Never in a million years would I have thought that I would walk away with a car at the age of 23. I came to Toyota to get a car but I was in the mind frame of a different car which got sold on me. The first day I went into Toyota, I was skeptical because I never wanted a Toyota but I had an open mind. Stacy Carter ended up being my sales rep and I???m happy she was. We first met and she was very friendly and welcoming and had a great sense of humor. She gave me a run down of all the details of the car and every question me, my mom, brother, and dad had she was able to answer. Then we met Mostafa and he made it clear that he was going to do all he can to get the bank to sign off on me and my co-signer for the price we wanted with no money down (even though our credit wasn???t all that great). Mostafa work day in and day out to get me a great deal but due to my co-signers income the bank was having a hard time with the deal. So I ended up finding another co-signer and it became easier for the bank government sign off. But it came at a price that I couldn???t pay what I wanted (can???t get everything in life but it was okay). Due to that set back Mostafa found a deal where I can get gap insurance and all the car services that I would need just for little under $25. So everything worked out. Then it came time to deal with the insurance for the car and boy did that look like a mountain. For a first time car owner and not being on insurance it was hard for Grisela to find a good deal for me to pay. I was leaving to go to school because everything had to reregistared in queens because my information reflected it. The deals that were coming up from the insurance was $400 and up, and there was no way I would be able to pay that and a car payment. And after a while it just seem like it was impossible for me to get a decent rate until I left to live upstate. But someway somehow Grisela was able to find a way for me to be with Allstate on my fathers insurance while answering all his questions and I only ended up paying $187 a month for FULL COVERAGE. That was a great deal for someone living in NYC with a brand new car and a brand new diver ARE YOU KIDDING ME? What more could I ask for? We sat in her office for hours but she was able tic find something that I could afford. Stacy, Mostafa, and the Grisela worked tiredlessly to get me the best payment on the car, the best car insurance payment, and also the second package for the car. It took THREE LONG DAYS for me to get this car (as it is my first car) and I couldn???t be happier. This was a 2017 Toyota Corolla and this car had less than 7,000 miles on it; basically a brand new car. Although this process was long and everyday spent there seemed like a hurdle Stacy, Mostafa, and the Allstate sales rep Grisela made it possible for me to walk out with my car. I feel like now we are closer than friends but family not because of what they did for me but because they made sure I was okay and explained everything to me, and also we had great laughs and told stories and exchanged photos. Hey we???re so personable and down to earth and I thank God for them and pray that he keeps on blessing them. Overall I had a wonderful experience. You need people like this in your life who actually car and want to save you money in the money hungry world. When I decide to change my car again Toyota is the place where I???m coming too. And when my brothers decide they are ready for a car, guess where I???m taking them? RIGHT TO ADVANTAGE TOYOTA to STACY, MOSTAFA, & GRISELA

What a pleasure! If you are as OCD as me and do your homework in researching a vehicle and its pricing as well as dealer reviews and you are looking for a Subaru, this is the place to go. First off, I have owned and/or currently owned Nissans, Toyotas, Jeep, Plymouth/Dodges, Acura, Suzuki (don't ever do that!), Hyundai, and Ford/Mercury's. In fact, I owned a 1976 Subaru box car (orange) to which the head gasket blew within 4 months of ownership, so I was a bit queasy trusting Subaru again. More and more research including articles from Consumer Reports, Edmunds, Cars, etc., all pointed to, for me, the Outback and so far, knock on wood, I am pretty confident that the decision I made was right. As to Bill Kolb, Jr., I had the pleasure of dealing with Holman Cano; professional, friendly, no-nonsense approach to which most of our conversations were by telephone or e-mail. I spent a total of maybe 2 hours at the dealership in two days. 1 night to see if the vehicle was right for me and getting to the price and financing again, right for me; and the other time was to go over the vehicle in detail. A++++ to you guys. Hope to deal with you again when my wife is in need of a car.

