Stopped in at Mike Shaw while visiting the area from NYC to find a place to live. Just meant to test drive an Ascent but ended up ordering one that day. Despite my age, this was the first new car I was purchasing and the first car after 20 years of being car free. Alex V was super helpful with explaining the options ??? and that because of the options I picked it would take 8 to 12 weeks. When it looked like it might go a couple of weeks over, he kept me calm and the car (which is great) came in right at the 12 week mark. Great people. Low pressure. Excellent location for those of us north of Denver. You might have to bargain a bit for your discounts but you???ll also likely get more than the no-haggle places. Since it was my first time ordering a vehicle, I don???t know if it???s customary to offer a loaner in the meantime. They eventually offered but only after I whined a bit. (Again, I???m new to the negotiating thing so maybe that???s on me). Day of pickup, I was in and out of there in a flash.
Purchasing my new Subaru from "Gerald" was painless and almost enjoyable, all because of my salesman Eddy Orellana. He is knowledgeable, knows his products and alway's had the right answers to my many concerns and questions and was sincerely interested in helping me throughout the process of buying a car. A good experience at the Kerry Nissan. are salesman Brent Adams was very knowledgeable and helpful on the Choice of our new vehicle. After two days of driving i did not likes the 19 ??? tires and the dealership changed them to 18??? no questions asked.
I had written an earlier review dissatisfied with the fulfillment of promises made when I bought my subaru. After I contacted the sales manager, everything went very smoothly. If the service had gone well from the beginning, I would give 5 stars. As it is, a customer shouldn't have to contact the sales manager to have promised services delivered. They are very accommodating, and really tried--I'm sure that their process will improve.
After 2 years of service at Brunswick Auto Mart it was time to replace our 2012 Toy Sienna. I was guided through the process by Dominic Diliberto. He made the time available for me prior to the official opening of the sales department and met with me again for test drives. We bought a 2018 Toy Sienna XLE. He made sure the car was ready to go and had been prepped to our expectations. The deal was signed and delivered by Teri Mateo the Sales Manager. We received a great offer for our trade and were shown several ways to finance the deal. She is one of the best informed Sales Managers I've dealt with in 50 years of buying cars. Brunswick Auto Mart is a top notch auto dealership! Looking forward to working with Rich in service for the life of this new car.

I have had the best experience ever from the beginning to the end. Landon Puffer was so nice, informative and just a friendly person who won my confidence and trust when making my decision in buying my Forester. I felt like I was talking to a family member about a car and not a salesperson in it for their own benefit. The entire staff was very helpful and welcomed me, my son-in-law and daughter and their service dog Levi.
I am SO happy with our new van!! When we went into the dealership, my husband and I had the opportunity to work with Landon. He was FANTASTIC!! He helped us research some vehicles, including some I had never considered (namely Kia). I'm so glad he took the time to listen to our wants and needs so he could get us into a car that we love! Thank you for opening my eyes to new options and for getting my growing family into the perfect car at a great price!!
Tony is a true believer in Subaru cars or else he fooled me. He spent 4 hours with me informing my questions, being patient as I decided, and educating me on my choice....my kind of sales person! This is my 3rd Subaru, starting in l988. I always get more than 250K miles on them before I change. I'm a happy Subaru driver.
