Other dealerships were pushy and frankly, not on the up-and-up. She found a vehicle she liked online at ClearwaterToyota.com; we went there, and it was the best decision ever. Everyone there is polite, friendly, not pushy, relaxed and welcoming. Jaime Bravo went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, informed, and not rushed. He went the extra mile on all our questions and requests, and made sure we got an amazing price for a 2022 SUV, and my sister is thrilled! and I'm so happy for her. So much so, that three weeks later, I went to Jaime and bought myself a beautiful pre-owned Rav4! Once again, it was an amazing car buying experience. I have bought cars before and it has always been a stressful, uncomfortable process that made me feel like I couldn't really trust the dealerships. But Jaime, Jacob and Rocco did everything possible to make it easy for us both, and really worked to get affordable prices on great vehicles. This staff has such an attention to detail, so much patience (I asked about a thousand questions), they're all cheerful and ready to help, and it's obvious their goal is to sell great vehicles at the best prices to everyone. I cannot recommend Jaime, Jacob and Rocco enough for really working hard to benefit their customers. Side note: A friend of ours who we saw having their Toyota serviced there when we got my sister's car, came back a week later and bought a brand new Toyota from them also! I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

This is my first Volvo and although it took a while to get familiar with the controls, I love it! The side and rearview mirrors, warning sounds and lights have taken care of blind spots that are usual in a larger SUV, and have prevented accidents. The ride is still so smooth after 3 years, I can easily read a book on long trips. The front and rear seat adjustments allow everyone to be comfortable. We are glad for the bumper to bumper 5 year coverage we bought at purchase, and they immediately fixed any minor problems we've had over the last 3 years.

Great car. Radar guide cruise control is extremely annoying, so is the beeping for everything that you cant shut off. Its slow as xxxx, but it is a soccer mom car. Super fuel efficient and reliable... except for the water pump that seems to go out every 20k miles but its covered to 200k. Other than that, haven't had a single issue with it. Great commuter car. Good for road trips but back seat was mad for small children. Im 6,0 and cannot fit unless the person in the front has their knees in the dashboard

My boyfriend bought his car from Carmax and it was a great experience. So when I needed a new car I looked at Carmax as well. They had everything I wanted but I thought I would get a better deal at a dealership... Boy was I wrong. Went to three different dealerships almost went through with a deal but they couldn't get me a good interest rate. It was so painful and awful I had decided to give up and just sink money into my current car and try again next year. I had an appointment at carmax the following Sunday and Dwyane called me to verify the time. I told him what happened the previous day and said I would be keeping my car because I needed a good rate and didn't want to be making crazy payments. He said, I hear you and totally understand, I'm happy to help you whenever you're ready. Just so you know when you are ready I have a good rate for you so I know we can find you something to make you happy. I was surprised because the other dealership said we couldn't get close to what I needed. Well folks, I'm in a new car, my payments aren't crazy and I have peace of mind. 1st time in a Subaru so far so good only problem no sure how a long drive will go no arm rest that are comfortable on either door or center console looking into after market foam rest to make long trips comfortable!! Only had the car a month now but so far so good avg about 28 mpg !!

Love the look and features, hate the 4 cylinder. Has no power. Very comfortable, smooth ride, handles nice, easy to park. Just don't try to pass unless you have plenty of room.

Great car. I compare it with a high-end Mercedes that I own, Volvo is generally better built, more comfortable especially on extra long trips, quieter on the road, and intuitive in most use cases. The Bowers and Wilkins sound system is definitely superior to anything I’ve heard in high-end vehicles. The interior design is minimalistic, and the car lacks the prestige that comes with the price. From a reliability stand point, it has never put us down, and has almost completely overcome the early Goole system glitches.

This is the best Jeep Wrangler model ever made. The past YJ, TJ, JK models are great, but this Jeep JL 2018 Wrangler Sahara Automatic V6 is the best one yet. The comfort and modern amenities are top of the line. The 8” infotainment head unit and Alpine sound system is out of this world. The interior fits my family of four and has enough cargo space for a stroller, scooter, Onewheel XR and beach chairs. The exterior needs no introduction with its iconic round headlights and seven slot grill. Followed by a three piece removable top, which I managed to take off and put back on by myself. FYI, don’t try doing this by yourself. My final favorite thing about my Jeep JL is the ability to customize the Jeep with all of the amazing aftermarket parts and pieces. This allows you to take the best looking car on the road and make it your own.

Do yourself the favor and go first to Fitz before any other dealership. Jim Gass and Sean the finance manager were by far the best individuals I have ever worked with in regards to a new vehicle purchase. I've added aftermarket exhaust and a computer chip and the roar pedal also KNN air filter and bigger tires 35 so far it is a lot of fun to drive

One of the best buying experiences that i have ever had. No surprises, no hidden fees and no hassle. I would highly recommend Bobby if you are buying a vehicle from this dealership. He promptly responded to all my text messages and followed up on all my phone calls. He even sent me numerous pics of the vehicles that i was interested in and had a OTD price figured up before i even showed up which never changed. The whole buying process was a breeze.

