I purchased my Subaru Outback about 7 months ago.
I purchased my Subaru Outback about 7 months ago. The Service department has taken good care of me. The last oil change they discovered that the car needed a alignment and had a oil leak. Josh Lancaster took extremely good care of me. He covered both under warranty and provided a loaner with no hassle as well as kept me up to date as the repairs proceeded. I can't recommend Subaru of Ann Arbor enough for buying a new Subaru and for their service department.

Findlay Subaru Of St George and Findlay Subaru of America are the most amazing car companies I have ever had experience with. We had an issue with our Subaru, and Findlay Subaru of Saint George and Subaru Of America resolved it in a way that I believe no other car company would. I wanted to get a car fairly quickly and knew what I was willing to spend. My salesperson Paolo was extremely helpful and found me my car in the color I wanted in less than a week. To my surprise, the package I purchased even came with several bonus accessories for protecting the interior. Paolo took his time with me and explained every feature in the car (even after closing), which was amazing since the manual looks like an encyclopedia. The dealership followed up later with a Zoom call to answer any additional questions I still had and they’re sending me a free gift! Overall, I would absolutely shop here again and recommend this dealership to my friends!

Great experience!
We highly suggest PSS. This was the second Subaru dealership we stopped at and chose to drive the extra hour and a half to PS because their prices couldn't be beat online. We worked with Alan and he was very professional, answered any and all questions we had, and did everything he could to make sure we were getting the best deal on the Subaru we wanted. We wanted some add-ons and they were able to schedule us at a convenient time for us and were professional when we returned for that as well. Could not be happier with our experience and our new vehicle.
