I went in on March 25,2016 to look at a 2011 Scion TC that Lexdan had in stock. The price for the mileage was amazing and the car looked, sounded, and drove excellent. Don took care of giving me the test drive. He was very professional and educated about the vehicle. You can tell that they take amazing care of the cars they sell. I went in to test drive and after looking at my credit and seeing how the banks would respond to that, I drove off that day with a new vehicle after trading in mine. Scott got my payment to right where I wanted it to be and he offered me GAP insurance on the spot. The vehicle has a 30 day or 1000 mile warranty on it. I went in a week later because the brakes were squeaking and they took care of the brakes and helped educate me on the way brakes wear, how to take care of a custom cold air intake that is in the vehicle and answered other questions i had about car maintenance. This is my first car buying experience and it was a great one. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a vehicle and I'm sure they will have something available for my girlfriend when she enters the market.

This is 2nd XVTrek first was 2013 orange, big improvement from 2013, love always been able to find on any lot, drives great, fuel efficient, love the push button start, moon roof, and 8 inch infotainment.

Well, where do I start? Maybe it was the first cross country trip we took with her... Maybe it was the time we moved to Memphis and drove her around in the snow in Arkansas and the Tennessee mountains? All I know is that she was a part of the family. It was the first vehicle we purchased when we got married. When everyone else was stuck in the snow last year in Atlanta, we were making grocery and beer runs. We get attached to our cars. They are like family. From a comfort standpoint, sure it could have been more roomy. From an acceleration standpoint, it could have been faster. It was just what we needed. 150k miles later, we needed more room. I think I saw my wife shed a tear as we drove off the lot in our new outback; I know I certainly did. The only issues we ever had were a bad wheel bearing and a rat ate through a belt. You know what Subaru did? Give us the new belt for free and didn't charge us for the labor, with no warranty. We'll miss you old girl. Hope you make someone else as happy as you made us.

This testimonial is well over due! My experience started almost 15 years ago as a little kid seeing my parents come home with a new car, from Tom Pappas Toyota of course. I never understood why they???ve bought approximately 4-5 cars from Pappas until it was my turn to buy as a 18 year old teenager ready to make my first major purchase. I of course had to use Mark Garner because well, that???s who my parents trusted and referred. I bought a 2009 Scion tC, which meant no way to negotiate which meant pure pricing back then! I???ve had my ups and downs with my tc, bought her July 3, 2008. lets fast forward and talk about what seemed to me a very simple recall, regarding my car burning through a ton of oil, not good with cars but that???s the English version. I remember calling Chris Banks in a panic because my car was driving very ???rocky???. Of course he knew about the recall, told me to drive it up to so many miles so they can track the consumption per Toyota to figure out my issue. I drove away, got 1 minute away and freaked out! Called Chris and he said please come back and go from there. He was so good with keeping me calm and explaining the issues. Come to find out I almost blew a rod, what ever that meant, found out could have destroyed my engine and my car would essentially be non drivable. Chris immediately put me in a loaner and said he would look at her in more depth. Make a long story short, the oil piston recall if I???m using correct terms resulted in the damage. The damage would cost me roughly $7,000 in repairs including labor and rental. I was in no state of mind to drop that kind of money, she???s been paid off for roughly 2 years at this time. Oh and she unfortunely was not worth $7,000. This is where Kyle, Chris, myself and the Vice President which I believe was Tom Pappas son had a private conversation with how we were going to resolve this unepected surprise. Most dealerships would hand me the 1-800 number and say take it up with Toyota, because it???s a Toyota recall, not the dealerships issue. When I say this dealership went above and beyond, that would be an understatement. My out of pocket expense cost me nothing, they figured out the repair cost directly with Toyota! I remember Kyle calling me with the news and I was so happy and appreciative! They easily could have started the whole conversation with buying a new car but they didn???t. They recognized the many many years of loyalty myself and my parents had to Tom Pappas! I tell this story to a lot of people when buying/servicing their vehicle to go straight to Tom Pappas! Tom Pappas I really hope you recognize your team, I???ve never had any negative experience with any of your staff members. Do I have my go to favorites, well of course! Without those people, who knows what kind of car I???d be driving or how much debt I???d be in! As much as I???m dreading buying a new car, I just can???t listen to other people recommending dealerships and sales people to me. I laugh and smile and respond with telling them I have my people and place to buy my next car! Biggest shout out to Mark Garner who I bought my first car from, Chris banks who is always there to answer my silly odd questions and of course goes above and beyond without question, to Kyle who is service supervisor who went to battle with Toyota regarding my major car repair, to the Vice President at the time, I???m sorry I don???t recall his name, young fella who was extremely helpful as well! The Subaru Crosstrek is an outstanding vehicle for the price. It has quite a bit of ground clearance, lots of interior room, and good cargo capacity. I've taken my car off-road numerous times with no issues. It's a good half way point between a truck/SUV/Jeep and car. With good gas mileage and good off-road ability it's a win-win. Only issue with this car is the lack of power from the 2.0L boxer engine, but it isn't really noticeable during regular driving.

