I purchased my new 2014 Pure White Camry from Fred Anderson Toyota in Dec. 2013. I could not have been happier at that time with the service provided from the sales experience to my experience with the service department. That all changed when my vehicle was part of the defective paint issue they acknowledged in 2020. Trying to get it remedied became an extremely frustrating process over an almost 3 yr. period. I was ready to give up and sell the car at a loss but decided to try one more time. I called Fred Andersons Service dept. to discuss with the service manager, Bill DePriest. That was my lucky day! I was prepared for another exhausting process but Bill without question or hesitation immediately got the ball rolling to get my car repaired. He immediately got Jackson Trhlin involved in the scheduling and within 6 weeks my car was repaired and looks new...Every follow-up exchange I had with him was responsive, pleasant and respectful. Thanks to Bill I was finally heard and acknowledged. I felt the care and concern he had for my earlier exhausting experience. He made it his mission to get me taken care of as soon as possible...The level of service and responsiveness I received from him was amazing. Shoutout to Jackson too for getting me on the schedule quickly as well... My interaction with Bill and the expedient repair of my paint issue that he facilitated renewed my faith in Toyota and in particular Fred Anderson of Charleston. He represented himself and Fred Anderson Toyota well by taking their commitment to their customers to a new high. I cannot recommend them more and it's all because of Bill !!! The car was not one that I continued to have interest in. The dealership attempts to stay in contact, but does not have any other cars I am interested in.

This is the best Jeep Wrangler model ever made. The past YJ, TJ, JK models are great, but this Jeep JL 2018 Wrangler Sahara Automatic V6 is the best one yet. The comfort and modern amenities are top of the line. The 8” infotainment head unit and Alpine sound system is out of this world. The interior fits my family of four and has enough cargo space for a stroller, scooter, Onewheel XR and beach chairs. The exterior needs no introduction with its iconic round headlights and seven slot grill. Followed by a three piece removable top, which I managed to take off and put back on by myself. FYI, don’t try doing this by yourself. My final favorite thing about my Jeep JL is the ability to customize the Jeep with all of the amazing aftermarket parts and pieces. This allows you to take the best looking car on the road and make it your own.

I upgraded from a 2017 Explorer Sport to a 2025 Explorer ST. It handles better. It sounds better. It is faster. The interior is way better. The seats hug you. The infotainment system is fast and works really well.

Very smooth comfortable ride. I have a Q5 2018 and so far no problem. Never thought I will get used to driving a SUV since my last car was an A6 which I kept for 13 years.

It's the very last body on frame bullet proof SUV. It's built like a tank is great for all types of driving situations and here in Illinois where the roads are almost as terrible as it's governor it needs to be ready to drive over potholes the size of Pritzkers rear end and handle it. I've had no problems and plan on holding onto it especially now that Toyota has taken a turn for the worse with garbage 4 cylinder turbos.

30mpg avg with the longest and widest roof rail base for outdoor gear at a price that made sense. 2nd row middle seat folds down individually for skis and paddles. Remote start on the vw app is great for cooling the interior down on a 100 degree day from a distance. Rear seat door opening and leg room is huge great for elders to enter easily and for parents loading car seats.

This car is great for someone who has a small sized family. We enjoy the comfort of a large driver seat and captains chairs in the center. We can get a little stuffy in the back but my partner is almost 6 feet tall and most of his family is big too so that’s the only downside. Other than that i love it.

I think for the most part, I like my car. I have had a couple issues, one of them is probably not the cars fault, (but seeing other people have the same issue, it makes me wonder) I now have 50k miles on it and in that time I have only had to replace the battery and tires, to be expected on a 6 year old car. (and windshield) The windshield is the questionable item. It seemed to crack out of nowhere and I thought I must have gotten a small rock chip while driving down the highway and just didn't see it until it started to crack. So I replaced it at a cost of almost $1000. However, I am on an Outback form and it seems to be a common complaint with outback owners of this year, having the windshield crack out of nowhere. Could it be the frame design? Maybe, but it does seem suspicious that others have had the same issue. One other problem I have had is if I let my car sit unused for like 5 days, the battery goes completely dead. There seems to be a parasitic drain somewhere on the car. It doesn't happen if I drive it every day, but if it sits for about 5 days unused, the battery goes completely dead. I have read it has something to do with the DCS system in the car, but you have to pay the dealer a diagnostic fee to verify. I drive it enough I have not gotten it checked, but next time I am at the dealer I am going to ask them about it.

Easily made an appointment on their website. I was greeted as I walked in & helped right away. They have a very nice waiting area. A soft drink machine, coffee area and snacks while you wait. Their dealership is very clean as well as the bathroom. I do recommend this dealership for your repair needs as well as if you're looking for a new vehicle.

This 2008 is my 4th 4Runner it just clocked over 211,000 miles if you maintain them they will last a long time. I also have a 1998 with 183,450 miles it was in a garage for ten years only driven a few times a month. They are both great vehicles and I purchased both new, I’ll pass to 98 on to my grandson once he can start driving in 12 years.

I have a 2015 Nissan Rogue SV AWD and it has always been reliable and never had any mechanical issues with it. I really believe the mechanical issues some owners experience comes down to regular maintenance being done. It’s a great looking SUV and it’s no wonder there are so many on the road.

The service advisor, Marcello, was friendly and made my first experience with them stress free. The service/technician was professional and efficient.

Great looking, fun to drive 4x4, super reliable, leather interior but strong enough for 2 dogs and 2 kids. Goes anywhere. Roof rack easy to use. HAs all the electronic helper (BSM, cross traffic alert, lane keeping, adaptive cruise). The downside is the gas milage. 16.5 to 18 mpg depending on time of year & type of gas (summer vs winter gas). No service issues in 45,000 miles but they did some fuel pump recall when I was in for an oil change

Love the cooling seats, the wifi, the HUD and even days after our purchase they have reached out to check on how we were and mailed us a small gift that meant so much. I truly can not say enough good things about my new 2022 Volvo XC90 T6. I have admired the Volvo SUVs from afar as a minivan mom for 15 years and this was my year to make the move. No turning back; it is sporty, classy, comfortable, safe, I could go on forever. Classic black and dark brown interior. The info center takes a bit to get used to and it seems like there are features everywhere so definitely just hop on you tube to figure them all out at your own pace because the sales person will tell you, but no way you can get them all down. One of my ultimate favorites are the rotating fog lights. As you turn the lights turn with your vehicle. Lane assist is not for me; I've been driving too long to have it as it seems overbearing. 360 camera and all of the warnings are great though because you never know who is barreling down through the parking lot. Narrowed it to the 2023 Honda Pilot and 2022 MDX Technology; got tired of waiting on the Pilot and frankly it was a bit too big and the MDX just didn't have the sporty look I wanted. I feel like with the Volvo I got it all!

This car is a big step up from a Nissan Altima. Lots of space and the ride is smooth. The engine is a bit noisy when idle(clicking noise from the direct injection), and there's also a drone sound when acceleratinf beyond 60mph(not sure if this could be cause of the new tires or not), but other than those noises, it's a smooth machine!
