This is the best car I have ever owned. Very reliable and easy to repair. Mechanics will alsways take advantage because there are no many Suzuki around. But, you can do a decent job by yourself if you order spare parts. Is Suzuki back in Canada? They make reliable and less expensive cars. Thanks Suzuki, I ❤️ your cars!

A pretty good experience overall. Here's what I wish I knew ahead of my visit: 1. Bring your entire down payment and / or trade. Be ready to close the deal. (I only brought part of the cash down payment, and Tanya refused to hold the car even one business day. So to hold the car they INSISTED on financing the whole car, so I had to refinance soon after). This was most frustrating. 2. AVOID SATURDAY 3. Tanya is their #1 salesperson for a reason. She will do everything to control and close the deal. She is not always truthful about minor things. Confirm everything with her manager. Here's the good parts: The managers are reasonable and honest. The sales manager helped us get to lunch when we had been told we couldn't leave, then was easy to work with on repairs needed. The business office made a mistake in my paperwork (a service/warranty I didn't want) costing me $750 more than I agreed to. They quickly refunded it with no hassles. The service department is thorough and competent. It might take a few days longer than quoted, but the job will be done right if you insist it is complete before taking delivery.

Good car, simple, robust, easy to work on. Have had about 1 or two motor swaps though and a couple of clutches. Otherwise good car nothing special.

I just handed my 2001 XL-7 to my sixteen year old granddaughter as I have owned it since new. The vehicle has always had good care and no matter it's age it is very reliable. With it's lower center of gravity than many 4x4's it is very stable in 4wd on snowy roads.

All I can say is wonderful vehicle just got it a week ago needed a battery but love that little car....and I can get my wheelchair ♿️ In it just a nice on gas maunverbilly I'd great.nice car period.

This Suzuku is great for a single person, couple or very small family. The car runs extremely well with regular maintenance and gets great gas mileage. It's easy to maneuver and affordable to take care of. The interior is great for an individual or a couple. Otherwise, adding multiple adults in the back or a carseat makes the car a tight squeeze for anyone.

I actually had purchased the vehicle a few years ago not knowing much about Suzuki. But ended up having the vehicle for over 5 years. I then gifted it to a friend upon my moving out of state. I must say this was one of the most comfortable vehicles I have ever owned as well as reliable. The original reason I purchased it was because I used to own a Geo Tracker (before Chevy bought and branded them). It had a Mitsubishi engine so I went looking for its Big Brother which turned out to be the Suzuki with the same type of engine. Mitsubishi engines are rated at three to four hundred thousand miles, so I knew that if I got this vehicle it would last forever. And it did! I beat the heck out of this car, put over 200,000 miles on it and it is still in good enough condition to be gifted. It's still running two years later, perfectly fine. It is just a shame that Suzuki stopped selling their vehicles in the states. Perhaps the reason they couldn't sell any more of their vehicles is because they were built too well... We may never know. ?

after being burnt by Audi i wasnt looking for another expensive classy luxury car id drive that q5 500 miles and it would start breaking down finally i got sick of being stranded and gave it away at 100k miles it needs about 7000 in work easily ! a suzuki was the last car on my mind but after driving it i was hooked the suzuki i bought was in an accident with a deer so the guy wanted it gone his insurance totaled it because the deer damaged the hood the front bumper and a headlight assembled all of which are easily replaced by anyone with mechanical aptitude! the insurance company loss my gain this suzuki has already been a million times better than my audi q5 not stylish or classy but runs circles around my audi in dependability and fuel milage ! a car isnt much good if its always breaking down suzuki is no longer in america because they ran forever and dont break down ! my only regret is that i didn't purchase 3 of them for the price of one audi and im sure there are many like myself whom wish they had shown more support for suzuki !

Due to a tree limb falling our car during a rain storm, we were in the market to purchase a good pre-owned vehicle. We decided to go to Subaru because they had some pre-owned Toyota SUV vehicles. We worked with Joe Fowler. It was a good experience; he showed us 2 or 3 vehicles; went over the carfax info on each one; let us test drive them etc. He has depth of knowledge, listens to your questions and answers them. On the day we picked up the SUV, it was ready with the temporary tags etc. Joe had prepared all of the paperwork for us to sign and it was a seamless transaction. We drove off with our "new SUV", very satisfied customers. Joe is agood salesperson,low-key, listens and answers your questions, and has depth of knowledge. We highly recommend Joe Fowler.

I did a Long term test on the Suzuki XL7 it did good not bad for a SUV it .3.6 v6 did good we put 151 532 miles on it andthe Suzuki XL7 did really good in the winter and it did good the summer andi say it did better then the Chevrolet Equinox that did Long term test drive

I really enjoyed working with NHAMs team. They were kind and very helpful with all my questions. I didn’t have the best credit and surprisingly the financing was quick and easy. I guess they really work with all kinds of credit. I would recommend them to anyone. I didn’t have that much to put down and they worked really hard to find me a car that worked with my down payment. Very happy to have wheels again and to be in car I actually like!!

I think it's a great running car, however it was listed as having Navigational which it did, but not working. Once again my fault for not checking prior to buying. The car itself seems to run good, great mileage and body

A fantastic dealer. They don't hide anything. What you see is what you get. I'm auto/heavy truck mechanic so I know good vehicles when I see them. I recommend this dealer to anyone. I would buy another car from this dealer but my Celica that I bought 17 years ago still runs like new.

