Had a very good car buying experience with sales man, Jon Pinardi. Not pushy. Just answered questions promptly and politely. He even picked me up at home the morning the car was ready (the dealership put snow tires on for us) and drove me to the dealership, which is over an hour away over a mountain pass. He very patiently explained all of the various features and controls of our new Outback, including using the paddle-controlled manual transmission for safely traversing the downhill side of said pass, of which Jon has years of driving experience. Highly recommend Jon. The dealership did try to up-sell me an expensive extended warranty in a little room with door closed, but this only lasted a few minutes and was the only negative to my purchase experience.

We are a sub fam. We were originally looking for an Outback and still will pick an Outback over anything, but we also really like the crosstek! It’s comfortable, reliable (AWD IS A MUST HAVE UP HERE IN THE NORTH EAST), mileage is also great, we only fill up once every two weeks for pleasure driving. Back seat is spacious if you don’t have any children in a car seat or if you have a slim car seat. We have a graco forever for our two year old and it does take a bit of space but nothing too bad. Just wish it had a bit more space in the trunk. But we only plan to have this car for a year until we get a ‘19 or ‘20 Outback for more roadtrips, so we are more than happy with this car where we are at in our lives right now.
Great experience this past week with Ben in sales and Kevin in financing. They gave us a great deal on a vehicle and were very transparent with vehicle records and everything we asked regarding the vehicle. They made our long distance transaction (Colorado) smooth and comforting. Very trustworthy group!! If you are looking for a used vehicle I would strongly recommend checking them out.

This is 2nd XVTrek first was 2013 orange, big improvement from 2013, love always been able to find on any lot, drives great, fuel efficient, love the push button start, moon roof, and 8 inch infotainment.
The very best dealership around ¿ salesmen Jamie is awesome, service is very good.

Well, where do I start? Maybe it was the first cross country trip we took with her... Maybe it was the time we moved to Memphis and drove her around in the snow in Arkansas and the Tennessee mountains? All I know is that she was a part of the family. It was the first vehicle we purchased when we got married. When everyone else was stuck in the snow last year in Atlanta, we were making grocery and beer runs. We get attached to our cars. They are like family. From a comfort standpoint, sure it could have been more roomy. From an acceleration standpoint, it could have been faster. It was just what we needed. 150k miles later, we needed more room. I think I saw my wife shed a tear as we drove off the lot in our new outback; I know I certainly did.
The only issues we ever had were a bad wheel bearing and a rat ate through a belt. You know what Subaru did? Give us the new belt for free and didn't charge us for the labor, with no warranty.
We'll miss you old girl. Hope you make someone else as happy as you made us.
I recently had the opportunity of doing business with Fred at Garvin Motors. I was interested in a vehicle they had posted on Cars.com that was over 16 years old with an unknown history. This also was one of there least expensive vehicles on their lot.
Fred took the time to make sure that this vehicle was going to be a good fit for my family. Prior to driving 10 hours, Fred provided me with service records, open and honest communication including the evaluation of condition ( which most sales folks would have lost the sale with the condition), and reassured me that it was mechanically sound.
I decided to trust this evaluation because of the incredible communications Fred provided. I made a 10 hour rd trip through WY in January to Cody, WY. Fred sent a service tech to the rental car place and drove me the final 30 mile leg of the trip.
The vehicle was exactly what was described with no hidden problems. This is one of the nicest vehicles I have driven. This was the best customer service experience I have ever been part of. Garvin motors was fast and professional with the paperwork and got me back on the road with a full tank of fuel. Thank you Fred and Garvin Motors for a great experience.

THIS CAR HAS DEVELOPED TOO MANY PROBLEMS; TWO ARE RELATED TO THE A/C SYSTEM; OTHERS ARE RELATED TO WHEEL BEARINGS, AND AXLES. THE VEHICLE MAKES "POPPING NOISES" IN THE DASHBOARD. IN ADDITION, THE REAR HATCH DOESN'T GO UP ANYMORE WITHOUT HELP, AND THE EXTERIOR MIRRORS MOVE AROUND INSIDE THEIR FRAMES WHILE DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY.
Kris Clouse is our sales representative and he was very professional and explained to us more about the car we bought we are very pleased with him and would definitely recommend him for people looking for a used car to buy. Make sure you ask to talk to kris for sure when looking into buying a used car he will definitely help you out and get you the car you need or are looking for.

Bought new after about 70,000 miles I have had CV Joints replace both axles on the front end. Wheel hubs replaced. And Ive replaced 4 bulbs in the front and 1 in the rear. Im considering trading it off.
