Please note the 2018 Explorer Sport I recently leased through Hassett is the 4th vehicle I've obtained through your dealership within the past decade. The first vehicle I purchased outright and the last three vehicles were leased. The sales rep for the past two vehicles I've leased has been Mike Scannello. With the past two transactions Mike was extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly which made each transaction go extremely well and very smoothly. I originally stopped in to speak with Mike in regards to leasing a new vehicle earlier in October. When I returned on October 28th Mike knew exactly which vehicle and options I was interested in and he offered me several vehicles with different color combinations to choose from. I decided to go with another Explorer Sport only this time in white with a black interior so I placed a deposit on the car the very same day. The following day I returned with a bank check and received delivery of the vehicle. Due to Mike's professionalism and knowledge doing business with Hassett is truly a pleasure. My latest transaction with Mike and Hassett was by far the quickest and smoothest I've ever experienced during my lifetime of purchasing or leasing new Ford or Mercury vehicles. I've also dealt with your finance manager Danny during the the past three vehicle transactions. Danny is also extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly so you have an excellent team in place at your dealership. When ever it comes time for a new vehicle purchase or lease I'm assured I can always find what I'm looking for and do business with at Hassett due to the excellent team of professionals you have on staff at your dealership. Both my wife and myself love our new vehicle even more that we did our 2016 red Explorer Sport.

The 2019 Subaru Outback 3.6R Limited is a Fantastic car! It has an excellent six cylinder engine/CVT trans. Lots of power whenever you need it. The Outback Limited is loaded with all the latest technical wizardry you could want. The Outback has a great ride and very good handling. Plenty of room inside for people and cargo. No need for an SUV when you can drive an Outback.

Well, I had another chance to use this dealership and I must say, Grand Prix's motto "We will satisfy you" definitely applies here. Unfortunately, our new Subaru Legacy, which me and my mom love, was recalled with about 51,000-52,000 2016-2017 Legacy/Outback models due to a possible problem with the steering problem. Unfortunately, this meant that my car would have to go into the dealership for service in order to fix it. Thankfully, I found Subaru of North America very proactive in getting information about the recall out there to the customers and at least I knew that Grand Prix would help me, as I had previous experience there when I shopped for our Legacy 3.6R Limited and found it to be an excellent dealership. Thankfully, this carried over to the service department, where a friendly and helpful representative was able to get me an appointment two days after the recall went out at 7:30AM, get me a loaner car (ended up being a rental from Hertz paid by Subaru, as the dealer ran out of loaners), and also have my car towed to the dealership two days before, as Subaru advised owners not to drive it. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by a gentleman named Kevin, who was helpful and pointed me in the right direction to my Service Advisor, Steve Shoum. I found him to be excellent and better than the Service Advisor who helped us at the luxury car dealership where we serviced our former luxury car, as we found Steve to be very friendly, knowledgeable about cars, and able to speak to the customer without making them feel stupid or being snarky, like at the dealership where we serviced our previous car. While I did have to wait a bit as Hertz in Hicksville did not open until 9:00AM and they needed to pick me up, as Grand Prix ran out of loaners due to the recall, things were still fine, as I found the service center to be very nice, as it looked upscale and delivered on being somewhat upscale, with many plush and comfortable chairs, large screen TVs, nice restrooms, free wifi, plenty of literature, and a very good selection of complimentary food and beverages, like bagels and all of the fixings, coffee, soft drinks, and fresh fruit. Throughout the process, I found all of the employees other than Steve who I have dealt with previously in the sales department, like Vinny Ortolani, the General Sales Manager who came by to say hi to all of the customers and chat, Emily, another Service Advisor, and all of the other employees to be very warm and efficient, which was fantastic! My car was at the service center for a week, as the part for the steering column was on back order and they wanted to inspect the car, but Steve continued to keep me updated throughout, which contrasts to our previous Service Advisor at the luxury car dealership, who left us in the dark and made it hard to call him, as we usually got his voicemail when we called the dealer. Also, he rarely called us with updates. Grand Prix also proved to be very accommodating, as Taylor, the representative in the Sales Department, was very helpful as she had my car wait in front of the Sales Department as I had to pick up my car a little after hours due to work. This was appreciated, as I feel like Grand Prix understands not everyone operates on their schedule. There was one minor hiccup in the experience, as the car was kind of dirty when we got it back, but it was resolved perfectly after we complained, as Dan Ross, the General Manager of the dealership, was understanding and wanted to make sure we we satisfied, as he offered us two vouchers to the Hicksville Car Wash, which was appreciated. Overall, I thought that Grand Prix's Service Department was excellent, as it put where we took our luxury car to shame thanks to their fantastic service and I would definitely recommend Grand Prix when I need to service my Legacy!

