My husband drove volvos for years and sold his last one a few months ago. we purchased a different car and right from the start had problems - it was NOT a volvo and the dealership was NOT helpful and ultimately I suggested we trade for a volvo v60. he said he did not want the hassle. I said I would do it. so I drove to volvo on a saturday afternoon, had the pleasure of working with Ralph D'Angelo and Matt Anderson, and at the end of the day drove the car, the pre-owned nifty volvo v60 home! it could not have been easier, it could not have been more pleasant - everyone at this dealership was fantastic, professional, dedicated to getting us in the right car and making the trade happen that day. no angst, no dickering... good questions and conversation and a fabulous car at the end of the day. I cannot recommend Ralph and his team highly enough. thank you.
Ralph was accommodating and easy to work with. This was my second car purchase with Ralph. I had a very specific car in mind and he had one for me. I changed my mind on trading in my old car at the last minute and Ralph worked up my new paperwork in minutes.
We did not end up purchasing our car here, mostly because of a scheduling/inventory mismatch and we were on a tight timeline. But, we did look here, and I have to say that they have, hands-down, the best and most responsive email team. I hate car shopping, and especially hate shopping for a used car -- it often feels like we are not as valued by dealerships. There's not a lot of negotiation room these days, with Internet pricing, and we came to find out that the pricing at BerlinCity is incredibly competitive. Both the sales associate and general manager went above and beyond in messages with us, and while the deal didn't come together this time, I can say without hesitation that we will start our search here next time.
I needed just a basic-oil-change and switch-out-seasonal-tires, planned my appt for 7am so I could get to work directly afterward, was told it could take 1.5-2hrs, let Norberto know my need to get to work on time, he listened but said it might be possible it would be 8:30am when they finished, halfway thru appt he let me know they were willing to give me a loaner if it was getting close to 8:30am + if that was the case they were willing to do the airbag recall during the day while I was at work so I didn't have to come back next wk, LUCKILY it did not get to that point, I'm assuming they hustled (greatly appreciated), and my car was ready + I was at work with 10min to spare! Thank you!!

While I was waiting in the beautiful new space, Susan made sure I had anything I needed and answered any questions you might have about how long it would take, etc. Very professional and welcoming.
After going to several dealerships I stopped in at Rowe Hyundai and was greeted by Jason Burns. He printed me out some info on the car I wanted, never putting pressure on me to buy right then. He said when I was ready to buy stop back in and he would help me find what I wanted. So forward 3 months later. I went back to see Jason. He got us into my dream car within hours. He was a pleasure to work with. Friendly, kind, took his time to go over everything with much patience. We have purchased many new cars over the years and I would say that this was the best experience buying a new car. He worked with us to get a great price.
The service experience was very good except for a problem with my rear sear retracting mechanism that was not working properly. A small part that would solve the problem was not available from Landrover instead the whole seat assembly at a price of $1500.00 was the fix. Not the dealers fault, but Landrovers. I will most likely not buy another Landrover based on this experience.
This was a pleasant buying experience and John is a professional who listens - from the test drive to the negotiations. He even offered to stop by my home and help me program the garage door opener if needed. Picking up the car today was a pleasure - he went over everything about it in detail and I am a happy customer of Morong.
I told them what I was looking for and where I needed to be from a price perspective and they made it happen. They were able to secure the car I was looking for out of state and even given that extra step the entire process was completed in 5 business days.
This is my second vehicle from Lee Toyota in Topsham. Jennifer has been my sales agent both times we've made a purchase.
