Hello Wayne Mazda, I just picked up my 2018 CX-5 Touring from your dealership on June 1st. The car is great so far and I'm happy to have it for the next 3 years. I wanted to tell you about my experience during the buying process. I'm pretty fastidious when it comes to selecting a car and I did my homework again with this car. I was circling around Toyota, Honda and Mazda and when I finally picked the CX-5 I worked with many different dealerships and brokers. I'll be honest with you, I was steering clear of Wayne Mazda because of a perceived reputation that has permeated North Jersey. I know sometimes these reputations can be somewhat clouded with falsehoods, but it definitely had an effect on how I was making my way through the search. I worked with approx. 6-8 dealerships in the NY/NJ/PA area and I ended up coming back to Wayne Mazda because of the way I was treated by Jaquis Saylor. First of all Jaquis is very knowledgeable about cars in general and how they work and perform. He is also quite knowledgeable about the Mazda line of cars and each of its features. It was refreshing to get these little tidbits on how the Sport mode works with regards to the gas consumption. He threw several interesting/pertinent factoids my way during the time in your dealership. Also with Jaquis at no time was there any overt or even a slight bit of a hard sell. He just listened to what my request was and tried to make it happen. We started out with a number in the beginning of the process and when it was time to make the deal at the end of May, we came upon a dollar amount that work for me. So in effect, it was my relationship with Jaquis that sealed the deal for Wayne Mazda. He set the groundwork out to enable this deal to happen with me and I want to say it was a pleasant sales process. Regards, Tom D I do want to mention that Nalda Duran was very helpful with the finance process. She took her time to explain each document where I had some questions. I wanted to make sure that all of the numbers were in a line with what I had discussed with Jaquis. Nalda was very pleasant and helpful.

While shopping for a used, low-mileage Subaru Legacy I stopped in to Ramsey Subaru to test drive a 2014 2.5i Limited and a 2011 3.6R. One young sales associate took me on a test drive and was very knowledgeable and personable. I decided although I enjoyed the 3.6R's added horsepower, the fuel economy and super low-mileage on the 2.5i Limited made it a better value (not to mention the fact that it was also a CPO -- Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle. I was not set on the sticker price at the time, came in spoke to another sales associate and it didn't seem like they were willing to budge on it. I gave them my information and asked them to call me when the price came down. I went to several dealerships in the area to test drive other used Subaru Legacys and other comparable cars (Acura TL, Acura TLX, etc). After returning home the following weekend, I noticed that the car had dropped near $1900 on car gurus. It was Saturday night and I knew the dealership was closed on Sundays, but I called and e-mailed anyway. I told My sales consultant Dan Willis that I'm ready to put a deposit down on the 2014 Subaru Legacy 2.5i Limited that I had test drove the week before. He got back to me first thing Monday morning, I put down a $1000 deposit. The dealership was very patient with me as I wanted to get a couple of fixes done to my 2005 Subaru Legacy that I planned on giving my nephew for his 17th Birthday. When working out the numbers with the Finance Manager, Michael Pandolfelli, I was given a couple of interest rates for different finance terms, I told him that he absolutely has to continue to work and get me a lower rate. A day or two later he called me back with an excellent rate with my bank of choice! When I came in to pick up my new car and finalize the paperwork, I noticed the price had dropped AGAIN on the dealership website, when I asked him to honor the newly discounted price, Michael said he can do that for me. When discussing extra options like extended warranties, it was slightly over the monthly payment I had OK'd myself to spend. He asked me what that monthly payment would be (difference of $3 or $4 / month), he made that happen, as well. After signing off, Dan Willis the Sales Consultant, brought me to my immaculately clean new (used) car and gave me a full walk-through on all the features the car included: Power-Sun Roof, Hill Assist, Cruise Control, Heated Seats, Back-Up Camera, Stereo and many other features. He made sure he answered any questions that I had for him and was happy to drive home. These two made my buying experience a pleasure and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Ramsey Subaru in the future!

Let me just start by saying I???m NOT someone who writes reviews, about anything. My experience at Ramsey Subaru however, with Kyri, has made me actually rethink my ???ahh who cares about a review, I got what I want??? mindset lol. So to start, I went there interested in seeing the new Subaru Ascent. We were welcomed by Kyri as we were looking around the vehicle. He didn???t bother us after that, just a friendly ???hello and welcome if you need help I???m Kyri??? kind of approach. We eventually approached him with some questions. He was more than open and very down to earth with me and my wife, as well as my mother whom were with me. And since he was so down to earth I feel I should be blunt about my review and honest. From the start I didn???t get the ???xxxxxxx salesman trying to push a car on me??? feeling I???ve gotten other places. this is my 7th car I???ve owned, my first Subaru. Ive owned Audi, Toyota, Mercedes, Mazda, & 2 BMW???s. He was very straight forward with a lot of his answers and didn???t mind that we of course, were trying to pinch some pennies (or more of course). He made numerous trips to his boss to talk over what we can do as far as getting the best for our money, as well as our trade in on our BMW which we were negative in equity! All in all a very great experience. I can go on and on but nobody is going to read that big of a review. In the end what???s important was we were all happy. And got what we wanted without feeling like the dealer still ???won??? lol. Very great experience and would recommend Kyri to family and friends anytime. Thank you Kyri from the Porter family!

