I found Bertera through the internet, and arranged for an appointment. The receptionist was warm, friendly. Tim spent time with me, identifying my needs and making sure I was palced with the right sales representative. I felt I was in good hands from the start. My sales consultant, Rick Nepola, was outstanding!! He listened carefully to what I was looking for, discussed different options for me, and searched for the right car to lease (a 2018 Cross Trek Limited) to meet my current needs, as well as address the quality of car I was used to driving. He was not in any way pushy, he provided facts and answered my questions calmly and intelligently. The test drive was a comfortable experience and he encouraged me to drive the car as if it were my own. He took me through the deposit and paperwork process with patience and was very caring about my concerns throughout. He took all the time I needed on delivery day, and introduced me to the service staff as well. I was treated like a very special customer, and I assume all Bertera customers are treated that way. Rick and the service staff have been readily available to help me follow up questions about the amazing technology and make sure I am happy with my new car. I have been delighted with my experience and with my car!
