I feel very safe driving it in all weather conditions. It is easy to get in and out of.
Michelle has went above and beyond for me. I'm from Cheyenne came to Greeley to buy my dream truck. I bought it as is. 5 months later my truck starting having problems I was offer a warranty when buy my truck at the time I didnt think I need it. I should have got it. I have now had to put a new motor in my truck and Greely Subaru did what no other dealership would have done, they helped me get my truck fixed. Steve Palmer did more then I can describe he helped me with price and made sure I had a car to get back and forth for work while my truck was getting the work done. This is my adventure car. It is great in the rain and snow and for heading to the mountain trails. The ground clearance is great for the rough mountain roads. Love it.
Salesperson Keri did a great job & we were also impressed with Beau Penny. Professional staff with no hard sale pressure to buy. Best experience I've had with a car dealership. Felt like a family owned business. Would definitely go back. Love my new car! Thank you.

The Subaru Outback 3.6 Touring car is comfortable and has all the bells and whistles including back up cameras, hands free phone calling, great sound system, sun roof/moon roof, leather seats, climate control, keyless entry etc. I love this car and how powerful it is in going up hills.
We bought our Subaru Outback yesterday from Chris Taylor at Dellenbach Subaru in Fort Collins. It was the easiest car buying process I have ever had. I contacted him to set up a meeting to talk about what kind of car I was looking at (new, used) narrowed my choices between Outback or Forester and from there made a decision on the Outback. Chris was extremely helpful, very patient during my 500 questions and had a great attitude the whole time. I would say the entire experience was refreshing from your "average" car buying extravaganza where you feel smothered by the sales person who is trying to sell you everything under the sun. This was different, it was smooth sailing, never felt hassled at any point and even though I went back and forth to the dealership 3 times before I bought anything they treated me extremely well from the second I walked through the door until I drove away in my new Outback. Not only was my sales experience excellent but Subaru's in general are really excellent car's so that helps when trying to make a decision. If you are looking to buy a new or use Subaru I would save yourself the trouble of looking else ware and give Chris Taylor a call.

Searched two weeks for a specific Subie. Was running out of steam and ended up chatting online with a rep to see if SoL had the trim package I was looking for. It wasn't in their inventory but 15 min later I got a call from TODD, sales rep, he tracked one down that had just come in on their truck!! He got it in the inventory, ready to drive, and our paper work done practically over night!!! Mind you, we contacted them at 5PM... Came in, Len walked us through every feature (SUBIES ARE LOADED NOWADAYS), ran through Finance with Zach and took our new baby home!!! Its PERFECT, They're PERFECT
My wife and I have bought many cars from many dealers in the east coast, southwest, and the west. This by far is the best dealer. From the salesman to the general manager, we found them to be courteous and professional. There was no pressure to buy the car. They gave us all the information we needed and the transactions were completed in a timely manner.

Long story short; we'd just moved to the US from the UK so had no credit history here. My Uncle who lives in the US was able to co-sign so we were able to get a decent rate (nowhere near the 21% - AutoNation had quoted us!). Our salesman Casey was great - he seemed trustworthy and honest from the outset and was throughout the whole process - he set up the whole Co-Signing thing with no fuss, even though my Uncle was actually on holiday in Europe. All it took was a five minute phone call and he did the rest. Other dealers were saying it couldn't be done while he was out of the country, some were saying he'd have to do an online application which would take him 90 mins. These guys, by their own admission, are not one of the big names when it comes to dealers but one of the many advantages of this is that they can be that bit more flexible and don't have to 'sell cars via a script'. We got a fair price for the car, their finance guy was good - obviously has some established links with banks/lenders as was able to get us a rate we were very happy with. Casey was great - extremely professional, no hard sell, certainly new the car we were buying inside and out and he's been at the dealership for sometime which counts for a lot, All in all, I'd definitely buy a car from Honda of Greeley again and it was nice to not have the usual nightmare dealer experience.

Having purchased many many cars and trucks over my 56 years and I must say this Subaru purchase was one of the best. Knowledgeable quality sales people and management made the experience second to none .We will definitely be back, I wouldn't change a thing! Our salesman spend all the time needed orienting us to the many tech and operating features. Never felt rushed. The finance man was quick and efficient (great job Buck) truly a PLEASURE. Cameron was very personable from the get go! He was ok with my friends checking out the cat with me and asking their own questions. He was very relaxed and easy to talk to, not like other high pressure fast talking situations I've had before. Even when looking at the prices, he answered all our questions and was not in our face about negotiating. On our first haggle, he quickly was able to get us a deal that was in our exact price range on the first try. This is a good and honest salesman that is just interested in getting you a car for the price you want, no pressure and with a friendly attitude.
I went in with my son to look at outbacks. Nick was great. We traded a Toyota hybrid camray with 100,000 miles. They gave a very fair price for the trade and took a fair amount of money off the window sticker. nick did not try to oversell the car. But we went for the limited edition anyways. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. The sales manager Jason McQueen was great also. The closer Tori Houghton was also a pleasure to deal with. Great dealership. Highly recommend
