I want to thank again to all at M&A Motors for their time and patience in my purchase of a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee...everyone went above and beyond for me and even helped fix my moms car knowing the situation I was in. For a dealer to offer to fix a car that had nothing to do with the sale of the car I was buying and to help me out and wait for the funds to be available due to the situation I was in,is something that needs to be recognized! I can???t thank everyone enough for making me so happy to finally have the Jeep I???ve been wanting for the last few years! I drove in from the city to see a '04 Jeep Wrangler. They were honest on the phone, and in person. They made sure to adress my concerns with the vehicle by making the repairs. They even included a soft top along with the hardtop at no additional fee. Finally, they were flexible with my need to commute and ultimately made the entire process very easy and simple. Excellent value. Subaru service is excellent, and I expect I will probably get at least another 50,000 from this wagon. This is my second outback wagon, and I use it for commuting, road trips, camping, getting around town, etc. This car has never let me down or left me stranded.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I received a loan package via FedEx 2 days later, signed all the paperwork, and sent it back in the pre-paid FedEx envelope they provided. About 3 days later, I started getting emails to schedule delivery. The process only took 9 business days from the moment I made the deposit to the moment I got my vehicle. The vehicle was clean, just as described, and runs great. Now I just need to get a state inspection and add this to my insurance policy, and the tags will be mailed to me in a few weeks. The rear automatic braking system kills my love for this car. If the eyesight thinks you're going to hit something (a wall, another car, etc), it sounds a brief warning, then slams on the brakes. You might just be backing into or out of a steep driveway though. It scares the daylights out of you if you're not expecting it. Literally, the brakes will lock up. There is no instant kill switch for it, and it takes a while to turn it off while holding your finger on the button. I can't back into my own driveway without this thing slamming on the brakes unless I hold up traffic while pushing and holding a button to clear. It resets every time you put the car into reverse. I hate this "feature" so badly. I wish I could permanently disable it.

I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. I was referred to Texas Direct Auto/Vroom by a good friend and I???m glad I decided to go with them for my car purchase! I initially got Billie as my car sales personnel, but she seemed to be very pushy and just aiming to make quick sale; which is something that made me very uncomfortable. After speaking with her for a while I advised I would give her a call back to speak with my financial advisor on proceeding further on this process with Vroom. When I called back I got a different agent that saw in the system that saw I was talking to Billie and advised me that she would give me a call back in 5 mins, well 30 mins passed and I called back upset because I did not hear back from her after she ran my credit and didn???t like the fact I wasn???t trying to put 2500 down. My credit score was excellent I had a 740, but I didn???t have enough credit history she said is the reason why she kept asking me to put so much money down on 23k 24k car. The last time I called upset after not hearing anything from her a gentleman by the name of Shannon Humbles answered and I advised him that I did not want to work with Billie anymore because she made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like she didn???t personally care about helping me through the process of the purchase. Shannon is an ALLSTAR!! He went over and beyond the call of duty to help me make this purchase!!! 7 days later my vehicle sits in my parking garage and I love it! The process was so easy to purchase, I had to put 1500 which is the standard, instead of 2800 that???s Billie was demanding that I put down! Please go with Vroom! I saw a couple bad reviews and I know every process has its flaws, but I???m here to tell you, they work! They are a very good company and I look forward to making another purchase with them for my girlfriend???s Christmas gift! Thanks Shannon and Vroom!!!!

Enjoyed this car and always had the scheduled maintenance done on time, so I was very disappointed when the engine started leaking oil in numerous locations after only 135,000 miles. Almost all miles were highway miles. Always heard about these cars running for several hundred thousand miles with no major problems. The price to put a new engine in or rebuild it was not worth it. I lost my confidence in Subaru and did not want to risk something else major failing.

Please note the 2018 Explorer Sport I recently leased through Hassett is the 4th vehicle I've obtained through your dealership within the past decade. The first vehicle I purchased outright and the last three vehicles were leased. The sales rep for the past two vehicles I've leased has been Mike Scannello. With the past two transactions Mike was extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly which made each transaction go extremely well and very smoothly. I originally stopped in to speak with Mike in regards to leasing a new vehicle earlier in October. When I returned on October 28th Mike knew exactly which vehicle and options I was interested in and he offered me several vehicles with different color combinations to choose from. I decided to go with another Explorer Sport only this time in white with a black interior so I placed a deposit on the car the very same day. The following day I returned with a bank check and received delivery of the vehicle. Due to Mike's professionalism and knowledge doing business with Hassett is truly a pleasure. My latest transaction with Mike and Hassett was by far the quickest and smoothest I've ever experienced during my lifetime of purchasing or leasing new Ford or Mercury vehicles. I've also dealt with your finance manager Danny during the the past three vehicle transactions. Danny is also extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly so you have an excellent team in place at your dealership. When ever it comes time for a new vehicle purchase or lease I'm assured I can always find what I'm looking for and do business with at Hassett due to the excellent team of professionals you have on staff at your dealership. Both my wife and myself love our new vehicle even more that we did our 2016 red Explorer Sport.

I called Nash the morning of 11/16 to make a last minute appointment as my 2011 Forester was making a grinding and rumbling noise after the snowstorm on 11/15. He had a loaner car available for me. Chris handled the intake information when I dropped my car off. I also requested some other servicing (oil change and problem with window defroster as I was planning to make an appointment in the next few days). The car was finished by early afternoon. The grinding noise was caused by a large chunk of ice lodged under the drive shaft, and oil change and defroster issue fixed. I have 195,000 miles on the car. All servicing has been done by the Competition team.

I especially like the room in the back storage area, i had to use it to haul bags of leaves when i first got it and could haul 8 bags, I can put in 2 golf bags easily, and for traveling its great.

I was very satisfied with the service that I had at Smith Cairns Ford Lincoln @ Bronxville. I had multipoint inspection for my Fird Escape and had one recall checked. In one and a half hour, the service was done. I got there on time with my appointment and I did not wait too long which was very nice. I was able to get home early and do what I need to do. It was a smooth experience for me ( far from what I heard from a friend of mind who also went there to service his Subaru Impreza). The multipoint inspection was free of charge. Looked at Volvo’s and the rest before deciding to buy a Subaru. The ride is noisy most of the time. So far, I get 28 mpg, so why buy the slow noisy 4cylinder? The traction system is called X-Drive and it works well in glare ice and deep snow. Dealer maintenance is outrageously expensive, charging $600 to replace 6 spark plugs. The. CVT causes this wagon to be slow even with the high output six cylinder. The cabin heating system needs to improve so that you don’t have to idle for 1/2 hour to get heat when it’s -10.
