The dealership met me 1/2 way between my house and the dealership with the car I was interested in so I didn't even have to go to the dealership. Pam, my salesperson, was awesome to work with. I will definitely return to this dealership when I purchase my next car.
To make this as short and accurate as possible, I was in the car buying process for about 3 months. The very first time I went to Subaru of Gwinnett I went only for a test drive. Nelson, my salesperson acknowledge my intent and was very respectful of it. After several weeks, Nelson Never did once try to push me or rush me into deciding to buy a car. He allowed me to test drive another model I was interested in, and over the course of a few weeks, we worked together to find the perfect car. Once we determined what car was best, he did an outstanding job at finding the car and getting us a good deal on it. When it came time to purchase the car, the process was very painless and quick. Overall, an increible experience, I cannot recommend them enough
Exceptional service from start to finish. We made an online inquiry about a 2018 Forester and was contacted by Nick Clough who was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We explained to Nick exactly what we were looking for in regards to vehicle and price point. Nick went to work and found us the perfect car. When we came to the dealership for our test drive we were greeted at the door as if we were a returning customer. We were not bombarded with pushy sales people but were asked who our appointment salesperson was. It was a class act all the way around. Completing the financing was as simple as signing a few documents. Nick took care of most of the detail work before we ever came in. This was a nice touch and made our experience much more pleasurable. I would wholeheartedly recommend this dealership and Nick Clough for all of your Subaru needs.

I had narrowed down my vehicle choice to three-one being the 2018 Subaru Outback. I was in the lot when Anthony Vonner came out and I told him I didn???t need any help. Anthony being Anthony replied that he wanted to introduce himself to me in case I had any questions later. Over an hour later of Anthony and me chatting about Subaru I gained an instant friend! I test drove the Outback and the other two vehicles and narrowed it down to my final 2 choices. Anthony introduced me to everyone at Subaru who answered all my questions, and they matched the trade in value of the other dealership. When it came down to it the purchase price for both vehicles was the same. I sincerely chose Subaru because (1) I LOVE the way the car drives and all the features, but most important to me was (2) the relationship I had established w Anthony and the rest of the folks at the dealership. I truly believe they will always be here to help me!
Gene H. contacted me by text while I was still researching Subaru dealerships. When I got lost in Tampa, he called and stayed on the phone with me until I got there.. This is before I had even met him. He was patient, answered all my questions,explained about the company, and never once pressured me. He was the best salesperson I've ever dealt with in my life. Next I went to see Julio A. He was amazing. He was very thorough with his explanations, and went out of his way to help me get the financing. Both Gene and Julio spent over an hour on hold to the credit bureau to make it possible for me finance the car. They both treated me like family. They introduced me to Rachel W. who will be calling me to follow up on any concerns or questions. I even met the people in the service department because they had to reprogram something so I could have a phone in the car.
We just purchased a 2018 Outback, our sales person was Gene Honeycutt. We worked through Costco for our initial communication. Gene contacted us immediately and was quick to understand what we were looking for. While the car we wanted was not in inventory he assured us that he would be able to secure it from another dealership. Gene is a terrific communicator, constantly appraising us of where we were in the process. Terrific person to deal with if you are looking to buy a Subaru Buying the car through Mastro was a very pleasant experience. Everyone we dealt with was friendly positive and seemed to genuinely like being part on the Ma team. We finished our transaction with Julio Ayala (finance) he was terrific as well. Great communicator and very detailed oriented when explaining each document we had to sign. Another awesome experience.
Really impressed with Mastro Subaru. I was referred there by Costco auto program. Gene and Kevin worked together to give me the best auto buying experience I have had -ever. (And there have been several over the years). They answered all my questions, and explained all my options. Mrs Vaccaro made the finance process quick and easy. My husband first met Coco the day prior to our purchase when he came in to look at a few vehicles. He didn't find anything that day, but the following day we scoured the internet once again and came upon a Forester for sale. So we headed back to the dealership and arrived 10 minutes before closing! Coco was very professional and efficient! We traded in our Equinox in a new Forrester after meeting Curtis & Alex at the auto show. They were wonderful, positive and helpful without being pushy. Alex took a ton of time to answer all our questions and take us around the lot.