I'm the president of the Mt. Hood Miata/MX-5 Club in Portland, Oregon; have owned three different Miatas since 2006 . As I searched for a very rare 2009-2010 Competition Yellow MX-5 nationwide as my next car, one popped up at Seeger/St. Robert. Roberts is closed on Sunday, but Ethan Galindez replied early the next morning and we were able to agree on a very fair purchase price that was lower than advertised, and a credit card reserved the car for me until I could obtain full financing from my local credit union. When I said I wanted to fly in from Oregon and drive the car home, Ethan and Kevin Johnson arranged to pick me up at St. Louis airport by a Seeger/St. Louis driver and provide me with a dealership shuttle car to travel to St. Robert. I flew in at 2:05pm, arrived at Seeger/St. Robert by 4:30 to see my fully-prepped car; Corey Poe breezed me through the already-organized paperwork and I was out the door and on my way with a full tank of gas in my new car by 6pm. During the intervening week I'd shipped new, louder electric touring horns for the roadster to replace the original "meep-meep" Mazda horns. Ethan coordinated the installation with the service department for a very reasonable price. I'd also been able to track down the original owner, a member of the SW Missouri Miata Club, and they were hosting me in Springfield that evening to meet me and say goodbye to this car that had driven with them for the past six years. Between Ethan & Kevin's helpfulness and the Miata club members, this was a very enjoyable adventure. My trip west was almost uneventful, but midway through Wyoming one car wheel started making a noise out in the middle of nowhere. I couldn't find a tire/brake store until I got to Utah, and in Brigham City we found that a bolt had backed out on a brake caliper from work done not by Seeger, but by a brake shop months earlier. This was not work that probably would have been apparent by any used car inspection, but when I called Ethan and Kevin I was reassured that Seeger would stand by me and pay for any repairs necessary. Fortunately, it was a quick fix with a new bolt and pilot pin kit and I was on my way west again. A few days ago I was able to take it to my home mechanic, who confirmed there were no further problems and just made some additional adjustments to the previous repair. After sending photos of the work and the invoices this morning, Kevin Johnson advised me this afternoon that he would mail a check to reimburse me for the charges from both repair shops tomorrow morning. I am totally pleased with Ethan, Kevin and the rest of the Seeger staff I met, and if it weren't that I'm 2,000 miles away I would come shop with them for any future cars. David Foster Mt. Bought new after about 70,000 miles I have had CV Joints replace both axles on the front end. Wheel hubs replaced. And Ive replaced 4 bulbs in the front and 1 in the rear. Im considering trading it off.

