I walked in not really expecting to drive away in my Mustang, but less than 2 hours later, the trade was done, financing done and papers signed. I'm one super happy customer.

My Outback is very comfortable and convenient, and has all the bells and whistles I need. It is very reliable and goes through all kinds of weather. The drive is quiet and smooth, and my 2 golden retrievers fit in the back.
We found a Paul Moak deal online while traveling on I20. We called ahead and scheduled an appointment. There was a sales representative ready for us when we arrived. They have good access to highway and city roads for a test drive. We knew what we wanted and already had a TruePrice certificate with us so there was little need to negotiate. The dealership actually offered a price $400 less than the number we arrived with. Jarvis was very knowledgeable about the car we were buying and helpful in orienting us to its features. Our only drawback was that the financing department took almost an hour to process our straight cash payment for the vehicle.

6 months after purchasing my Outback, I was involved in a serious accident. It did it’s job protecting me and my 4 legged passenger. It is my tank, and I love the AWD. I work in rural Home Health care and I have yet to get stuck or stranded where others have been. I love the space of the hatchback as I travel for a living.
I contacted the dealership in reference to a vehicle they had that was priced incredibly reasonably. Unfortunately they sold the vehicle but the sales associate was very kind to call me and keep me educated on the availability and went out of there way to try to accommodate my vehicle needs.

This car is more than I expected. It has a fun, smooth ride.has plenty of ports for my electronics, bluetooth, sirius accessibility. Gas mileage much better than my previous vehicle. I usually have buyers remorse, but not with this car. LOVE IT.
I recently purchased a used 2012 Acadia from "Chip" at Paul Moak Automotive in Jackson MS. The entire deal was completed over the internet via pictures and verbal descriptions. I can highly recommned this dealership as honest and more than fair. Like their slogan says a "deal not an ordeal" I flew in and picked up the vehicle in less than 2 hours. Super smooth transaction.

The 2018 Outback 4-cyl. Limited has been excellent so far. Power is adequate, the safety features work well, handling is good, and the ride is comfortable and quiet. The motor growls, unlike the smooth-humming Honda 4-cylinder motors I'm used to, but it's ok. It does take about six times as long as the Hondas to reach normal operating temperature, however.
Interior is pleasant. There are distracting reflections in the outside mirrors (especially on the driver's side) of silver trim around dashboard air vents, and the inside rear-view mirror is too low because of the "Eyesight" equipment, obstructing the driver's view to the right. Both of these problems appear to be easily remedied in future redesigns.
