I had to locate a vehicle quickly since my vehicle was totaled. I inquired about a van online and received an immediate response. Joe took the time to answer my questions and set up an appointment for me. I received great customer service from Parvaz and Vince in getting the deal done. Throughout the entire process they kept me informed, answered my questions and helped me find the right vehicle for my needs. I can honestly say they all reduced my stress level considerably in this experience. I can???t thank Vince, Parvaz, and Joe enough for their professionalism and assistance. I will recommend you to everyone!
My salesman was Mr kyle Manley a young man that knows his job and is very professional.I would recommend him to anybody young or old.I wish him all the best in his career.God bless him.The guys in finance Department are also Professionals.But they made one mistake.And that was,after running my credit with their Bank(Chase) and didn’t like the interest rate that was offered.I should have been informed first before trying another Bank of their choice.I would have preferred PNC Bank instead because I have history with them( Mortage & Car Loan ) and my interest rate would have been far less than what they accepted from Bank of America.I will definitely be refinancing my car loan at a later time.Otherwise than that, I’m very happy with the 2019 Subaru Outback that I purchased.Thanks to the Management and staff at Faulkner Subaru.Happy Holiday guys.Mr Floyd

I bought a 2015 Audi A3 Convertible from Rich at eimports4less and I'm very happy. It was such a simple process and was all over in a few days. I sent an email through the website that I was interested in the car one night and sent the email to see if the car was still available and Rich called me the next day. After we spoke, we suggested that I complete financing form with a deposit. Afterwards, I was approved and could pick up the car in two days. You can't beat that...... The pick up also went smoothly and Rich was very accommodating and thorough. I felt the exchange was honest and didn't feel like I had somehow in the end, been cheated. I would recommend Rich to others in a heart beat!!
Went to Ciocca knowing we wanted a new Forester. Milton Obando saw that we got the Forester we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. They did not have the car in the color we wanted on the lot, but he reserved one from their incoming inventory. When it did come in he even sent me pictures. He also gave us a tour of the facility so we'd be familiar with the service dept, etc. Also thanks to Drew in the financial department as he customized an extended coverage package for us and Gigi who did the 2 week post purchase review. I would definitely recommend Ciocca and Milton.
This was our first time visiting a Ciocca dealership looking for a used Subaru Forester. We were greeted at the door and although it was an extremely busy Saturday afternoon, Kevin Acevedo immediately helped us. We felt comfortable with him and turned out buying a Subaru Crosstrek instead. Kevin turned us over to Ben Walsh in Finance and he did an equally great job. Overall terrific experience.
Samantha in the Internet Dept was very helpful and efficient scheduling a test drive with Fernando Santiago in Used Car Sales. Fernando did a great job - assisting me with several test drives and then allowing my personal mechanic to inspect the car. After the purchase Fernando toured the service and loaner department with me - so if I ever needed anything I would be familiar. I would buy here again and recommend others do too !
Adrian made our car buying experience so easy! He was great to work with and has a great personality. He went over and beyond with helping us get extras for the car and personally picking it up from another dealership to make sure nothing happened to my new car! I would highly recommend him!
Fernando went above and beyond to get me in a used 2011 Mini Cooper S All 4. The team along with Fenando assisted me in obtaining a comfortable payment. Purchase was speed under roughly 2hrs! I bought my second Subaru from Ciocca Subaru, and it was a great experience. Fernando was so nice, and he made the whole experience feel very relaxed and easy. He was also very kind to my family that I brought along, and he stayed late to help finalize everything. My first car was a Subaru Forester, and his name was Forrest. My family had many names that we were choosing from for this car, but I landed on naming her Fern, in honor of Fernando. Thanks for an awesome experience! Will be back again! :)

Great team (you do not need a review so you get a pat on the back. This is the downfall of companies. People spend to much time trying to get a 5 that everything else suffers. As I stated the experience was great. However this side of the experience is going downhill. Do your job everyday the best you can, enjoy it or get out. I HATE this side of your business, do not let it consume you) you do your job well, keep up the good work. Get rid of the survey.
Went in to look at used Jetta Sportswagen. Felt salesperson was a little over-eager,
and was somewhat turned off by his disparaging remarks about other dealers.
Was contacted again by dealership on another car, but when I quickly responded, I was told that the 2nd car was already sold.
Had rear sensor problem #Warranty ran out there was a gray area about my bumper Talk to sales manger and he wanted me to be Satisfied he said they would fix everything true to there word they fixed it the fix was not cheap all the sensor bezels Had to be painted very pleased with way was handled
Joel and the entire team of Porsche Of Warrington were absolutely fantastic to deal with. Living in Washington DC I made the 3+ hour drive to this dealer. Never will I buy a Porsche from ANYWHERE else. Thank you all again!
