Best service experience I've ever had. Superb, professional and personal service, with top-notch free espresso bar (and dogs) to boot! Worth buying a Subie just for this. The first time we arrived at the dealership, my family and I met Jorge. He took us around to view different vehicles and explained the differences between the various models/packages. He was extremely helpful, friendly and patient with us during the process.

Our salesman, Marcus, was very friendly and helpful during our visit. If he didn't know an answer to a question, he found out what we wanted to know. There were no high pressure sales pitches. The dealership worked with us to get the best deal possible. Based on our purchase experience today, we would do business with this dealership again.

I took our Buick in for service and ended up purchasing a new Sierra 1500. Service found a nail in one tire so I looked around in this nice dealership showroom. Doug Tallent, a very helpful salesman, showed me the new Sierra 1500 with the red quartz color. James Conley the Sales MGR told me of all the specials and the two of them got my interest. I went to lunch and then drove my GMC pickup in for them to look over. This dealership, from service to sales is without doubt the best in TN. I got every break in price GMC and Wyatt Johnson has and they were very nice to my wife. Most salesmen at car dealership treat women like they are dumb - NOT Wyatt Johnson - super nice to my wife! Thanks Gentlemen. We have used Wyatt Johnson for service for years - what a great team, without their service department I would not have looked at the new models.
In our first car-buying experience we worked with one of the salesmen at Grand, Andrew Jennings, who made the whole process a breeze. Working with Andrew felt like hanging out with your friend who just happens to sell and know a lot about cars. The gang at Boardman Subaru, especially John and Joe were excellent. They greeted us cordially, answered every question accurately and after the purchase John sat in the car with us patiently explaining the nuances of the technology until we were all satisfied that we understood.
Gene H. contacted me by text while I was still researching Subaru dealerships. When I got lost in Tampa, he called and stayed on the phone with me until I got there.. This is before I had even met him. He was patient, answered all my questions,explained about the company, and never once pressured me. He was the best salesperson I've ever dealt with in my life. Next I went to see Julio A. He was amazing. He was very thorough with his explanations, and went out of his way to help me get the financing. Both Gene and Julio spent over an hour on hold to the credit bureau to make it possible for me finance the car. They both treated me like family. They introduced me to Rachel W. who will be calling me to follow up on any concerns or questions. I even met the people in the service department because they had to reprogram something so I could have a phone in the car.
Exceptional service from start to finish. We made an online inquiry about a 2018 Forester and was contacted by Nick Clough who was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We explained to Nick exactly what we were looking for in regards to vehicle and price point. Nick went to work and found us the perfect car. When we came to the dealership for our test drive we were greeted at the door as if we were a returning customer. We were not bombarded with pushy sales people but were asked who our appointment salesperson was. It was a class act all the way around. Completing the financing was as simple as signing a few documents. Nick took care of most of the detail work before we ever came in. This was a nice touch and made our experience much more pleasurable. I would wholeheartedly recommend this dealership and Nick Clough for all of your Subaru needs.

I am pleasantly surprised at how the car buying process has changed over the years. It's a much less painful process. Sure, it still takes hours, but it feels more like a buyer's market than the high pressure sales tactics of the past. Both sales and finance were friendly and easy to work with. I also like the fact they have Mike the "Tech Guy" go over all the bells and whistles.
Bobby was awesome! He explained all the car features and made each step of the process run smoothly. He made sure I was happy with the price, financing and most importantly I love my new Legacy. Thank you!