Yohanseh LLoyd was an amazing salesman from start to finish. I came in interested in viewing a car that was not available on the lot. Yohanseh LLoyd found two cars that were similar and had me test drive both. At this point I told him I would be looking at other dealerships and I wished him a good evening. He called me several days later to inquire whether I had chosen another vehicle and encouraged me to come in again. I stated I was interested in a car at the Edison location and he actually drove it up for me to test drive. When I didn???t like it he smiled and asked me if I was interested in test driving the other cars from earlier in the week. Throughout this entire process he was professional, respectful and most importantly patient. I test drove a wonderful certified pre-owned car but it didn???t have leather so Wagner the finance specialist said we could certify the one I liked in black. Wagner found me financing within a month of repossession and worked with six banks until he got a ???Yes!??? We went to close and the vin stated the car was blue. I told Wagner I thought the car was black and was unsure if I wanted it. We went out to check and the car was midnight blue. After working for an hour to find me financing I stated I didn???t want the color and left. Wagner was extremely polite and said we could take a day to think about it. Both men were working with a woman who was struggling to find financing after a nightmare of a voluntary repossession. They didn???t have to be polite or professional but they were. I struggled at the closing with references and Wagner brainstormed with me to find the appropriate people to use as references. They were consummate professionals and found a girl financing with a 530 credit score. Go see my boys. They???ll make it happen!!!!

I was in the market for a new car. I have always admired the Subaru WRX Sti in many ways. It is my dream car. However, at my age and current socio-economic background the purchase of such vehicle is ill advised. Nonetheless, I purchased the next best thing in relation to my current situation... a used 2016 Subaru Impreza 2.0i the hatchback (cuz you know... coolfactor x100). Background Before I even went to the dealership, I made various phone calls and obsessed research on different car models that would compliment my lifestyle. The recurring theme was All-Wheel drive, hatchback and manual. Truth be told, this was my first ever car purchase. My parents bought me a car for college many moons ago. It was a clunky SUV that survived 13 years of neglect and terrible care-taking on my part. It still survives to this day, but I shudder in fear every time I turn the ignition. Basically, it was time to retire the beast and take on a different adventure with another. The Sale As my research progressed, I stumbled upon a used 2016 Subaru Impreza hatchback. It was exactly what I wanted. I called Bill Kolb Jr Subaru to see if it were still available. I was put in touch with Howard in the process and we scheduled an appointment. Upon arrival, I was greeted as if I were family. Howard was the first desk on the right as soon as you walked in. Much like barbershops or salons, i had a feeling that 1st seat or first desk was reserved for the elite. I was not wrong. Howard projects an aura of self-esteem and confidence in his work that permeates in the air. His hairstyle was slicked back with the sides short. He wore a kind of horned rim glasses that shouted out Williamsburg, Brooklyn, and Hipster. This man has style, class and the demeanor of Victorian royalty. He was my kind of people. As mentioned before, this was my first time buying a car, and i was a complete NOOB in the whole process. Howard walked me through the entire course on what to expect and answered my questions without fail. He was very patient and diligently answered every stupid question I asked. Since it was a used car, Howard explained the background of the vehicle to me and he got me when he said "brand new engine." At that point, and at 30 mins of walking into the door and even before seeing the car ... i was ready to buy. This man was good at his job. When it was time to test drive the vehicle, I admitted to Howard that it had been awhile since I had the opportunity to drive manual car. He politely joked if he was in trouble. I answered a sincere YES, but he was still patient and even talked me through the whole ride. I was nervous, much like my road test in the Bronx at the age of 17. I thought Howard was going to fail me. I imagined him with a clipboard with only YES or NO on it. Nevertheless, I felt like I passed and was worthy of the car, which by the way, felt like a dream! It was compliant, safe and exceeded my expectations. The takeaway Howard wrestled with the paperwork with ease, I spoke to the finance department and came up with a reasonable outcome. I barely did anything. The entire process was as smooth as butter on a warm day. Howard did his thing, i made smart and annoying comments and our transaction was complete. The following day, I drove the car home after giving him my down-payment. No hassle, no gimmicks. I didn't have to haggle because I felt taken cared off with a great deal. In the future, when it is time to buy a new car, hopefully in another 13 years, i can only hope to see Howard there or another just like him. Howard is absolute professional and a master at his craft.

