There I was, in the dentist's chair, waiting for the Doc. Checking my phone, I noticed a Prius V I had been watching for some time had a recent price reduction. Carlsbad Subaru was nearby so we stopped to have a look. We knew going in the car fit all our parameters: 2015, single owner, 100k miles. We hadn't planned to buy a car that day but we were ready, if the car lived up to expectations. Our sales rep, Sammy, showed us the car and took us out on a test drive. So far so good so we got down to business. Sammy talked us through the purchase process and from there things went smoothly, the only hiccup coming in the form of an insurance hurdle because we are Washington State residents buying a car in California. Once that was sorted out, with sigh of relief, we were on our way with the Prius. The whole process was easy. Sammy was great. It was our first experience with Carlsbad Subaru and it was a good one. Very good service appointment and experience. Done quickly. Nice people. Only problem I ran into was that I had wanted my car detailed (cleaned inside and out), but was told they could only do this in the mornings (my appoitment was for 3:30).

I got a new Tiguan earlier in the year and they made everything to easy. Totally took all the pressure off of making such a big purchase. They answered all of my questions and also made sure I knew how everything in the car worked. Love my car and will be buying from them again!!

Always a good experience working with the friendly and competent sales and service staff at Briggs Subaru in Topeka. We received an excellent trade-in value for our low miles 2022 Impreza when we traded for a 2024 Crosstrek, which we really like. We still have the 2016 Outback we bought from Briggs and it looks and runs like new with only 120,000 miles on it.
