Scheduled services over the phone on Fri and arrived Sat and there was no record of the services I scheduled. All services were not performed on my car initially which caused my car to stay at the service dept until Mon due to my car being a fleet car and they did not verify services with fleet company before performing services. I had arrived Sat morning at 9am to drop my car off and had to wait for my vehicle until Mon because of their incompetence of handling a fleet car correctly. Will not be back there.
At the Reliable Chevrolet dealership working with Oliver Jones was a great experience. He worked with me very well and tried his best to tailor to what I wanted. He helped me get the best deal possible and I am very happy at how things worked out. A great experience all around.
It says a lot when you have nothing bad to say about a car dealership. At 3 am one day, I stumbled upon Metro Motors. I went in the next day to see the car. I fell in love with the inventory. They have nice cars with even better deals. All or most cars have a car fax and they are not secretive about the car history. They take real good care of the cars too. Everyone worked well with me. They worked with me and were very patient. I was very particular about a certain car that I wanted and not once did they try to bait and switch me. They kept me updated on the vehicle and finance offeres that I was eligible for. When the banks did not approve me because of no credit history, his lovely wife made sure to contact another source fhat said yes to me. As a first time car buyer, they made sure make this experience one that was worthwhile. I ended up getting the vehicle and left the lot as a very happy customer. They even drove the car to my home. They took time out of their personal lives to make sure that I was taken care of, and didn't make me feel bad for staying past closing time. I'm happy driving my dream car. Joe and his team are God sent, honest individuals. They work with integrity and want to make sure that you leave the lot in a vehicle that YOU want. I went there to purchase my first car and will purchase again! Go see Joe and Metro Motors!
I stopped to look at a used 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT. After reviewing the CarFax the car was a Canadian Import car, which means that the factory warranty is null and void in the U.S., and the vehicle history details in Canada are not as comprehensive as the U.S. Buyer beware! The sales person told me the OEM factory warranty was still in tact, which is concerning.
There were certain things I was concerned about with my purchase, but I felt in the long run it could be handled when we got back home. We traveled from Wi. to Ohio for this car, because I wanted one like the one it replaced. Turned out it was an EX model which was an upgrade. Great! My wife was a little leery when there was no mechanic's checklist available, but the only problem was that the radio power knob didn't work so you couldn't shut the radio off. we purchased the car & headed back to Wi. & the day after we returned, the CHECK ENGINE light came on. Took it to our mechanic.. oxygen sensor. OK. All in all it was worth the drive down & we ended up with a decent vehicle.
I was a little put off by the fact that they were going to send me off without a copy of my multipoint inspection. When I brought it to the attention of the two service providers, they confirmed the only thing that came up was the three services (spark plugs, fuel injector, coolant flush) that they had told me about. Regardless, I wanted a copy of it for my records should anything happen or come up. Instead of asking the tech for it, the female service advisor just grabbed a blank one and marked everything 'green.' How do I know at that point that the inspection was even done? Quite frankly, this is the second dealership I've visited, and after countless issues with Kia overall, I am thankful my car is paid off and I will never get another one again.
JC is by far the most honest and helpful salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have been with Eich Motor for over 40 years and on my fourth car with this company. The whole staff all still work hard to be a small town, trustworthy company. JC is that and much more. He returns all texts, emails and phone calls in a timely fashion. He speaks the truth and is incredibly helpful. I know I can contact him in two weeks, two months or in two years from now, he will do all he can to answer my questions and make sure I am happy with my new fabulous Golf Alltrack. He's a good man with a big heart...AND on the test drive he let me FULLY explore the extreme maneuverability of the car. He's just the best.
Haven't bought a vehicle yet. But so far, just talking with them about one, has been super. (Even if its just to get the sale) they/he has been more than helpful in getting me into ride. My current car has just had an issue with starting and is too much for me to fix, being its paid off with no current warranty. In short, they'll do a trade in and are doing most the work helping with down payment loan, including getting me a ride to the loan place since my car isn't starting. So, so far really food. I will update after receiving a vehicle. (Hopefully the SUV I've been eyeing up in the inventory online)

Bill at the dealership was great to work with. Was always available to answer any question I had about the car. I had to have car shipped to KY and Bill took care of setting up shipping to me at a fair price.
The employees are awesome! They worked out a price for me in the car I REALLY REALLY wanted, and that alone made me feel a lot more comfortable. I was actually praying that they were not going to tell me, "Sorry, we can't give you a better price but, we can put you in a different car." No one wants to hear that, especially if you have your heart and mind made up on specific one. The sales professional that helped me went out of his way to get me the car and knew a lot about the car I was buying. Thanks for making it fun and easy to buy a car.