Love this car! Would buy it again over and over. Have 257,000 miles on mine and still going. Other than brakes and tires, very minimal repairs. Interior, the back seat had an issue because I put too much weight in the trunk, and it is known to buckle. Exterior is cheap and has just started to rust after 13 years in one corner of one fender. The only major repair I have had was on the rear suspension and because these are no longer made, I couldn't find a new part for it, but it was easy to find one at a junk yard. This is a reliable daily driver for me and I take it everywhere. The only people I wouldn't recommend it for is someone really tall. I had 6"2" driver, and he fit, but not as comfortably as he would have liked.

I had a 2012, and unfortunately it rusted out on the bottom. Otherwise, I miss this car so much. It was the best little car. The perfect size. I had the basics. No Sun Roof. Don't need one. I loved the way it handled and it was spacious while staying compact. I am fine with its design and simplicity. It would be amazing if this exact car with AWD (so important) was made available to we consumers in the US as a base model. Also, I might want to rust proof my car and please Suzuki, take care of that issue. I believe rusting out was exclusive to the 2012 model.

Second time financing with them! When no one else wanted to finance me they did. I really appreciate that. Recently came in and they remodeled the place. It looks very nice and the staff knows how to take care of you. David really took care of me and he is not bad to look at either. But seriously great place, loved both my cars! Defitely recomend

Fun to drive, economical, great handling and performance. Controls all easy to reach, good sound from stereo and strong A/C. Compact size makes parking a breeze.

@197,000 miles this little beast keeps trucking. It's as reliable as a Corolla and the AWD works great. My average MPG is 29 . This car has exceeded every expectation and I'm sad that it has been discontinued.

We didn’t even have to ask about any issues because Mike went out of his way to point out little minor defects we may not have noticed otherwise... talk about honesty! He also offered a solution fo each minor cosmetic flaw. He and his staff graciously pulled out half a dozen cars for us to drive, telling us to take as long as we needed with each one. He bent over backwards to help, giving us his personal cell phone number to use should we have any further follow up questions. Absolutely amazing! I would’ve left this review even if we hadn’t purchased a car from him, but we did! He gave us an incredible deal and I got my dream car! I traded in a 2006 Kia Sorento for my 2010 Grand Vitara and I'm sure glad I did. The handling far exceeds the Sorento and is much more reliable it even has a bigger engine while getting about the same gas mileage. I have also owned 4 runners in the past and am generally a truck gal.

4 wheel drive up to 30 mph, awd or 2wd at the flip of a button. Amazing ground clearance. Seats very comfortable. Sound system outrageous. Crossover Tech version is great pleasure to drive and enjoy on ;ong or short trips. 6 spd standard, leather steering wheel cover, heated seats and more. Now have 75K miles. Alloy wheels. And more. Find one and buy it. Suzuki SX4 Crossover Tech. After 2013 no longer sold in continental US. A real shame. Following year they changed the body shape. Too Bad.

Very honest and upfront with any issues with vehicles, very honest. Great price for decent used cars. Great place to go for a kids starter car. Absolutely no pressure sales at all. I bought my 2009 Suzuki XL7 in 2013 used it was a lease turn in with 42k miles on it. It had one minor problem wrong with it which it was my mistake for not checking after I bought it which was the rear wiper motor not working , I reported the problem to the dealership I purchased the vehicle from and they offered to fix it free of charge but due to the fact I bought the vehicle three states away I told them I would pay to get it fix, I was hoping the dealership would reimburse me for the cost but they said no. I drove my vehicle everywhere from Tennessee, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Illinois's, Minnesota, and even North and South Dakota. I financed my vehicle and paid it off three years afterwards. It's the most comfortable vehicle I've owned and rides smooth on the road. I own Suzuki's luxury model so it's loaded with every option possible. I would recommend the vehicle those who have problems probably should have taken the vehicle to their personal mechanic, mine came with me when I drove to purchase the SUV.

The owner of this dealership was very honest, patient and helpful. I recently purchased a vehicle here. The vehicle runs well and was a good price. After my purchase the owner was kind enough to drive me over to the registration office (after his business hours) as I did not have a car. During the course of the vehicle transaction and registration process I spent several hours with the owner and he is a genuinely nice guy. The owner certainly went above and beyond the call of normal customer service in my circumstance which is the inspiration for this review.

I've put about 4K miles on my car so far. I have a mechanic family member who loves this brand so I decided to give it a try. The AWD and affordable price were some appealing hooks for me as well. Wanted an Audi but didn't want the Audi price tag and maintenance costs --been there done that! To be honest though, it was when I sat inside it's ultra comfortable interior and hear the roar of the motor that I made my final decision to purchase this vehicle! Later I learned it had really good crash ratings due Suzuki adding extra metal into the vehicle and extra air bags. It also has really good brakes and handling according to Suzuki tests (I can't disagree so far). When it came out, I'm sure it was one of the absolute best vehicles out dollar for dollar, especially with AWD.

Sales associate Brian reassured us over the phone by fully explaining the procedure of buying a car from out of state and was fully transparent explaining the "out the door" price which eliminated any chance of confusion or error at the time of purchase! We knew it was worth the trip upon arrival and so impressed by how they operate. They are directly adjacent to one of the largest auto auction houses in the northeast (two per week) so they always have a huge selection of everything imaginable (including our Mini Cooper) on two separate sale lots. In addition to their finance department, there's a "full service" repair facility on site run by Khasha who ensures that no vehicle makes it onto or off their lot without his approval. His attention to detail and concern for safety gave us the peace of mind we were looking for. This Small Compact SUV is perfect. It may be used but I find it excellent. It seats 5 people and fits all of my family and all the things. I would recommend this car to anyone.