First let me say I hate buying a car because of the process most dealerships go through to sell you a car. Now that I have said that, I experience I had at Audi Boulder was a totally different experience. I originally contacted the dealership over 1-1/2 years ago and spoke with a salesman regarding the TT as I was thinking of upgrading my 2001 TT and wasn't sure if I should purchase then or wait for the new enhanced 2016 model. He suggested waiting for the 2016 model and so I did. The dealership kept in touch with me off and on through the next year and the original salesman left the dealership. I then was contacted by Jeremy Forcier. He let me know when the model of the 2016 was at the dealership and we set up a time to drive it. It was a fun test drive; the way the car drove, the different drive options, and the technology was awesome. I had specific requirements of my next car and Jeremy and I explored the Audi exclusive option where I could get the color I wanted and the packages I wanted right from the factory. I had a specific timeframe in mind and left the dealership with information. I was not pressured in any way to "buy it now" which would have made me not come back. Jeremy was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly without being pushy. I returned in October and ordered my car, the way I wanted it. Jeremy suggested the tan interior which I was skeptical but agreed. Jeremy kept me in touch throughout the process of the car being built. Just recently the car arrived at the dealership and we made an appointment to pick it up -- I was so excited to see the new car. We made an appointment for 6:00 pm and Jeremy was very patient with me, showing me how to be able to drive the car and doing some initial set up. The price came in right where we had discussed back in October. Matt was great in getting the financial piece together and soon I was pulling out of the lot in the brand new car. By the way, my skepticism about the tan interior was totally unfounded, it looks beautiful -- THANK YOU JEREMY! The service staff contacted me the next day and we scheduled the tinting, clear bra, and interior protectant and when I arrived to pick it up from these services, Jeremy again took time to walk me through some other items we didn't have time for before - voice training, different buttons and radio presets, and garage door opener. I know this is a long story but what I wanted to show is the level of commitment this dealership has to its customers. Jeremy was wonderful to work with before, during, and after the sale and I so appreciate his easy manner, wealth of knowledge and patience with me learning (I think he had to tell me 3 times on the voice training to say each number one-one-five-three instead of eleven fifty three). I have my perfect car thanks to Audi Boulder!

This was a great experience, I flew in test drove the car, signed some paperwork and I was off. It was smooth. I set everything up prior to coming, they were very plesant on the phone and via emails. Heading down the road I noticed that the trunk was missing the Tire Repair Kit, (in replace of a spare tire). So i sent a picture of the missing pump to Jeff my salesman and they ordered one up for me and had it shipped to my house. It was great, the only issue they promptly fixed to cost to me.

Not enough laudations for the Service Department. Visiting from St. Louis. Pulling out of a mall at 4:00 pm on a Saturday the "Check Charge Service" light comes on my TL dashboard. We drove to a nearby Acura dealership. I walked in and explained, family in tow. The dealership's management staff basically shrugged and directed us to an auto parts store down the road. Replaced the battery and warnings were still on. That night I went On Line and found an Acura chat site. An empathetic presence that proved very helpful. Shortly after the chat I received a call from Larry Jones, the service manager at Columbus Acura (in Dublin, OH). Just his call was reassuring on a Saturday night. It was clear we could not drive home to St. Louis the next day as planned. Larry and I texted back and forth on Sunday and he directed me to bring our TL to the Service Department first thing Monday morning. We packed our car and got to the dealership at 6:45 am. At 7:15 am Chris Diglia welcomed us to his desk. He was fully briefed about our situation prior to our arrival and led us to the waiting area. A receptionist (I forgot her name - very nice) set us up with coffee and we ate our breakfast in the waiting area. In 45 minutes Chris presented us with a multi-point check report and informed us that our alternator was not functioning. He gave us the quote and a 90 minute length of time needed to replace our faulty alternator. Our car was received at 7:15 am for an expedited repair and we were on the road back to St. Louis at 9:24 am! EVERY member of the staff that dealt with us were attentive, welcoming and comforting. The entire company exuded professionalism and confidence. If we lived in Columbus we would purchase a car from Columbus Acura if for no other reason than the service department and the positive vibe elicited by the staff. Additionally, as we occupied the waiting area, we witnessed other clients being treated with the same attention, respect, transparency and professionalism as my wife and I. To us this appears to be the norm. Thank you Columbus Acura for reminding us that there are businesses that do welcome the stranger. Among the good family memories associated with our trip, you will be mentioned as another positive experience in Columbus, Ohio.

This car is great. It handles well, it looks sexy as all get out, it's comfortable, and it has plenty of room for anything I need to lug around. The only issue is the screen when listening to music via Bluetooth. It only displays the information of the first song you listen to. That same info stays on the screen until you turn the car off.