While shopping for a used, low-mileage Subaru Legacy I stopped in to Ramsey Subaru to test drive a 2014 2.5i Limited and a 2011 3.6R. One young sales associate took me on a test drive and was very knowledgeable and personable. I decided although I enjoyed the 3.6R's added horsepower, the fuel economy and super low-mileage on the 2.5i Limited made it a better value (not to mention the fact that it was also a CPO -- Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle. I was not set on the sticker price at the time, came in spoke to another sales associate and it didn't seem like they were willing to budge on it. I gave them my information and asked them to call me when the price came down. I went to several dealerships in the area to test drive other used Subaru Legacys and other comparable cars (Acura TL, Acura TLX, etc). After returning home the following weekend, I noticed that the car had dropped near $1900 on car gurus. It was Saturday night and I knew the dealership was closed on Sundays, but I called and e-mailed anyway. I told My sales consultant Dan Willis that I'm ready to put a deposit down on the 2014 Subaru Legacy 2.5i Limited that I had test drove the week before. He got back to me first thing Monday morning, I put down a $1000 deposit. The dealership was very patient with me as I wanted to get a couple of fixes done to my 2005 Subaru Legacy that I planned on giving my nephew for his 17th Birthday. When working out the numbers with the Finance Manager, Michael Pandolfelli, I was given a couple of interest rates for different finance terms, I told him that he absolutely has to continue to work and get me a lower rate. A day or two later he called me back with an excellent rate with my bank of choice! When I came in to pick up my new car and finalize the paperwork, I noticed the price had dropped AGAIN on the dealership website, when I asked him to honor the newly discounted price, Michael said he can do that for me. When discussing extra options like extended warranties, it was slightly over the monthly payment I had OK'd myself to spend. He asked me what that monthly payment would be (difference of $3 or $4 / month), he made that happen, as well. After signing off, Dan Willis the Sales Consultant, brought me to my immaculately clean new (used) car and gave me a full walk-through on all the features the car included: Power-Sun Roof, Hill Assist, Cruise Control, Heated Seats, Back-Up Camera, Stereo and many other features. He made sure he answered any questions that I had for him and was happy to drive home. These two made my buying experience a pleasure and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Ramsey Subaru in the future!

My experience with the sales person Jorge Batista was the best!!! I had a wonderful experience leasing a new Subaru thanks to his commitment and professionalism. His knowledge about the car, persistence and treatment convinced me to give him the deal. He worked out different options to satisfy me, purchase or lease he showed me all in detail. He really put the costumer's needs first. His main focus was to make the deal and he was very successful at it. When I went to pick up the car, Jorge and his team had all documentation ready for me to sign. Once papers were signed Jorge proceed to go over with all car technical information. The technical section had two parts; theoretical and practical. Jorge even had some car adjustments pre-set for me. He took his time to explain all settings and he showed me and my husband how to do them. He gave my husband and I lots of confidence on this car. I highly recommend Jorge Batista, the dealership and the entire team to potential costumers, friends and family members. I'm delighted with the treatment and professionalism Jorge brought to the deal.

The rear automatic braking system kills my love for this car. If the eyesight thinks you're going to hit something (a wall, another car, etc), it sounds a brief warning, then slams on the brakes. You might just be backing into or out of a steep driveway though. It scares the daylights out of you if you're not expecting it. Literally, the brakes will lock up. There is no instant kill switch for it, and it takes a while to turn it off while holding your finger on the button. I can't back into my own driveway without this thing slamming on the brakes unless I hold up traffic while pushing and holding a button to clear. It resets every time you put the car into reverse. I hate this "feature" so badly. I wish I could permanently disable it.

I worked with Frank of Rockland Motors concerning a 2012 Mustang prior to making the decision to drive to the dealership from out of state. This car is unbelievably practical, well made and good looking. It has great gas mileage and is extremely reliable. I have never had ANY issues with it. I once went on a ski road trip with 4 of my friends and we all fit comfortably with all of our ski gear in the back & skis on top! I am so sad to say goodbye to it. I am only selling it because I am graduating Medical School and starting residency in NYC in June.

The 2019 Subaru Outback 3.6R Limited is a Fantastic car! It has an excellent six cylinder engine/CVT trans. Lots of power whenever you need it. The Outback Limited is loaded with all the latest technical wizardry you could want. The Outback has a great ride and very good handling. Plenty of room inside for people and cargo. No need for an SUV when you can drive an Outback.

I felt like I was home again !!! I was only gone for 6 months but it felt like a lifetime. Joe Postighone sales manager, Marty in finance, Howard, my salesman, Nixon and Gregory in service all accepted me with open arms. This is the best dealer that I have ever dealt with. I had a battery with one bad cell (or so AAA told me after they started my car). So I called and then drove straight to Paul Miller Subaru which, as it happened, was having a sale on batteries. I checked into Express service and asked them to put in a new battery and check my wiper blades. The whole thing took about 20 minutes and I was back driving to work with a new batter for $100 plus installation and a new free set of wiper bladed that happened to be under warranty after 8 months. Pretty cool.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I received a loan package via FedEx 2 days later, signed all the paperwork, and sent it back in the pre-paid FedEx envelope they provided. About 3 days later, I started getting emails to schedule delivery. The process only took 9 business days from the moment I made the deposit to the moment I got my vehicle. I especially like the room in the back storage area, i had to use it to haul bags of leaves when i first got it and could haul 8 bags, I can put in 2 golf bags easily, and for traveling its great.