This was the first enjoyable car buying experience I've had in a long time. There was no pressure, like wolves coming at you the moment you walked in the door. My salesman, Joe Lucci was relaxed and professional, really knew the product well, and listened well to my questions. Ted Hanlon the sales manager, came over to make sure I was being handled properly and that all my questions were being addressed. After all my questions were answered and I took another test drive, I decided to purchase the car. The car is great! A Subaru Forester. I'm on the road all the time. My gas bill, for the same amount of driving went down from $500 a month to $175 - $250. The gas saving is paying the monthly loan amount. You get free oil changes for a year which is great and the dealership has a special process for oil changes. You don't have to make an appointment. You just show up. So far my experience has been really good with Grand Prix. I don't see why it shouldn't continue. I've receive a call to make sure all is well and I appreciate that. I would highly recommend both Subaru and Grand Prix.

The rear automatic braking system kills my love for this car. If the eyesight thinks you're going to hit something (a wall, another car, etc), it sounds a brief warning, then slams on the brakes. You might just be backing into or out of a steep driveway though. It scares the daylights out of you if you're not expecting it. Literally, the brakes will lock up. There is no instant kill switch for it, and it takes a while to turn it off while holding your finger on the button. I can't back into my own driveway without this thing slamming on the brakes unless I hold up traffic while pushing and holding a button to clear. It resets every time you put the car into reverse. I hate this "feature" so badly. I wish I could permanently disable it.

We have been coming to Nemet Nisssan since our first lease(for many years now). We recently started leasing a 2018 Nissan pathfinder from Benny Davarshvili (I apologize in advance if it is misspelled!) Every single time we came into Nemet Nissan, we were greeted with warm smiles and a super knowledgeable as well as friendly staff. They helped us work out a better lease payment (on the car equipped with a 1600 optional package) than the competitions LOWER PRICED BASE MODEL. Also the experience was made so much easier than other dealers. First time I walked in I was given an itemized quote in writing (no-one else offered this ) in maybe a half hour visit. NO GAMES. Hello, Because of the conditions of our roads in Westchester I was looking for a car that could keep up with the latest "pot holes". When I asked around one place and name kept coming up on a consistent basis. Everyone said to go to Stamford Subaru. When I did go I was introduced to Robert Fuch, and boy was I glad I spoke to him. He did not pressure me or my family in any way, and his professionalism is top notch. He takes his time and tries to understand your needs and what you expect from the car. He is a wonderful person to know and to have dealt with. Yes his recommendation on which type of car for my family and me was 100% dead on. We have already taken one mini-vacation (3 days) in the car and it drove and handled the road like a dream, just like he said it would. I am looking forward to take a 2-week driving vacation in 8 weeks in the car. If you are looking for a car and asked me whom I would buy my next car from I would not hesitate to say STAMFORD SUBARU and see ROBERT FUCH! I have 2-pinched nerves in the center of my back so a car ride anywhere is a new degree of pain. I explained the type of ride my back needs, the type of family car we need and he suggested and explained to me what type of car I should try. I suggested another car and he told me why that car would not be a good choice, but said we would try both cars. The ride was several left and rights, and over some bumpy roads.... even 2 potholes, and you know what? NO PAIN! It was the first ride I took that did not require a painkiller when I got out. I was so comfortable in that car that I did not want to try the other car. Since I did not want to test-drive the other car he suggested to just sitting in the other car in the show room to feel the difference on my back. Needless to say he was 100% dead on and I am very happy with my new car.

