Good handling car in all weather. Blind spots in back causes me to pay extra attention to people coming up on my sides. Great mileage if you avoid excessive speed. Quite riding vehicle.

I have purchased new and used cars before, from different dealerships all over the Atlanta area. A total of 10 counting this one. Plus 2 bikes, but I'm not counting those. I have had absolutely TERRIBLE experiences, and I have had okay experiences. This was, without a doubt the best of them. What made the difference- Sam Rangel. My wife shopped around online and found a van she wanted to look at, and it happened to be at the Hardy Superstore. She went by herself to check it out. She met Sam. Sam was the opposite of what many come to think of when they think of a used car salesman. Sam was very kind and helped her. He listened to her and genuinely desired to help her find what she was looking for. I know most good sales people are like that, but there are some that don't have a customer service quality to them, but Sam does. She never felt pressured. Sam made us feel like he was on our side of things- whether it was the vehicle, the negotiation, the financing, or whatever. He was our representative. I love looking at cars, and investigating them, but absolutely HATE haggling and the actual car buying part. Sitting and waiting forever, going back and forth. Then when you are done, you have to wait for the vehicle to be cleaned and gassed...ugh. Did I say I HATE car buying? So this time, I done the whole deal with Sam through text messaging! A first for me. Whenever I asked for something, Sam replied. Sam's manager, and Finance closer- Mitch Feraco made a great team. And he had the van ready so when we got there, we signed and drove away! So, if you find a vehicle at the Hardy Superstore, or need someone to help you find one, call Sam Rangel- you wont regret it. I have owned this 2023 Tiguan SEL R line for almost a year. I have been absolutely satisfied with the quality, the ride, the fuel mileage and everything else about it. IMO it’s the best bang for the buck on the market. It is loaded with options and is still very affordable. I love this VW and , of course, I highly recommend it.

I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

This was the easiest car buying experience I have had. They took me to the car I was interested in. Keys were there, we drove it right away. The price was competitive, the financing was lightning quick. They washed it while I was signing and I was out of there in under an hour. They even drove me to turn in my rental car so I could just drive my new car home and surprise the family. First class business.

I Have owned five Rx350’s. I live in a rural town in South Carolina and drive a lot. I have a 15 that has 207000 trouble free miles. I’ve only done normal maintenance. I bought a 14 about a year ago that was one owner with 54000. It now has 76000 on it. The 15 was built in Canada and the 14 was build in Japan. We Love the Rx350 although We don’t like the body style on the 16 up.

Was looking for safety and security in a suv Comfort for neck and back were important this particular model goes above and beyond. Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor. I have owned over 10 different midsize SUVs from the Mazda, Blazer, Highlander, land cruiser, and others. I have found that the palisade is by far the best I have ever. Now, if I could just figure out all of the electronics available, I would be very very happy.

The salesman I interacted with throughout the process, Stan, was awesome and worked hard to find the vehicle I wanted. I had a jeep wrangler 4door and wanted a 2 door. We got the deal done and while driving home I had some buyers remorse not because the car wasn’t what they said it was but because I was just a bit attached to the 4 door and didn’t know it. After being approved for financing, signing the papers and nearly getting home with the jeep, I turned around and went back telling them that I wanted my jeep back. The management there was super understanding and quickly accommodated me when they didn’t have to. I was very grateful for that. One negative thing I would say is that my trade in was worth more than the vehicle I was getting from them. When I arrived I was wanting some money to boot from them or at the very least trade them straight up but instead they came to me with a 6k balance that they eventually worked down to just below 3k. They talked me into financing 3k. I told Mike (the finance guy) I would likely be turned down because I pay cash for everything and he said my approval was guaranteed because “I had equity” which is directly telling me that my car was worth more than the one I was getting and yet there I was being talked into financing a balance. They coulda traded me straight up and still made money. I likely wouldn’t have brought their jeep back if they woulda done that. I don’t understand why they would force me to finance to get the car that’s worth less than mine. There was plenty of meat on the bone.

I have a 2024 Tuscan XRT .I bought slightly used and now has 17k miles . It has been a fantastic car. Initially wanted the SEL convenience hybrid for the gas mileage but couldn’t justify spending an extra $4-6k to save a few hundred dollars on gas a year. My non- hybrid has gotten amazing gas mileage. Averaging 28-29 mpg mostly stop and go, some highway. Way better than the estimates of 23-28mpg. The EPA estimates are way off ! The Tuscan drives so smooth and so quiet. The 8 speed transmission is amazing! It shifts quickly and so smoothly . The cabin is extremely quiet. I think there is more insulation/ sound proofing than the hybrid versions that try to cut down on weight. You don’t hear any road noise in theTuscan !The suspension is smooth and adsorbs every bump . The most surprising positive is the handling. There is absolutely no body roll and handles like it is on rails! I have owned a lot of vehicles and this handles better than anything in this price range. Handles better than any Subaru, better than the BMWs I have had. Feels like I am driving an Audi A4 which is pretty impressive. The seats are extremely comfortable, the stock radio sounds great, lots of legroom and the passenger and cargo room is amazing. Back seats hold full size adults and the seats recline! The cons. Not very many. The 0-60 could be better. However, it shifts so quick and smoothly you don’t notice any issues with speed/ power. A few reviews say 0-60 in like 9 +seconds . I don’t think this is accurate. My guess is high 7s -low 8 seconds but haven’t tested it. It doesn’t have sports car speed but it sure handles like one. For long drives and a daily driver, I would take the comfort / quietness and handling of Tuscan over a muscle car.

Best car buying experience we have ever had. We drove from 6 hours away for this vehicle. Our salsman Ali was great. He sent us videos of the car and detailed pictures I requested before we went up there. I drove the SUV and loved it. Everything was great and we were done with the paperwork within the hour. They payment and interest all matched up. Our buying experience was absolutely great. Everything they told us and promised us was accurate and they even gave us a full tank of gas.

After trying out dozens of different makes & models (looking for a used, comfortable 1 or 2 yr old car) we found our Tucson on a show-room floor with everything we wanted (except CD player) & paid less than what we were looking at with an older model of anything else! (would have given the car a 5 Star rating for interior, but center counsel is awkward to get into while driving & not quite enough small storage spaces.. other than that.. it's our 1yr anniversary with the car & we're Still learning all the buttons! We bought the car in Janesville, Wisc. The dealerships here in Rockford were pushy & wouldn't answer any questions unless we committed to buying with them. (Stay away!!)

I previously had a 2022 Tucson Limited which was flawless, ran like a top, and trouble free.. I have now upgraded to a 2024 Tucson Limited Plug in Hybrid which runs and looks great. This is my 3rd Hyundai. All excellent.

I brought in my Kia Optima for an appraisal. I was greeted immediately and the process began. I had an offer within 30 min. in which I accepted. Very confident and professional staff!

No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

Any sport, task, or vacation this vehicle can handle. I didn't need to plan how our family was going to get somewhere and never had any issues with our Suburban.

I've owned this car for at least a year now. And the ride comfort is better than they say. It is on the road I'm impressed with the off-road. Ability of this vehicle. Love the looks and the style. I was actually looking for a truck. When I bought this but I'm glad I made my decision for the forerunner.

I bought a 2022_NX 350. Rides great. Seats are really comfortable. My only complaint is that it requires premium gas and I've asked why many times. I've learned most of what I know on my own.

I bought a 2016 Yukon XL and after just a few weeks, a vehicle ran a stop sign and totaled the vehicle. However, the vehicle was so sturdy that even though it was a huge crash, I was not injured more than bruises. I replaced it with a 2018 Yukon XL because I know it is reliable and safe.