Hello Wayne Mazda, I just picked up my 2018 CX-5 Touring from your dealership on June 1st. The car is great so far and I'm happy to have it for the next 3 years. I wanted to tell you about my experience during the buying process. I'm pretty fastidious when it comes to selecting a car and I did my homework again with this car. I was circling around Toyota, Honda and Mazda and when I finally picked the CX-5 I worked with many different dealerships and brokers. I'll be honest with you, I was steering clear of Wayne Mazda because of a perceived reputation that has permeated North Jersey. I know sometimes these reputations can be somewhat clouded with falsehoods, but it definitely had an effect on how I was making my way through the search. I worked with approx. 6-8 dealerships in the NY/NJ/PA area and I ended up coming back to Wayne Mazda because of the way I was treated by Jaquis Saylor. First of all Jaquis is very knowledgeable about cars in general and how they work and perform. He is also quite knowledgeable about the Mazda line of cars and each of its features. It was refreshing to get these little tidbits on how the Sport mode works with regards to the gas consumption. He threw several interesting/pertinent factoids my way during the time in your dealership. Also with Jaquis at no time was there any overt or even a slight bit of a hard sell. He just listened to what my request was and tried to make it happen. We started out with a number in the beginning of the process and when it was time to make the deal at the end of May, we came upon a dollar amount that work for me. So in effect, it was my relationship with Jaquis that sealed the deal for Wayne Mazda. He set the groundwork out to enable this deal to happen with me and I want to say it was a pleasant sales process. Regards, Tom D I do want to mention that Nalda Duran was very helpful with the finance process. She took her time to explain each document where I had some questions. I wanted to make sure that all of the numbers were in a line with what I had discussed with Jaquis. Nalda was very pleasant and helpful.

Looked at Volvo’s and the rest before deciding to buy a Subaru. The ride is noisy most of the time. So far, I get 28 mpg, so why buy the slow noisy 4cylinder? The traction system is called X-Drive and it works well in glare ice and deep snow. Dealer maintenance is outrageously expensive, charging $600 to replace 6 spark plugs. The. CVT causes this wagon to be slow even with the high output six cylinder. The cabin heating system needs to improve so that you don’t have to idle for 1/2 hour to get heat when it’s -10.

I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. I was referred to Texas Direct Auto/Vroom by a good friend and I???m glad I decided to go with them for my car purchase! I initially got Billie as my car sales personnel, but she seemed to be very pushy and just aiming to make quick sale; which is something that made me very uncomfortable. After speaking with her for a while I advised I would give her a call back to speak with my financial advisor on proceeding further on this process with Vroom. When I called back I got a different agent that saw in the system that saw I was talking to Billie and advised me that she would give me a call back in 5 mins, well 30 mins passed and I called back upset because I did not hear back from her after she ran my credit and didn???t like the fact I wasn???t trying to put 2500 down. My credit score was excellent I had a 740, but I didn???t have enough credit history she said is the reason why she kept asking me to put so much money down on 23k 24k car. The last time I called upset after not hearing anything from her a gentleman by the name of Shannon Humbles answered and I advised him that I did not want to work with Billie anymore because she made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like she didn???t personally care about helping me through the process of the purchase. Shannon is an ALLSTAR!! He went over and beyond the call of duty to help me make this purchase!!! 7 days later my vehicle sits in my parking garage and I love it! The process was so easy to purchase, I had to put 1500 which is the standard, instead of 2800 that???s Billie was demanding that I put down! Please go with Vroom! I saw a couple bad reviews and I know every process has its flaws, but I???m here to tell you, they work! They are a very good company and I look forward to making another purchase with them for my girlfriend???s Christmas gift! Thanks Shannon and Vroom!!!!

The Subaru is fantastic, It has a lot of options, the important ones like the winter package for the cold northeast winters! It was off lease and had 30K on it when I bought it. It still smells new! Battenkill Motors put 4 new tires on it new brakes and a new battery in it before I took delivery. it’s my 3 year old brand new car!!!
