Went to Ciocca knowing we wanted a new Forester. Milton Obando saw that we got the Forester we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. They did not have the car in the color we wanted on the lot, but he reserved one from their incoming inventory. When it did come in he even sent me pictures. He also gave us a tour of the facility so we'd be familiar with the service dept, etc. Also thanks to Drew in the financial department as he customized an extended coverage package for us and Gigi who did the 2 week post purchase review. I would definitely recommend Ciocca and Milton.

Matt did a great sales job. We were in the dealership unannounced several times over several months, and Matt was not always there. Billy and Michael stepped in and helped make the sales experience an overall excellent one. The USAA Car Buying service is the way to go, at least from this buyer's perspective. It relieved a lot of the pressure of buying a new car. Matt answered all our questions and was very efficient in processing the final paperwork. Maher was similarly efficient in finalizing the financing and optional services. Overall, nothing could have gone better. NOTE: we bought our first Subaru from your dealership, and were pleased with the car. One of your biggest sales incentives for returning customers, however is Carmen in the Service Department. She is a treasure--knowledgeable, friendly, engaging, thorough, etc. We may have been able to find a better deal in the region, but Carmen brought us back to your store.

Our 2013 Subaru Outback gave us good service and we kept to the maintenance schedule. The Outback is perfect for our needs: higher off the ground for flooding down the shore, good gas mileage, plenty of trunk space. Trading the '13 for a 2019 was a no-brainer. Lots of high-tech safety features - don't feel all are necessary for the average driver, but it's a sign of the times. It's comfortable and so far is performing nicely. I don't expect that to change! I walked in and was looking to test drive a Mazda 3 after doing some research online into what I wanted my first car to be. I was impressed with the experience I had, as I had no idea what to expect through the process of buying a car. Lane was patient and worked with me to find the car that best fit my needs and my budget, as I started looking at new cars, then moved to the used ones as we worked out the math on payments and my budget. I didn???t feel any pressure from the staff to buy now, they gave me all of the time I needed to make the decision.

This car has all the bells and whistles like most all other new cars, but the outstanding feature is its wonderful handling and comfortable, quiet ride. The Subaru Outback rides like cars used to ride 30 years ago - comfortably, securely, and solidly.
While a purchase was not made, The sales person we met with was a pleasant change from other dealership sales associates we have encountered. There was absolutely no pressure or pushiness to buy a vehicle. He listened to us, was attentive and very knowledgeable. If they find the right vehicle for us, we will most certainly purchase from McLaughlin Motors.

This car meets all my needs for comfort, safety, and driving in snow. The feature included backup camera, eyesight technology, the warning buzz if you drift or forget to use your blinkers when you change lanes. The seating is spacious, ergonomic seats are nice. All the buttons/ knobs are either on the steering wheel or within reach. I feel safe driving this vehicle.
After a long day of car shopping you never know what you???re going to get from a dealership. Stives made the car shopping experience smooth and painless! He was genuine from the beginning with our best interest in mind. I felt like I could trust him when he said he was offering the best possible deal. Honestly, I didn???t not think I could afford a brand new car! But Stives explained Hyundai???s new lease program and I found that I could actually walk away with a beautiful brand new car with an unbeatable warranty. The whole experience was excellent from Stives to his manager to their accounting person???all wonderful, kind people. I???m so excited to have joined the Hyundai family of Coconut Creek!

They didn't push or make us feel like we had to buy and just wanted us to be happy. They got us exactly what we needed and couldn't have done a better job. Subaru continues to impress with their recognition of brand loyalty and increased safety standard with the new 2019 Subaru Outback.
I have the 2.5i base model, having previously owned 2.5i Premiums, I was very pleased to see the standard features on the base model. Eyesight, lane departure, great multimedia, and more.
The ride on this Outback is the quietest, most comfortable yet.
If you can't spend the extra $$ to get a higher level trim, don't worry, the base model has plenty to work with.
I can???t believe how nicely I was treated. Everyone was so nice and went out of their way to help me while I purchased my new 2019 Suburu Outback. Todd was the salesperson and I would recommend seeing him. Thank you!

Except for Matt, while staff called him a Guru of accessories, he didn't seem to know much if anything, no personality and appeared very bored with his position. Maybe needs a new job, at the unemployment office holding down the floor
I was hesitant to come back to this location because my last experience was not very good. Recently I found out that I could only get the wipers from the dealership so I had to go back. I went to the parts department and they had exactly what I needed and they told me that the service department could install them. The service people were awesome!! They washed my car, were polite, and got the job done fast.
Great service and selection at Southern Oregon Subaru. Ben helped me get started before I made the trip from the coast; Bob finished the deal with prompt and kind service. They were both easy to talk with and seemed very knowledgable about subarus. They went out of their way to find me the right car and loan. Valerie made the loan signing proccess easy with her prompt service. I would highly recommend getting your subaru through them.
I can't believe I waited so long to own a SUBARU.
