I recently bought a 2016 Ford Focus ST from this dealer and I couldn?t be happier. The staff were very kind and made the process of obtaining this vehicle very easy. Our Outback Touring is a plush do everything. The satin black silica puts in a whole higher looking class. The interior is simply stunning and beautiful. With complete leather heated and cooled seats front and back seats. Voice commands etc. All for a very reasonable cost. Just unbelievable!!

So far my Outback Wilderness has been a very exceptional car and affordable, for what you get I would expect the price to be a lot higher, it is definitely powerful enough.

I have dealt with John Tyler for the last 3 cars that I have purchased there and in February 2022 I purchased a 4th car again requesting John Tyler as he always gives me great service with no pressure! He is my “go to” person there!

So tired of people saying this car is under powered. Base 4cyl has plenty of power to go through mountain passes and whatever else you need. If you want to make up for your insecurities, maybe this isn’t that car for you. I see a Mustang or F-150 in your future. Put your foot to the floor and it moves, like it should. Drive like a sane person and it rewards you at the pump. Safest cars on the road too!

Repairs are the last thing you think about when purchasing a new or used car. However, when needed, there is nothing more important. Suburban Subaru understands this. Recently, we needed to replace a rear sensor. They were not available...period. The General Manager made sure we had a loaner, banged on the corporate Subaru doors, more than once, and eventually found one at another dealership. No moss under his feet. Thank you so much. I bought my 2025 Outback Onyx XT from Villages Subaru the last day of January 2025. This is our 15th Subaru vehicles. Of those 14 were Outbacks and one was a Forrester we had many years ago. I love this 2025 Outback for the way it handles, all of the safety features and the way it looks. I would recommend it to anyone in the market for a new car.

I wholeheartedly recommend anyone looking for a car, especially a used car, to consider Steve Canada at Quality Subaru. His help was indispensable as I chose a used sedan that would fit my budget and my needs. He never tried to oversell me, was always upfront about helping me to weigh my long-term spending, and most of all, is a car guy himself, and answers questions with comfort. Test driving with him was great because he was able to say what things to pay attention to and made sure the car was absolutely in the shape I was hoping it to be when driving it off the lot. I think the biggest reason, though, that I would recommend him is that he checked in after the fact to make sure everything was going good with the car, and he made sure his service team resolved a noise. I've never had a dealer go this far with providing service--usually once the car is off the lot, they wash their hands of you. But this wasn't the case with Steve at all. Finally, Steve has just been so personable and talks to you like you're a person he's actually interested in talking to, not just a customer. I'd be happy to work with him again on my next purchase and to recommend him to even my closest friends and family.