We came to Boulder Toyota, again, as we have been Toyota owners since Christ was a corporal. We knew, from a little research on the very good website, that the type of car we wanted was in inventory. It was a little unusual, as the model was the result of a cooperative agreement between Subaru and Toyota to build a two-seat sports car. By an accident of scheduling, we had just test-driven the Subaru-badged version, the BRZ [I think that is the designation]. The Subaru version had two glaring disqualifications : the front seats felt as if they were simply a piece of plywood, and the clutch operated like a badly-adjusted VW Beetle clutch [which we once went through getting fixed]. Gary Hillman was our contact, made through the website, and what a stroke of good fortune THAT turned out to be ! We explained that we had a two-seat, manual transmission car in mind, and that one on the lot met that set of specifications. Gary offered a test-drive, and we asked about how far [in distance] we could go. Behind the question was a problem the City of Boulder had forced upon us : to make the sidewalk "ADA-compliant," in case someone in a wheel chair came down the walk, the sidewalk had to be jack-hammered out and re-poured to be flat. Since 2/8/1989, no such person had EVER ben observed. No matter, the City was in charge, we were told. The driveway apron now scraped the front air dam of the 2007 Prius we bought @ Boulder Toyota 10 years ago. We were worried about the ground clearance on the 860 Special Edition we were about to test drive. Gary said "give it a try, but go slowly and be prepared to back out if you hear contact." Amazing offer, when you think about it! WHAT A BLAST TO DRIVE ! We did back out of the driveway without actually entering it, as yes, courtesy of the City of Boulder, we heard the front air dam scrape. Did not matter that we could not get it into the driveway, and therefore into the garage. WE WANTED THIS CAR ! [We already had some solutions in mind, as our next-door neighbor to the West had "invented" one method to keep his small Audi wagon from scraping.] Long story, yes, but illustrative of why the dealership, and in this case, the consultant, are so good to customers. We went back, said "Let's do this," and bought the 860 Special Edition that very afternoon. Had not had such a fine experience since the now-retired Satch Desai helped us buy the 2007 Prius. After-sales service just as good: I could not find the key device for the wheel locks [one on each wheel in place of ordinary lug nuts]. Went back, found Gary Hillman. He came out, looked in the "trunk " and there it was. [I had never even seen one of these, so I did not realize what I had been looking at.] In summary and conclusion: go to Boulder Toyota to get a reliable car [Toyotas are famously reliable] and have an excellent encounter with a well-informed, friendly guy named Gary Hillman. You will NOT regret it !

Overall, I can say that I feel much safer riding in my new Subaru. I am not sold on the exterior 'look' of the vehicle, but that is small price to pay for a car that amazing otherwise. The interior, performance and value for the car exceeds my expectations.

I had a surprisingly enjoyable experience buying a car from Ganley Volkswagen of Bedford. Darren was a natural conversationalist who made the test drive both stress-free and fun. I knew in advance that I had a strong bias for the Volkswagen; after all I was bregrudingly trading in an 07 GLI only 180K miles young that I was still madly in love with only at my wife???s insistence. I suspect jealousy was high on her list of motives for this. I got the feeling that even if I wasn???t so high on the car he was selling that the experience would have been just as enjoyable. This didn???t seem like much work at all to him, but rather an enjoyable way to spend the day; meeting people, playing with features on new cars, and working in as much non-car related conversation through it as possible. He seemed to be very good at understanding what I was looking for in the car itself. When I grumpily ranted on about the distracting nature of touch-screen controls, he quickly remarked how he would play with that and talk me through; I drive. When I remarked at how I wanted my new car to still load 8 foot 2x4???s during surprise runs to Home Depot, he asked if I had brought one to test. I hadn???t, but he grabbed a measuring tape anyway. These are important things to know! (At 10 feet you have to crack the front window, but it will hold 9 foot boards if you angle them right). After I bought the car, we traded plates from my old car to the new one. My MKV front license plate holder didn???t convert to the MKVII tow hole. We recently purchased a 2017 Jeep Renegade for our daughter. Gage Wojo was our salesman and he was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and super friendly and polite. Gage gave us some very interesting information about the vehicle that we weren't aware of and helped us make a decision. Never once did we feel pressured. Gage even gave us a tour of the service department. The Sales Manager, Ken Kukwa, was great. He helped us reach a deal and even tolerated our "haggling", while finding a way to meet in the middle. Bob Kukwa handled the financial part of our purchase and he could not have been nicer! The service manager, Bill, introduced himself and made us feel right at home- yet another super nice guy! Honestly, this dealership seems like it is made up of the warmest group of people? We intend to stick with this dealership! All we look for when buying a car(or anything really!) are kind people, a fair deal, and dependable service. Ganley Village has all of them! Thank you guys!!! We'll be back!:)

The car is comfortable and feels solid and reliable. I’m pleased with the headroom, and with the seats. My daughter appreciates the legroom in the back. There’s a fair amount of road noise, but it doesn’t bother me.

