My 550GT is 7 years old , the rear suspension had a slow leak, they installed new units at a competetive price to non BMW dealers and gave me a loner while the work was being done. Car came back cleaned like new !

This is my adventure car. It is great in the rain and snow and for heading to the mountain trails. The ground clearance is great for the rough mountain roads. Love it.
We were greeted by Edens at the front door and he welcomed us to sit down and discuss what we wanted. He was very attentive and helped us select the right model for us. He had us test drive the car and explained the interior workings. He answered any questions we had. He was very knowledgeable about the car and we felt very relaxed . We had been to several other dealers but Edens was the best salesman that we had we encountered. The whole process was exceptional.

Comfortable ride,love the adjustable seat that fits me perfectly. Very quiet. Every amenity you could possibly need. Safety features sold me on this vehicle. Sound system is great.
I lost my '95 purple Corvette to hurricane Irma. After moving to Lee County I saw this beautiful '95 Candy Apple red '95 Corvette on their website with low mileage and Ray Matthews explained the history of this car and got me the Car-Fax on it. I made an offer and the manager countered with a great deal. Everyone there was so friendly and when I got home I got a call asking me how my experience there was. As a double Purple Heart veteran, I miss my purple Vette but I love this red Corvette. I hope to go back there one day and but one of those Buick SUV's. Ray also got me in and out and on my way pretty quickly. Larry also helped get me on my way

Just purchased this car but I can tell you it rides smoothly and is comfortable. Just learning about all the improvements to cars since our last car purchase but it looks harder than it is. Looking forward to driving this car for years to come.
Pleasant young man. When I go shopping for cars I hate high pressure sales pitch people. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no pressure but lots of helpful information. He has called to follow up and still no pressure, but wanted me to remember his name so I wrote it down. I'm not ready to buy now however I'm impressed by his courteous demeanor. I will definitely be back when I'm 100% ready to buy a car. In a way I feel bad I'm not ready to buy the car so I wanted to at least leave a good review, I know most of the time the only reviews are the negative ones and I try to make it a point when I receive good service to point it out and let management know a good impression was made. Decent value for the money. Superb AWD. Good quality materials used in interior. Mileage in the 6cyl is so-so. But better performance makes it worth it. Quality issues with the high end head units, and a recall for gas gauge being off by 1/8th tank.
This our third purchase l that we have made from OBrien Mazda. Om our last purchase, my wife and I delt with Chuck Grillo Chuck was very pleasant to deal with. He was able handle all our concerns. I fell he went the extra mile ensure our satisfaction. My wife and I were treated well by all O'Brien staff. I would and have highly recommended Chuck Grillo and OBrien Mazda to others.

This car is so functional. The AWD is great in the winter months, good gas mileage and lots of room to haul things with the rear seats folded down.
I thought this vehicle was a great car for the value. It drives well, and has great "get up and go." It's a great family vehicle, and has plenty of cargo space for all of the gear hauling you do as a parent or active person!
A fairly straight forward experience. Low pressure, willing to bargain. Only issue was that car was not completely serviced and ready to go when we picked it up, which was corrected on the spot

Just what I want in a car. It holds the road on ice and snow and is a pleasure to drive year around. My last Subaru, a 2000 purchased new had no major problems until it died an official death at alnost 300,000 miles.
Shopping for a replacement pre-owned vehicle can be a bit tense. I walked into the preowned showroom and some how found myself walking toward Mr.Anderson's desk . A warm and sincere greeting was extended ... and I felt at "home" . We were not certain of what we wanted but narrowed to the one model of two builders . We did not purchase from John Anderson and O'Brien .. but had the pre-owned of choice been there we would have done so . He called in follow-up and was most cordial in wishing every success with our choice . He is a good man and an asset to this company and I will stop again soon when our 2nd vehicle is replaced

I drove my Pearl across the country from California to Tampa Florida, with no issues! Dependable/reliable and durable. Pearl was love at first site and thanks to the folks at Capitol Subaru, California I was able to finance my Subaru, with not stellar credit they helped. Now my car is fully paid for and I love my Outback. I got my son to buy his own 2016 Subaru!
JT was awesome! I never felt pressured or awkward at any moment. He made the experience very easy. I shopped around at a couple other dealerships and they made me feel pressured or didn???t want my business at all. I will come back to JT and O???Brien for my future purchases!! I LOVE my Forester!! Beautiful facility, shows great promise and still head and shoulders above the other local Jeep dealership (Galeana) but 6 contacts and an about hour to only schedule the appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and them to see if something qualifies for a warranty issue.... unacceptable. No appointments available for at least two weeks out and no way to confirm appointment time online or even by phoning the dealership directly. They can???t even tell you who your service advisor is... once I arrived I found I didn???t even need an appointment after all because they dont handle that type of warranty work for Mopar Service Plans. I have to call Chrysler direct to schedule. Service advisor seemed nice enough but not very knowledgeable and pretty stressed. They???re new so I???ll cut some slack, but guessing management needs to do some better training. Still not sure about why it took 6 contacts to schedule an appointment.. there must have been 15 girls in a bullpen area that handle scheduling who were seemingly just sitting around and chatting. Not great, but not as awful as Galeana. Will give them a second chance and re-review.

It met all my expectations! I absolutely love it! The ride is so comfortable for the driver and riders. The heated seats are perfect for this weather. I have nothing negative to say. I just wish I could have purchased a new one!
All around great service. Friendly and honest service. Comster service was always available. I recieved my vehicle within four days after the completed process, of paper work.

Very well accessorized. Really too many bells and whistles for my need.
Someone that is younger and more into cities and technology with cell phones will appreciate what this car has to offer. I personally will probably never use all of the gadgets.
Great potential vehicle unless you have very tall people. The vehicle lacked leg room in the second seat if the driver seat is all the way back. The lane assist feature is great along with the four wheel drive system. I looked carefully at purchasing this car until we hit the leg room issue.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
