This dealership has always gotten me in ASAP or sooner. Danny Vaughn is always great! I want to know why, how and what service is done to my car. It is not because I do not trust, I am curious and always in the learning mode. Danny is excellent at explaining, is knowledgeable about my car, and very much of a gentleman and always has a smile to share.

You never expect to have a great experience at a used car dealership so I was pleasantly surprised when my husband and I visited this dealership. From the moment we walked in, we could tell this experience would be different. Jeff, our salesperson, was extremely knowledgeable about the cars on their lot and after listening to our needs, showed us multiple different options that would fit what we wanted. We definitely put him to work and test drove multiple cars to find the perfect one for us. He made no complaints about warming up cars in the cold weather so we'd be comfortable. Jeff definitely was not a high pressure salesperson and after finally deciding upon a Subaru Outback, gave us a bunch of coaching on its features and even gave us good advice about getting the best deal on car insurance since some insurers offer better rates for driving Subarus. Before we signed the paperwork, he even did a walk-around and checked for any dents, scrapes in the paint or tears in the leather and told us what they would fix or repair. We felt extremely comfortable the whole time and we're glad that we had such a relaxed purchase environment. They also stayed open later than their posted hours just so we could drive home that day in our new-to-us car. Overall, if you're looking for an honest, transparent used car buying experience, I would definitely recommend this dealer and specifically ask to work with Jeff.
I bought a new Mazda CX-3 from Byers Mazda in Columbus, Ohio and had a very positive experience. I worked with their internet sales specialist Atef Behery. He was very responsive to my inquiries and eager to schedule a time for me to take a test drive. Based on my input to him, Atef provided several quotes for lease/purchase options several days before the test drive so I could ponder which would be best for my situation. Upon arriving at the dealership, Atef was very thorough in explaining the vehicle and answered all my questions. As the dealership states on its website, it intends to make the purchase process simple and haggle-free, and it lived up to that goal. Very efficient, friendly, and work completed within a reasonable time frame. Love the new place; nice waiting area. Good, informative, repair order paperwork, clearly shows all areas checked by the mechanics.
To make this as short and accurate as possible, I was in the car buying process for about 3 months. The very first time I went to Subaru of Gwinnett I went only for a test drive. Nelson, my salesperson acknowledge my intent and was very respectful of it. After several weeks, Nelson Never did once try to push me or rush me into deciding to buy a car. He allowed me to test drive another model I was interested in, and over the course of a few weeks, we worked together to find the perfect car. Once we determined what car was best, he did an outstanding job at finding the car and getting us a good deal on it. When it came time to purchase the car, the process was very painless and quick. Overall, an increible experience, I cannot recommend them enough
Great team (you do not need a review so you get a pat on the back. This is the downfall of companies. People spend to much time trying to get a 5 that everything else suffers. As I stated the experience was great. However this side of the experience is going downhill. Do your job everyday the best you can, enjoy it or get out. Cory Fox is highly knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely glad to welcome Subaru owners and assist with any service needs. I appreciate how I feel like an individual, not just ??? another routine oil change.??? Exceptional service from start to finish. We made an online inquiry about a 2018 Forester and was contacted by Nick Clough who was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We explained to Nick exactly what we were looking for in regards to vehicle and price point. Nick went to work and found us the perfect car. When we came to the dealership for our test drive we were greeted at the door as if we were a returning customer. We were not bombarded with pushy sales people but were asked who our appointment salesperson was. It was a class act all the way around. Completing the financing was as simple as signing a few documents. Nick took care of most of the detail work before we ever came in. This was a nice touch and made our experience much more pleasurable. I would wholeheartedly recommend this dealership and Nick Clough for all of your Subaru needs.

I am pleasantly surprised at how the car buying process has changed over the years. It's a much less painful process. Sure, it still takes hours, but it feels more like a buyer's market than the high pressure sales tactics of the past. Both sales and finance were friendly and easy to work with. I also like the fact they have Mike the "Tech Guy" go over all the bells and whistles.
Bought my car last week and made an appt with mike to go through everything about the car with me. He is amazing. Took me through every detail and helped me set every up correctly. Everyone is so nice and helpful!!
We traded in our Equinox in a new Forrester after meeting Curtis & Alex at the auto show. They were wonderful, positive and helpful without being pushy. Alex took a ton of time to answer all our questions and take us around the lot. He stayed with us through the entire process, even delivered the vehicle to me 2 days later (in the Salem area) and went over every detail of the car to make sure I knew how everything operated. A wonderful car-buying experience! I'll definitely make the drive up there again next time we're looking. Thank you!