My husband and I recently purchased a 2016 Subaru Legacy at Subaru Stamford. My husband had done lots of comparative shopping and they were clearly the most competitive. (We did well with a trade in, too) Jeremiah was excellent to work with- he's knowledgeable, easygoing, not pushy and overall great. Very customer oriented both in person and later on the phone for a little technical support. We are totally satisfied! Also, there was an associate in the showroom, I wish I knew his name. He offered to make me an customized playlist on a flash drive. He was awesome! How often does that random kindness happen?

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Looked at Volvo’s and the rest before deciding to buy a Subaru. The ride is noisy most of the time. So far, I get 28 mpg, so why buy the slow noisy 4cylinder? The traction system is called X-Drive and it works well in glare ice and deep snow. Dealer maintenance is outrageously expensive, charging $600 to replace 6 spark plugs. The. CVT causes this wagon to be slow even with the high output six cylinder. The cabin heating system needs to improve so that you don’t have to idle for 1/2 hour to get heat when it’s -10.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I received a loan package via FedEx 2 days later, signed all the paperwork, and sent it back in the pre-paid FedEx envelope they provided. About 3 days later, I started getting emails to schedule delivery. The process only took 9 business days from the moment I made the deposit to the moment I got my vehicle. I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. This car just keeps getting better. Eyesight, Appleplay, auto door locks, improved display......I thought I loved my 2017 Outback!! Subaru continuously strives to improve upon what they have instead of trying to razzle dazzle you. I will never own anything but a Subaru.

I was referred to Texas Direct Auto/Vroom by a good friend and I???m glad I decided to go with them for my car purchase! I initially got Billie as my car sales personnel, but she seemed to be very pushy and just aiming to make quick sale; which is something that made me very uncomfortable. After speaking with her for a while I advised I would give her a call back to speak with my financial advisor on proceeding further on this process with Vroom. When I called back I got a different agent that saw in the system that saw I was talking to Billie and advised me that she would give me a call back in 5 mins, well 30 mins passed and I called back upset because I did not hear back from her after she ran my credit and didn???t like the fact I wasn???t trying to put 2500 down. My credit score was excellent I had a 740, but I didn???t have enough credit history she said is the reason why she kept asking me to put so much money down on 23k 24k car. The last time I called upset after not hearing anything from her a gentleman by the name of Shannon Humbles answered and I advised him that I did not want to work with Billie anymore because she made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like she didn???t personally care about helping me through the process of the purchase. Shannon is an ALLSTAR!! He went over and beyond the call of duty to help me make this purchase!!! 7 days later my vehicle sits in my parking garage and I love it! The process was so easy to purchase, I had to put 1500 which is the standard, instead of 2800 that???s Billie was demanding that I put down! Please go with Vroom! I saw a couple bad reviews and I know every process has its flaws, but I???m here to tell you, they work! They are a very good company and I look forward to making another purchase with them for my girlfriend???s Christmas gift! Thanks Shannon and Vroom!!!!

My experience was long-distance, phone only, but truly excellent! It began disappointingly, as the salesperson who handled my initial phone contact, Kwesi, who was very good, believed that what I was looking for, a 2015 RX350 with pre-collision brake assist, was so rare as to be essentially unfindable. He confirmed this with his manager (they called it "a unicorn", or "a needle in a haystack), and I decided to give up. Other dealers even said there was no such car, nor could anyone even develop a way to search inventory for that particular feature. After a week of other-makes lousy shopping, I resolved to use Lexus USA to get to the bottom of "how to search for it", and they developed a search term based on the linked feature dynamic radar cruise control. As a test, they found 3 on cars.com. I called you back but it was Kwesi's day off, Anthony asked how he could help, and after absorbing all this he used the new search term to locate 6, from which I selected one from Chicago! He was a great communicator, he got so involved it was like having a partner in "the hunt", and even though he and your dealership didn't make a nickel off me you made a connection for life -- I will never buy another car without Anthony being in the picture!

Enjoyed this car and always had the scheduled maintenance done on time, so I was very disappointed when the engine started leaking oil in numerous locations after only 135,000 miles. Almost all miles were highway miles. Always heard about these cars running for several hundred thousand miles with no major problems. The price to put a new engine in or rebuild it was not worth it. I lost my confidence in Subaru and did not want to risk something else major failing.
