I found a truck I really wanted. When concerned about a mechanical problem, Luke was very receptive. He handed me the keys to a similar truck and when I drove it, I did notice a significant difference. I attributed this to a mechanical concern with the first truck, and he said he'd speak to his mechanic. Apparently the mechanic found nothing, and another Salesman sold the truck before Luke and I could follow up. Hopefully there's no review on a Lemon F350 sold form here. but at the end of the communication I was very happy with Luke's communication with me. I'll be back if I see the right truck on the lot. Be sure to ask for Luke, he seems like an honest and sincere business man

This car meets all my needs: leather interior, great sound system, plenty of room in back for kids and ample storage in the back. AWD is excellent! I expect to enjoy this car for years to come.
Great crossover. A lots of room, lots of good features. Easy to drive, comfortable on long trips. Great visibility. Very quiet in the passenger compartment compared to other vehicles I have owned.
From start to finish, I can't say enough great things about the experience I had leasing my new Subaru Forester. Thanks to Keith Zaring, who shepherded my wife and me through the entire process and made everything as easy as it could be! And the car is WONDERFUL. Thanks again... you have a customer for LIFE.

This vehicle satisfies all of my needs. Very reliable, well equipped, everyday driver. This vehicle has more than ample room for passengers and cargo. Very easy to drive, and comfortable.
About a month ago we came down to KIA Sorento. We looked at 2 vehicles that were available at the time with Skylar Martin who had just moved into the area with his dad who is part of the new management. Skylar did not push us or try to sell us a new car. Instead he understood our need and let us take a gray Sorento (now sold) so that I could test drive it and see if it would work out as a vehicle of choice. We were able to meet his dad who understood our desire to wait for a personal loan to come through. I would highly recommend this dealership based on others that we have been to and say that it is worth doing business with if you can find the right vehicle of your choice.

The rear automatic braking system kills my love for this car. If the eyesight thinks you're going to hit something (a wall, another car, etc), it sounds a brief warning, then slams on the brakes. You might just be backing into or out of a steep driveway though. It scares the daylights out of you if you're not expecting it. Literally, the brakes will lock up. There is no instant kill switch for it, and it takes a while to turn it off while holding your finger on the button. I can't back into my own driveway without this thing slamming on the brakes unless I hold up traffic while pushing and holding a button to clear. It resets every time you put the car into reverse. I hate this "feature" so badly. I wish I could permanently disable it.
I have always enjoyed my experience with the Sales and Service department at Arapahoe KIA. They have always made me feel special like I was there and they were to make my day. I will continue to do business with Arapahoe KIA because of their fine product and excellent staff.

The 2019 Subaru Outback 3.6R Limited is a Fantastic car! It has an excellent six cylinder engine/CVT trans. Lots of power whenever you need it. The Outback Limited is loaded with all the latest technical wizardry you could want. The Outback has a great ride and very good handling. Plenty of room inside for people and cargo. No need for an SUV when you can drive an Outback.
These guys (Paul and Jason) were great to deal with. They did not pressure me into anything. Will be bringing my car back in for them to service also.

I especially like the room in the back storage area, i had to use it to haul bags of leaves when i first got it and could haul 8 bags, I can put in 2 golf bags easily, and for traveling its great.
Greg worked with his sales manager to make a deal that was really amazing! My 2016 leased Impreza (Shortline) developed some electrical problems that promised to take a week or two to find & fix, so Greg was able to put me into a new 2018 Forester instead for just a few more dollars per month than I was paying on my Impreza. It was a "win/win" for both the dealership & for me - I got a larger, more powerful Subaru and the dealership got one very happy customer!

The only concern that I had was the fact my leg room may have been less then I had hoped for. Other then that it was an outstanding auto.
Had a fabulous, positive experience with Jonny and Shortline Subaru! Jonny gave me all the time I needed and listened carefully to what I wanted. And most amazing, when I made a mistake and picked a car that I didn???t like after I drove it home, etc. they were completely supportive and worked with me to get a car I would really love. And now, 2 month later, I am 100% happy and satisfied with just about every aspect of the car. Overall, great experience!