We are a sub fam. We were originally looking for an Outback and still will pick an Outback over anything, but we also really like the crosstek! It’s comfortable, reliable (AWD IS A MUST HAVE UP HERE IN THE NORTH EAST), mileage is also great, we only fill up once every two weeks for pleasure driving. Back seat is spacious if you don’t have any children in a car seat or if you have a slim car seat. We have a graco forever for our two year old and it does take a bit of space but nothing too bad. Just wish it had a bit more space in the trunk. But we only plan to have this car for a year until we get a ‘19 or ‘20 Outback for more roadtrips, so we are more than happy with this car where we are at in our lives right now.

From front to rear inside and out this vehicle is great for a small SUV. Ours has Eye-Sight which is a great safety tool. Add the radar cruise control, navigation and heated seats and this is a hard to beat vehicle for the price.

I have really enjoyed driving this car. It's fuel efficient, so I don't have to feel guilty driving it around town, but it will also get me outside and down some back roads that a 2 wheel drive car just wouldn't be able to handle. It's fun, pretty, and practical.

This is our second time leasing a new car from Kelly Nissan and due to the fact that my husband and I were treated so well the first time we felt there was no reason to go anywhere else. From the time we entered the show room we were greeted by both professional and friendly sales people, whom made us feel right at ease. The buying experience and Kelly Nissan is actually very pleasant, for the sales team takes the time to listen to your needs and wants never making the buyer feel pressured in anyway. This time we had the pleasure of dealing with Eric Sparrow, who was both friendly and courteous not only towards us but fellow employees. Eric was precepting a sales woman new to the dealership and the level of professionalism he demonstrated not only towards us but also to this employee by the way he introduced her and asked if she could shadow our entire visit is commendable. My previous lease was a Murano and I was looking to get a Murano again. Eric took the time to explain the various options available on the differrent models and he was able to answer all our questions readily due to his level of product knowledge. When it came time to discuss figures we were introduced to Jeff Collura whom also was very professional and friendly and then to John Arena in finance who also very professional and courteous. The entire experience like I said was extremely pleasant from the very start, the test drive, the paperwork and not to mention driving your new car off the showroom floor/red carpet. My husband and I truly feel that other dealerships should strive for this level for you have set the bar! I would also like to add how Eric gave us a thorough hands on demonstration of the various options on the car, linked our cell phones and also notified our insurance company of the new vehicle purchas, he truly goes the extra mile. We give Kelly Nissan 5 Stars and can't say enough about the entire sales team including you're newest sales woman ( sorry I forget her first name ) . We know that we will receive great service when it's time for check ups and look forward to continuing buisness with Kelly Nissan. 👍🏻

My service adviser Billy O. and my service tech Tommy R. were in every way outstanding! I was having trouble with a check engine light,in my 2010 Silverado, I asked Billy about it. He took his time asked a few questions and sent my truck to the mechanic. In a little while he came back to me told me in detail what he thought was wrong, explained it to me so I could understand what my options were. He's no pressure style made me comfortable and I agreed to let him take the job. During the repair my Tech Tommy found that I also needed some brake work done right away. Knowing Tommy like I do and trust both him and Billy I told them to do the work right away.I want to thank Pete Marino, Tommy and Billy for a great experience.

So far i have had only one issue needing repair. The key got locked in the ignition and wouldnt come out. The dealership replaced the ignition and so far has fixed the issue. Only other complaint is the bluetooth interface is awful. It never understands what I am saying. You cant make calls handsfree with this car.

Dan Pepper is the guy to see, Dan is the man very friendly awesome to talk to he helped us out when other dealerships bailed out on us and kept giving us excuses. Within a couple of hours he had a whole spread sheet of what payments were, it was unbelievable the other dealerships couldn???t even do that. Dan even waited for us to come in around 6 even though he had to be somewhere at 5, now that???s dedication for a customer to make sure they are 110% satisfied. I love this car because it gets great gas mileage while not feeling totally gutless. It’s also great for mild off-roading and very smooth on the street. The flat engine design makes for a sporty driving experience as well because of the low center of gravity. Reminds me of my WRX but with softer suspension and less power. In my opinion Subaru did a very good job of including the right options to keep the car cheap but satisfying.
