My wife and I have been bringing our Subaru Legacy in for service to Garcia Subaru North for over three years. While we have had no complaints and a more than satisfactory experience it was a recent event that has prompted this review. Over a month ago I suffered a fender better in the dealership's parking lot. Aubrey Padilla came out to investigate, check on the offending party and then offered to help remedy the situation. While the damage was minor, nevertheless Aubrey put her team to work and fixed the problem. Even ordering a part for my back bumper to make the situation whole. I still could not believe that a busy dealership and busy manager would take the time to step in and fix a situation they had no hand in causing. I also want to point out how accessible Aubrey was via phone and in person after promising to help. I plan to be a Garcia Subaru customer for years to come. Thanks again Aubrey.