I found him to be extremely knowledgeable on the subject (and I had done my own research prior). He set us up with a test drive, and gave us a perfect route with both City and Highway driving. I Internet shopped for this vehicle, and I have to say, it was a great, hassle-free shopping experience with Tom Karros Sr. and Shortline Subaru! This is the 3rd Forester purchased at Shortline. Initially I asked for Justin since he did a very good job of handling the last purchased. Found out Justin left the dealership but he did call to let me know he was no longer working as a car salesman which was very professional and courteous of Justin. I went on line and contacted the internet sales manager and was assigned to Chris Carrera but ???Jonny??? Carrera the brother called before I had the chance to call Chris. They???re brothers! I talked to Jonny at 10:30 and told him what I was looking for and followed up with an email. Set an appointment to meet at the dealership at 12:30, arrived 15 minuets early and was warmly greeted by Jonny. Much to my surprise car was washed and waiting for my arrival. Jonny is amazing and has exceptional customer service. He really listens and cares about his customer. He???s honest and transparent just as he promised over the phone. My husband and I have purchased over 30 cars with other dealerships and is very familiar with the.process. His focus was on us and valued our time. We got a great deal on a great car. I love that I know that my wife will be safe and will feel comfortable driving it . I really have DRIVE THIS CAR FAR AWAY, and still going and still have way more lives....
I went into the buying process not being tied to a specific dealership. I was simply looking for the best price. I'd previously bought an Outback from Shortline 8 years prior and had a great experience, but figured a lot had changed so came into it with an open mind. I started working with 3 dealerships, but that number quickly became 1 because Shortline went above and beyond with their customer service and price. If you get a chance to work with Alice Hausig take it - she was awesome! She was available via text or voice whenever I needed something or had a question, and did a great job of checking in regularly without it coming across as being too pushy. When I went in for a test drive, she went out of her way to find the right cars, and then simply left it at a test drive because I wasn't ready to buy at that time. I can't say enough good things about her and the dealership, and how happy I was with the buying experience. Definitely keep Alice and Shortline in mind if you're looking to buy a car - you can't go wrong!

Ricardo was very helpful and informative from the start, without leaving me feeling pressured into purchasing the Yukon I was there to look at. Overall, a good car. We've had a couple of problems that while covered by warranty, still made us uncomfortable. I would probably buy another one. I've owned 3 Subarus and I'm mostly satisfied with the brand.
Colt was awesome!! I arrived at 6:59, knowing that Service closes at 7:00 and he was terrific. I had a terrible tow experience getting there and he kindly checked in my car and made sure I go home ok.

I have missed no meals because I know how people want to be treated. & so do. The guys @ Davidson Motors. They understand the sales procedure, As Zigg Ziegler Says (Quote) The sales procedure is something you do FOR people NOT TO them... They got it. They have it figured out.. You need to go get ya some of it.. When you want another Vehicle go see em.. Only thing That wasn't 5 start was the leaky roof making the office kind of un-attractive. I bought this car because I was looking for a 4wd that could tow at least 3000 lbs if needed. I’ve owned this car for approx three years and I use it to drive to work and up to visit my friends in Maine. It is extremely reliable with loads of interior room for all transport needs. I highly recommend this auto.
I have given the highest rating to the categories that apply. Everyone was helpful, courteous, and really kind.
The only shortcoming--which didn't affect much--was that Id asked t to have the tires that were taken off put into the back of my car (which John acknowledged I'd done) but they weren't. One tire would have been okay for an extra if I'd needed it. But. . .
Outback was in for 48,000 scheduled maintenance. All work was completed in a timely manner and the vehicle returned clean

This car just keeps getting better. Eyesight, Appleplay, auto door locks, improved display......I thought I loved my 2017 Outback!! Subaru continuously strives to improve upon what they have instead of trying to razzle dazzle you. I will never own anything but a Subaru.
Electrical problem. Replaced part. Problem looked solved, but problem recurred. Brought back and again stressed overall problem. Agent realized that a more thorough inspection was justified. Second effort found the root cause of the problem and problem was indeed solved. My background as an airline pilot gives me an understanding of why this can occur and I feel they did a great job.

Had a 2008 and the 2019 is much improved. So many upgrades and safety features now incorporated in the Outback. Everyone should look at Subaru before they purchase.
My wife and I bought a vehicle on 12 Jan 2018. Our salesperson was Rolando Marsh . He was such a professional person. We told him what we could put down and how much that we wanted our payments to be. He came through and got my wife the car she wanted and the color.The whole staff that night was great. I even talked sports with Tim the Vikings fan and Nate in finance was awesome also. Thanks guys .
When it comes to safety, reliability, value for the money, and best of all it's performance in the snow, Subaru is hands down the VERY BEST. I would challenge any other car brand to beat any of these qualities in a car . . . no matter what the price!!!
