This is the best car I have ever owned. Very reliable and easy to repair. Mechanics will alsways take advantage because there are no many Suzuki around. But, you can do a decent job by yourself if you order spare parts. Is Suzuki back in Canada? They make reliable and less expensive cars. Thanks Suzuki, I ❤️ your cars!

I had a 2012, and unfortunately it rusted out on the bottom. Otherwise, I miss this car so much. It was the best little car. The perfect size. I had the basics. No Sun Roof. Don't need one. I loved the way it handled and it was spacious while staying compact. I am fine with its design and simplicity. It would be amazing if this exact car with AWD (so important) was made available to we consumers in the US as a base model. Also, I might want to rust proof my car and please Suzuki, take care of that issue. I believe rusting out was exclusive to the 2012 model.

Love this car! Would buy it again over and over. Have 257,000 miles on mine and still going. Other than brakes and tires, very minimal repairs. Interior, the back seat had an issue because I put too much weight in the trunk, and it is known to buckle. Exterior is cheap and has just started to rust after 13 years in one corner of one fender. The only major repair I have had was on the rear suspension and because these are no longer made, I couldn't find a new part for it, but it was easy to find one at a junk yard. This is a reliable daily driver for me and I take it everywhere. The only people I wouldn't recommend it for is someone really tall. I had 6"2" driver, and he fit, but not as comfortably as he would have liked.

after being burnt by Audi i wasnt looking for another expensive classy luxury car id drive that q5 500 miles and it would start breaking down finally i got sick of being stranded and gave it away at 100k miles it needs about 7000 in work easily ! a suzuki was the last car on my mind but after driving it i was hooked the suzuki i bought was in an accident with a deer so the guy wanted it gone his insurance totaled it because the deer damaged the hood the front bumper and a headlight assembled all of which are easily replaced by anyone with mechanical aptitude! the insurance company loss my gain this suzuki has already been a million times better than my audi q5 not stylish or classy but runs circles around my audi in dependability and fuel milage ! a car isnt much good if its always breaking down suzuki is no longer in america because they ran forever and dont break down ! my only regret is that i didn't purchase 3 of them for the price of one audi and im sure there are many like myself whom wish they had shown more support for suzuki !

Great staff and service. No pressure sat and talked what we were looking for did our research for what we wanted. Greeted by secretary, Parry. Friendly and cheerful. Met Geovany, sales, friendly and listened for what we were looking for. Found the car we were interested in and met Sergio, manager. Says he would give us the best deal. I inquired online about the Sante Fe we were interested in; it was parked outside waiting for us. Bob, sales, had already gassed it up and brought it over. We did the test drive; it was a used 2020 it was immaculate in and out. Sergio gave us a good deal; 1st time we ever at a dealership that we didn't have to haggle for price. They were all like family and treated us as. The most pleasurable car experience ever. Geovany called a couple of time to check on us and to make sure we were happy with the Santa Fe. The only downside was the battery was original from 2020. They do a complete check up on their used car/trucks and bring all maintenance up to date. Detailed it and special coated it to keep love bugs easy to clean. When I informed Giovany about the battery, they replaced with a new one, Service manager met me at the door and took it right in, no wait. Really can't say enough about them, they now have a customer for life. They kept us hydrated with sparkling water with all the talking and joking going on. Thank you all. Bob/Marie

I think it's a great running car, however it was listed as having Navigational which it did, but not working. Once again my fault for not checking prior to buying. The car itself seems to run good, great mileage and body

Lots of options in all price ranges . Easy to sit in/test drive cars. Tim was great and no pressure sales. Will recommend and go back. Clean bathroom for customers. Air conditioning inside. Easy to get to off Cook road, the (hwy) 9 or the (hwy) 20. Local & around since the 80's.

Fun to drive, economical, great handling and performance. Controls all easy to reach, good sound from stereo and strong A/C. Compact size makes parking a breeze.

We purchased our SX4 Ex-ec in September 2012, to date 25600 miles, never used a drop of oil, we have travelled 3 times through Europe to Austria and Italy, abroad averaging 50 Mpg in the UK up to 43 mpg. No complaints whatsoever and the most comfortable car we have had. Apart from service , had a new battery 2 years ago, Changed tyres at 20000, best and most reliable car I have ever owned during car ownership of 59 years.

