Have had our 2023 Highlander XLE AWD since April 2023. Live in Chicago area and have driven to Arizona and Maine. Zero problems with the car. We put a large Thule box on the roof, multiple mountain bikes on a bike carrier and a kayak. Lots of luggage, got 27 miles per gallon on both trips. Plenty of power in the Rocky Mountains. Would recommend the car to others. We have a great Toyota dealership but all we have needed is schedule maintenance.

It is very comfortable to ride in. Has a a lot of luxury features. Lane change alert. The cruise control withe with the adaptive feature is great.

Great quiet comfortable road car. I commute between cities about 500 miles, and appreciate the performance, seat comfort, handling, quiet cabin, and decent mileage (about 32 at 70mph, about 29 at 80mph). Only hitch is the cabin controls being a reach from the drivers seat, and having to look over. Mine has a CD player which is great for books and music on the long drives.

Smoothest ride ever. You feel safe in this car and your overall visibility is great. Saved on gas already and interior is great and seats are very comfy Mercedes app gives you a chance to start engine from a distance snd reminds you to lock car if you forget. Verbal commands to Mercedes makes calling folks if changing stations real easy

2017 Ford Explorer. I love my car. It runs great but I have had battery problem and trim has blown off my car on freeway. Have not had a lot of problems with it.

I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.

Love our SEL. Perfect for long road trips with the family, and we've had a few of those. Gear shifter takes a trip or two to get used to, but otherwise, everything else is intuitive. Couldn't be happier with our family mobile.

My door handle on my hatchback has been repaired and replaced two times and now is gone again. It is a 2017 Wolfsburg and I am not pleased with the cost of 1200. I wouldn’t mind but they are only lasting two years. Ridiculous. Can’ use my hatchback.

So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

Good quality car. After so many long trips I enjoyed any time with my family, ex. Medellín to Guajira more or less 1000 KMS ~ 600 miles. It is an Mt Advance version and does not have as many technical assistants. But it is a city car, don't expect too much. it doesn't have much strength

It was AMAZING, I just remember the first time i sat in this thing and it was like LEATHER SEATS AND STUFF! It was SOOOOOO comfortable like a LEATHER SEAT! it also smelled like leather 100/10 i'd give this one i'd give it more than 6 stars if i could but i cant unfortunately :( but that leather is bussin fr! :) glad to actually be a part of this community :)

I had been on the market for a Subaru BRZ for about two months. The car is hard to come by and they had actually sold all of their allotments. Through a stroke of luck though a BRZ came in and the original purchaser didn’t want it anymore. Without missing a beat they contacted me and we were able to work out a deal well past closing hours “Munch” was outstanding in her service and everyone was a joy to be around even late into the night! Definitely will recommend this dealership for those I know looking for a new or used car!

I bought the 2025 Crosstrek even though the gas mileage wasn't great and I am glad I did. While sticker said to expect 28-31 miles per gallon, I am getting 32-35 on the highway and definitely more than 28 in stop and go traffic. It is also a good car for older drivers like me. I didn't realize I was often outside my lane. The lane departure function has improved my driving. The Crosstrek also has a large screen for maps and apple car play, so I am not looking down to navigate. I highly recommend this car for older drivers who need the safety features and don't drive enough to make a hybrid worth the extra money.

We had our vehicle towed to this dealership for a clutch issue. From the start, our service advisor Carly did an outstanding job. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and kept us up to date. The technician found other issues that had been overlooked or missed by the dealership we bought the vehicle from. They fixed those issues and Carly ensured that all of the warranty process was taken care of. Having dealt with a few dealerships and service centers in the past few years, I have to say Crestview CDJR renewed my faith that some companies still care about customer service. We are 3.5 hours from this dealership and will make the drive there the next time we decide to buy a vehicle, simply because of the service we got from their service center.

Incredible vehicle. Especially if you put a manufacturer 3 inch lift on it and aftermarket wheels and tires and running boards. A total beast if you can’t afford the Renegade or if you are too upside down on your trade. If you don’t know the Jeep go get one. It’s life-changing.

I have a 2021 SEL. No problems thus far with 18,000 miles. The seats are the most comfy of any vehicle I’ve had. It has the fake leather ones. It’s all I need. I average 29 mpg but mostly drive in town.

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle let alone having a vehicle that I was able to purchase on my own! My salesperson James and Rebeca from finance were absolutely awesome! James’ communication was a solid 10/10, he listened, paid attention, and took into consideration of what I could afford and what was interested in! I already had multiple issues at other dealerships with the salesperson not listening from the jump and trying to push vehicles on me that were way out of my price range or either putting little to no effort in due to my price range! So, I was already discouraged and ready to give up prior to even finding a car at Step One Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat here in Crestview, but James and the Rebecca went above and beyond to the point where I literally cried! They worked with me to insure I walked away with the vehicle of my choice despite last minute issues with the bank I went through to get financed from. So, thank you James and Rebeca, y’all were amazing to work with and I thank yall from the very bottom of my heart! I have had my 22 High Altitude for about 4 months now and the only issue(s) I find are the following: MPG is not as advertised, it's not that great. It's around 24 average, I am about 50/50 city/highway driving - It's fine. It DOES ride like a Jeep - so it's not as "luxurious" as your higher end cars, but YOU BOUGHT A JEEP - The last snow storm we had in Cleveland was about 10" in 2 hours - No problem, even with 235/45/19 tires - Would be way better with not so wide tires. It's slow. Who cares? Are you driving in the F1? Nah - It's plenty. Interior is baller. Infotainment is great, comfortable. Heated steering wheel is a plus. IDK - I read these reviews and everyone is so picky - It's a nice ride. If you find you like it, give it a shot.

We just bought this car from Tim Dahle Nissan Southtown in Utah. And we loved this car. we were pretty hesitant because cost and family budget but now that we have it we cant look back it is an awesome car to run, very smooth and comfortable even though I am only 5'2. love the fact the third row is pretty comfortable. The downside is the gas consumption but the power the V8 gives makes it all worth it. Hands up for Jose Escamilla and Seth Petersen they are awesome at what they do and help you all the way.