This is a great car. The hybrid drivetrain has already saved me over 30% on gas in a few months of ownership. With the xle model I purchased I have noticed the sound dampening is not as good as my older model 2013 rav4 non hybrid but with no engine noise either makes the outside noise more noticeable. The seating space up front is a little more tighter but not bad. My one gripe is the gas pedal is hinged to the floor so the floor mats do not go all the way to the top and leave the carpet exposed. I would still 100% recommend the car. Just watch out for some dealerships who are just out to make your purchase difficult.

So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

I contacted J-Linn through their website (J-LinnMotors.net) and filled out their Secure Loan Application. They had around four cars that met my criteria, being low miles and mechanically sound. Their salesperson Fred contacted me the next day was quite friendly. He said they had cars in my price range. I went to buy a car on Friday, May 29, 2020. The first question I asked was "Are you going to be able to finance me?" due to my credit score being very low. I had spent almost two weeks hearing every dealership/auto sales business say no. He responded by saying "Let's run your numbers and see?" He forwarded my information to their finance companies and found one that would do financing. He then told me he had a car that he thought was perfect for me and would meet the finance companies qualifications. He drove a beautiful deep blue 2010 Chevrolet HHR up to the front and I looked it over. It's 10 years old and looked and ran like new. We then did all the paperwork and I drove that car away the same day! I can't say enough about this company. They've been in business for 20 years so I trusted them. The customer service women were wonderful and also quite friendly. Even their other salesman was kind and funny. I've now had the car for a week and a half and have driven it quite a bit. So far, so great! I'm not used to the more modern power assist capabilities but am learning as I go. Again, So Happy!

Purchased this car used in 2017 with 42k on it. Currently at 144k has the 2.0l and AWD. I’ve switched immediately to full synthetic, done coolant flushes, and changed all fluids. We have 2 Escapes now 14/16 both with 2.0 and AWD. Love them. We do the preventative maintenance. Hopefully we hit 300k. Most of my previous vehicles have done 266k and 400k.

I would recommend Jim West for anyone that's looking to purchase a car. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and didn't apply pressure to make a sale. He was truly genuine and I thank him for that.

I love my Chevy Equinox. It's so much easier to shift than my previous 2024 GMC. I hated having to reach over to pull levers in the middle of the GMC. My new car shift lever is right in front of my eyes and so much safer. I love the "real" rearview mirror. It took a little time to get used to it, but it helps so much to see everything near and far. The adaptive cruise works great. I don't have to step on the brake and re-set whenever the vehicle in front of me slows. One doesn't realize how nice that is until you're on the highway for any length of time. I think a woman must have designed this vehicle! No wonder it's perfect!

Was in for a. Oil change with apt. Turnaround time was 100 per cent better than my last oil change, it took about 2 1/2 hrs with an apt.

I previously owned a Chevy Trax, which was fine when I received the vehicle. The blessing it was, sustained me for what was pertinent; now, I have been blessed with more responsibility; said responsibility warrants a bigger vehicle. This vehicle is perfect for my family of four; my mother's wheelchair fits perfectly in the trunk, and there's still room for my nine year old daughter, my mother, and my sister. Bought a brand new 2022 Hyundai Tucson SEL Convenience in Sept 2021, owned it for 4 years now. With 45,000 miles, Ive had no major problems other than normal wear and tear, like brake pads, oil and tires. Very reliable, comfortable and affordable. If I were going to nitpick, I would prefer non leather steering wheel and gear shift. I keep them covered so they dont get worn out. Love this SUV!

There were no hidden fees or sneaky sale tactics. Straight forward and honest! Would recommend.

I am very happy with my purchase. I already owned a 2018 CX-5 and it never gave me any problems so I had no qualms about purchasing another Mazda. I went with the CX-50 Turbo Premium Plus for the horsepower and the extra perks (i.e. automatic folding mirrors, and I like that the side mirrors also turn down to see the curb when parking, front AND rear cameras, panoramic sun/moonroof, speed display in windshield, heated and ventilated cooling seats, and a 12-speaker Bose Stereo system). I love the extra power of the Turbocharged engine that my CX-5 doesn't have. The things I don't care for: 1) the retractable cargo cover (a $250 addl charge) doesn't attack to the lift (like my CX-5 does. It's much more convenient if it's attached so there's no pulling it out each time you need to put something in the trunk; 2) I don't like that I have to turn off the automatic shut off of the engine at stops and that I have to turn it off every time I get in the car. I'd like there to be an option to turn it off indefinitely unless and until I want to turn it on; 3) I would also love it if the driver and front passenger seats raised a bit higher. I'm not short but I would feel more comfortable if the seat height lifted another couple of inches. Overall, I really love my car. The steering is tight and the ride is more comfortable than I expected, and the inside of the cab is quiet and the stereo is premium. The seats are attractive with the light colored stitching to accent the seats. Because of all the features in my model, I got a lot of bang for my buck as opposed to a more expensive car costing $20K more for all the same features with Mazda reliability as well as more reasonable/affordable maintenance costs. I had a BMW several years ago and, once out of warranty, the maintenance is ridiculously costly. Additionally, the service department at the dealership where I purchased my car is top notch and the transparency for maintenance is appreciated! In the last 7 years of owning a Mazda, I have never had a bad experience.