The rear automatic braking system kills my love for this car. If the eyesight thinks you're going to hit something (a wall, another car, etc), it sounds a brief warning, then slams on the brakes. You might just be backing into or out of a steep driveway though. It scares the daylights out of you if you're not expecting it. Literally, the brakes will lock up. There is no instant kill switch for it, and it takes a while to turn it off while holding your finger on the button. I can't back into my own driveway without this thing slamming on the brakes unless I hold up traffic while pushing and holding a button to clear. It resets every time you put the car into reverse. I hate this "feature" so badly. I wish I could permanently disable it.

This is at least the 3rd time I have gone to RTE 46 JEEP to lease yet another JEEP vehicle. This time I got a 2018 COMPASS after driving a JEEP CHEROKEE LIMITED for several years. My salesman, RJ Salas, was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked diligently to find a deal within my budget. Walter, in the Finance Dept., explained everything fully and had us in and out of his office in no time at all. Everyone at the dealership has been friendly and helpful from Judy (cashier), Cauly Chak (manager), and everyone that I have ever dealt with back in the Service Dept. I feel this dealership works with the customer no matter what your reason for being there!

I bought my second car 2019 Legacy from this dealership. First, I made an appointment to see a Sales Consultant on-line. On the same day, I received a friendly call from Robert Price who set up an appointment for me. On my appointment day, I met with Steve Durkin, Sales Consultant, who was friendly, helpful, patient and very professional. We negotiated but I never felt being pushed to agree on the price. Eventually we agreed on a price I am comfortable with. I also met Anthony Smolt, who was equally nice and friendly. The color of my choice was not available at that time but Steve promised that it will only take a few days before the next delivery. I have to travel for family reason and although the car has arrived in the dealership, I was still out of town. As soon as I returned to New Jersey after a month, I called the dealership and Steve was happy to inform me that my new car was waiting for me and the negotiated price was still in order. I went to the Dealership, sat with Steve and signed necessary documents in a very friendly atmosphere. I met with David Fried of Finance who has 110% patience with me. He suggested and recommended but still it was my own decision which optional product/service I will purchase. Then I met with Nick Gigantes who escorted me to my new 2019 Legacy. Another man with the virtue of patience, Nick showed me the interior features of my car. After thoroughly explaining to me everything, he has to do it all over again because I forgot what he just explained. I drove ???my pride and joy??? home. The next day, Steve Durkin called me to follow up on how I am doing with my new Subaru and he reassured me that if I have questions or problems or any difficulty, all I have to do is call the dealership and I will get immediate assistance. My overall experience with Wayne Subaru Dealership (the Sales and the Service Department) is truly exceptional because the staff like Robert, Steve, Anthony, David and Nick are exceptionally professional. I have wanted a WRX hatchback for as long as I can remember. I really liked the charcoal grey color and wanted a low mileage 2014 (the last year the hatch was offered), and I was willing to travel to obtain it. I was pretty excited as it was my first car purchase and I hope to have the car for a long, long time. I had email notifications set up on Autotraders and CarGurus, which I highly recommend doing (especially if you are being as insanely picky as myself). I was alerted when a 2011 Grey WRX popped up at the Wayne Dealership - I was happy about the certified pre-owned option and after doing some research on the dealership I was ready to make a trip out to New Jersey from Manhattan. I sent them an email inquiry and heard back from Steve within the hour. After a few pretty quick emails back and forth I set up an appointment - Steve's rapid responses were a welcome change from other dealerships I had worked with. Not only that but Steve agreed to pick me up at the bus station down the street - incredible customer service before I had even met him. When I got in his car, he let me know they had just got a 2014 in with half the miles and he was all set to do two test drives even though it would keep him after normal dealership hours. You can probably see a theme developing - Steve is an incredibly gracious, accommodating and down-to-earth dude. I liked both cars immensely and Steve spent a solid hour discussing the pros and cons with me and putting up with my OCD! I can only recall him using one car salesman cliche, something along the lines of "what will it take to get a deal done today?" but I will forgive him because in the end we worked out a VERY NICE deal (even though the car was so new it hadn't even been listed on their website yet and they could have held out for some more offers). I honestly think Steve appreciated my enthusiasm for the vehicle and for Subaru culture and thought that the car and I kind of deserved each other. Steve then drove me 30 minutes out of his way to drop me off at the only bus stop with late night service. I set the pick up date for the one week, but ended up needing an extra week to get financing sorted - they had no problem in extending the deal. When I came back out Steve once again picked me up at the bus stop. We ended up chatting for an hour as the business manager was processing a lot of sales (this places sells a lot of Subarus for a reason...) - during this conversation Steve really showed his passion for and knowledge of cars, we talked about his weekend car project and walked through all the upgrades we thought would be appropriate for my WRX! It was a very fun and informative chat and I enjoyed learning about Steve's backstory. I proceeded to meet the business manager, who was also very friendly, I was prepared for his extended warranty sales pitch but I was pretty confident thatI would not be opting for it as the car was already certified pre-owned. Anyway, I ended up upgrading to one-level higher certified pre-owned coverage (which includes electrical, brakes, suspension etc - in addition to the basic drivetrain stuff already included) since the car has a solid 70,000 more miles covered on its warranty. He also essentially threw in tire and wheel coverage for 5 years (a must-have with a daily driver in Manhattan - a few flat tires will pay for the whole warranty) so I felt very good about spending a few extra bucks. Anyway, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish; the car runs great and is a lot of fun (perhaps a little too much fun sometimes...). I highly recommend Steve and the whole team at Wayne Subaru - I will definitely be going back if the need for another wonderful car ever arises. I'll be a Subiu owner for life! Thanks guys!

