I have owned products for over 40 years, and this is the best vehicle that I had purchased! It rides smooth, excellent gas mileage, and a lot of room.

Heller Ford was actually really good to work with. Steve did a great job getting everything set up.

ISSUE WITH SUNROOF CLOSING, NEW ONE PUT IN SAME PROBLEM. IN COLD WEATHER SEVERAL DOORS WOULD NOT LOCK AT ALL. AT FIRST I THOUGHT THEY WERE FROZEN THE DEALERSHIP IS STILL NOT SURE WHY THIS HAPPENED. I WAS UNABLE TO DRIVE IT WHEN THIS OCCURRED. JUST HAD THE IGNITION REPLACED - CAR WOULD NOT SHUT OFF. I REALLY LOVED THIS CAR THE SUNROOF IS HUGE, MY FIRST NEW CAR, IT IS A LITTLE SMALL IN THE BACK SEAT FOR PASSENGERS BUT NICE, I LOVE HAVING A HATCH AND NO TRUNK TO MOVE THINGS IF I WANT. I HAVE ALWAYS WANTED A JEEP AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE 4 WHEEL DRIVE AND OPEN FEEL OF THIS CAR. IT DOES VERY WELL ON THE HIGHWAY. THE REAL ISSUE I AM HAVING IS WITH CASTLE JEEP/ RAM IN NAPERVILLE,ILLINOIS COVRING THESE ISSUES WITH MY 100,000 MI WARRANTY.

I really liked my experience here!! I was trying to find a car, and didn’t expect to actually buy one!! My 2018 Malbiu has been great. Brian has answered all my questions, which was very helpful. Going from a 2007 to an 2018 was such a big jump for me and they made the transition so easy:) Matt was awesome, made sure I understood everything, and was great!! Super friendly, and a great environment to buy a car in. Let me test drive the car with my mom alone, where as in my hometown even they had to come with!! I rate my experience an 11/10 and definitely recommend Barker!!

I special ordered my 2021 4 dr Sahara in Feb of 2022 and received it 4/1. I have previously owned 4 JK models over the yrs. The 2021 I just love. the interior appts, the dash layout with the nav. I got the upgraded leather seats and paint color white with One Touch Skyview top. Got the 3.6 with E torque for powerplant. They improved on the brakes vs JK. Much stronger!

I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

Purchased new July 5, 2024 now have approx 16,000 miles recently took a trip that was total 4,000 miles. Wife states as the most comfortable vehicle she’s ever had especially on this long trip pulling a 6x12 enclosed motorcycle trailer from Chicago to Scottsdale, AZ. Nimble handling even in the mountains and plenty of power! 5 Stars Ford!!

Barker Motor Company was fantastic to work with. They were fair on my trade and there were no unexpected costs. The sales group was great to work with, demonstrated all the features of the car and explained everything thoroughly. The vehicle we purchased was exactly as advertised. Extremely pleasing experience.

The reason why I am writing this is because I know the mileage is off because there is no way I can drive 100 miles in the city in one day it's not possible. This is a complaint for me because I feel it needs to be looked at.

Didn't buy a vehicle from Heller but they were very attentive to my inquiries about a vehicle.

The only thing that is a little uncomfortable for the right leg against the lower dash board area, but it's not a big problem I am satisfied with the performance and gas mileage.

Have owned other big vehicles like 3/4 ton 2500 Dodge Ram Hemi. I got a Duramax diesel engine in this Suburban. Saves on gas, believe it or not. Very comfortable, very smooth ride, and very quiet even after installing 2” lift and bigger tires. Have the Premier package. Definitely worth every bit of my money. Very heavy duty compared to the new 2024 Ford Expedition Max that I drove for quite some time. Has been very reliable. GM has been quick to fix any recalls. Have only had one recall. Compared to my Ram, it can keep up with all the towing and hauling just as much as my Hemi did. Turn radius is amazing. No problems! The 3.5 average rating on here is not accurate. Go test drive one for yourself.

I just got a 2022 Kona Limited after having a 2015 Golf for years. I like all safety features and comfort items. The steering wheel is stiffer than I am used to and think that is due to lane assist. I haven't figured out why the nav system doesn't talk, but it must be a setting issue. I used a Garmin unit for nav in past, but Kona's screen is much better. Some people say the space is small, but just fine for me. Overall, i like the Kona

Bought this CRV AWD Touring new in 2019. Have 130,000 miles on it, no problems. Only time it’s at the dealership is for regular service. Gets 33 to 36 MPG . Excellent vehicle!

My 2020 G4 hadn't been serviced for several years. I live in Florida, busy working all the time. I was visiting my Family in Illinois so we brought my car in for an overhaul. Got a set of 4 new tires, oil change, brake fluid change, the works. My car drives like it's BRAND NEW again, all thanks to Andrew & the ENTIRE staff at O'Brien in Bloomington, Illinois. PROS: * Overall 39 or 40 MPG combined city and highway. Really. * 500+ mile range on a full tank * Toyota's driver assist goodies work well (radar cruise, et. al) to reduce driver fatigue in both stop-and-go commuting and highway trips. * Sufficient power and acceleration to compete with big-city freeway traffic; uphill freeway on-ramps and so forth. * Nicely agile without being skittish. It goes where you tell it to with no drama. * I have done mild off-roading in Arizona. No problems, handles as hoped for. CONS: * Only one I can think of. Front seats are stiff. I find myself shifting my weight to get comfortable more often than I like.

I purchased a Toyota Rav4 with 500 miles on it recently. Eric was awesome, and made buying a car less dreadful than it is. If I were to buy another from Sam Leman Toyota, I would definitely request Eric again. Truthfully if I didn't get to work with him, I might walk back out the door. Great fuel economy, averaging 55+ MPGs most of the time. Interior features are very nice for a vehicle in this price range. Some road noise at higher speeds, but not bad. Android Auto is very nice, but needs to be reconnected at times, which is easy to do.

Great overall experience with BMW salesman, Greg Franklin at BMW of Bloomington. Polite, low pressure and helpful, Greg was easy to work with from start to finish on our purchase. Good communication and follow up after the sale with everything that was promised delivered quickly. Brian in finance was also polite and concise shopping our rate to find us the best deal. It’s the first Lexus rx to offer luxury and performance with almost self driving tech. Does almost everything with under 6 second acceleration and still gets 27 mpg. I love it!!

Having owned 1 srx and 2 xt5. Now an xt4, I think it is the most appealing. My loaded sport has all the luxury and safety features. I drive it in sport for kicks, and 2wd for economy. If you don't need cargo space but like the xt5, go for it! Enjoy!

Scotty is a really good salesman, I came in for my appointment to look at a used car, he told me everything that I needed to know about the vehicle, was hospitable, and very kind. He also was knowledgeable about his profession, and was really attentive and asked all the questions that me and my grandfather had. After we went for a test drive, I decited that the car would be my first vehicle, and after that we went through all the paper work and he recommended a friend at state Farm to be my insurance agent and I was happy with my purchase and am very thankful for the service he provided.

I bought the 22 model in Apr of 22 and had it about a year and the ac compressor went out. It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it

This is by far the best subcompact suv for the money. I absolutely love the 2024 taos se. It's loaded with awesome tech and has great acceleration.

Bought a brand new 2022 Hyundai Tucson SEL Convenience in Sept 2021, owned it for 4 years now. With 45,000 miles, Ive had no major problems other than normal wear and tear, like brake pads, oil and tires. Very reliable, comfortable and affordable. If I were going to nitpick, I would prefer non leather steering wheel and gear shift. I keep them covered so they dont get worn out. Love this SUV!