Even recent service from time I pulled in on Saturday 2 June early morning to the (almost) excellent car wash (found 2 beads of water running down drivers door, LOL), everything was perfect! My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I bought this car because I was looking for a 4wd that could tow at least 3000 lbs if needed. I’ve owned this car for approx three years and I use it to drive to work and up to visit my friends in Maine. It is extremely reliable with loads of interior room for all transport needs. My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I should start by saying that the new owners management is doing an excellent job, everybody is friendly, and customer service is top notch, very nice atmosphere great energy, this is not my first visit to a Nissan dealership and i was highly satisfied, they go above and beyond for their customers, definitely coming back for my next lease in the future.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

I just recently purchased a 2019 Subaru Ascent Touring from Liberty Subaru (my second Subie purchased from them). The service was stellar, as I expected. Dan (Meola) checked up and checked in many times during the pre-order and sales process. My salesperson, Brian Goon was enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and helped me configure exactly what *I* wanted in my Ascent (no easy task, since we were trying to assemble a pre-order before the accessories list was even finalized). When the car was finally delivered to Liberty Subaru, even before I signed the paperwork, Brian spent nearly an HOUR explaining EVERY button, knob, switch, setting, dial and readout inside and outside of the car. No, seriously, it was a 100° day, and we started on the outside, where he showed me how to remove and install the hitch cover, how the approach lighting and door lock/unlock sensors worked, where the cameras were, how to fold the 3rd row from the back, where the power was in the back, how the lift gate worked, etc, etc - in the brutal heat. We then moved on to the interior, where he explained everything on the inside from the simple stuff like how to operate the seats to the more complex stuff, like every setting in the Infotainment system, and the readouts on all three LCD displays. He then went through what every manual in the car was and pointed out the ones that were the most important (Eyesight, folks. READ THE EYESIGHT MANUALS), even though he'd already given me a crash course in everything in the manuals. Moving on from there, Tom in Finance finalized my financing - always a pleasure to deal with him!!! I had THREE order changes on my vehicle (I requested all of them) that affected financing, and Tom worked with me through every one of them! He helped me get the best rate and terms and found what *I* wanted for financing to make things work for me! By the time I'd left (after my first "off-road" trip onto their front lawn for a photo), Starlink was set up and done, they'd already cooled the car for me, and I felt comfortable with driving my new purchase!!! I'm tagging Ed Vogel in this as well - he was NOT my salesperson for this sale, but did help with some additional communications during the process and checked in with me to see how everything was going. Ed was my salesperson for my first Subie - a 2010 Subaru Outback. Ed and Brian are night and day in some respects. Ed is more laid back and quiet, while Brian is more enthusiastic and "excited". But, from there, it's all similarities... they both would only sell me exactly what I wanted. Neither of them ever pushed me to anything else or to buy anything I didn't want. Both of them answered every question with a ridiculous level of honesty that's rare to find in many car dealers. They both would answer questions and then wait for me to decide what I wanted. Different approaches, different people, but amazing experiences with both of them. Ed makes you feel comfortable and at ease while Brian feeds your excitement about your purchase - all while both of them provide stellar service in their own unique ways. You can't go wrong either way!!!

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

Looked at Volvo’s and the rest before deciding to buy a Subaru. The ride is noisy most of the time. So far, I get 28 mpg, so why buy the slow noisy 4cylinder? The traction system is called X-Drive and it works well in glare ice and deep snow. Dealer maintenance is outrageously expensive, charging $600 to replace 6 spark plugs. The. CVT causes this wagon to be slow even with the high output six cylinder. The cabin heating system needs to improve so that you don’t have to idle for 1/2 hour to get heat when it’s -10.