4 wheel drive up to 30 mph, awd or 2wd at the flip of a button. Amazing ground clearance. Seats very comfortable. Sound system outrageous. Crossover Tech version is great pleasure to drive and enjoy on ;ong or short trips. 6 spd standard, leather steering wheel cover, heated seats and more. Now have 75K miles. Alloy wheels. And more. Find one and buy it. Suzuki SX4 Crossover Tech. After 2013 no longer sold in continental US. A real shame. Following year they changed the body shape. Too Bad.

It's a good car but definitely the catalitic converter is a huge problem...if the engine light is on you need to find an other engine computer to replace it which is very difficult to find and after that the car consumes a lot of fuel which is crazy...finally it is a car level Medium...

It came out only for a few years but definitely was ahead of the game. Everything is well balanced.. from the sporty exterior to the bullet proof 2.4L engine. Also comes with AWD that can be turned to FWD with the push of a button. Sharp steering, good handling, good breaking and fun to drive. Turn on AWD with manual mode (paddle shifters) and you will enjoy your weekend commute.

This is really a Nissan Frontier at a chaeper price and with better emmenities and exterior styling. Gas mileage is that of a truck. Has get pickup and rides well for having the off road package(AMZ). Most expert reviews did not do it justice. Don't base your decision on them, drive it for your self then decide. Great dollar value.

I've put about 4K miles on my car so far. I have a mechanic family member who loves this brand so I decided to give it a try. The AWD and affordable price were some appealing hooks for me as well. Wanted an Audi but didn't want the Audi price tag and maintenance costs --been there done that! To be honest though, it was when I sat inside it's ultra comfortable interior and hear the roar of the motor that I made my final decision to purchase this vehicle! Later I learned it had really good crash ratings due Suzuki adding extra metal into the vehicle and extra air bags. It also has really good brakes and handling according to Suzuki tests (I can't disagree so far). When it came out, I'm sure it was one of the absolute best vehicles out dollar for dollar, especially with AWD.

It's great on getting up and out , very fast , faster then a cop car, I know cause my wife out ran a cop car in it..FACTS..anyways it rides very good and it do great in a cute at a high.rate of speed I I promise you that..just be able to handle it..I think they should make more of them..

I love my new truck. It's not broke in so I'm only getting 17-20 MPG but I hope it will improve in 3,000 miles. I couldn't be happier with this vehicle, it's great and looks much better than the Frontier and it has 4 wheel disk brakes and a 5 speed auto transmission while the Nissan is only 2 wheel disks and 4 speed auto.

I've enjoyed the "Super Red" 05 S Reno I purchased a year and a half ago. I love the solid 30 mpg I get and recently took a 450 mile round trip getting 33 mpg; And all on the unique, for a small car, 14 gallon gas tank! The only slight problem I had with the mushy side to side stiring from high mileage tires, I fixed by getting performance tires and wheels. I agree with the professional reviewers for the most part, but when you think this is their first car in that model, and they came through with an all-around good car, at a great price; I say way to go Suzuki!! Bought a base crossover model used at 8 years old and 150k miles for a little under US$ 5k, and in two years I've put about 15k on it. It's required minimal maintenance despite being the oldest-at-purchase car I've gotten (all I've done is replaced the breaks which were worn down when I bought it), has run smoothly. The AWD system is very good; it kept me moving safely and steadily in snowy conditions in which I saw other (presumably AWD or 4WD-equipped) SUV's struggling. Being able to switch off the AWD to save gas in good conditions is also nice; I do mostly highway driving and pretty reliably get 28-32 mpg, and my worst tank came in around 25 mpg with lots of AWD and stop-and-go driving. For reference, that's significantly better than the Impreza of the same year (the car I see it most-often compared to). Now, the not-so-good. The car is small. There's no getting around that. If you have to haul a lot of stuff, move bulky objects, or carry lots of people, this may not be the vehicle for you. The A-pillars are a bit big and create an obnoxious blindspot but it's alleviated by portholes within the pillars. They're noticeable but pretty easy to work around if you're halfway observant. Interior/Comfort: not exactly luxurious, but if that's a deal-breaker for you I'm not sure why you're looking at budget-friendly compacts anyway. It's reasonably-comfortable, and I've never had anyone complain about feeling overly-cramped. The climate-control system is competent enough even if it's nothing fancy. The trunk's not huge, but it is big enough to be useful, and if you've got anything bigger to move folding down the back seats for more space is pretty easy. Performance: my vehicle is the 6-speed manual transmission, and in that configuration at least the J20B engine gives you plenty of power for whatever you might need to do on the highway or on a poorly-graded road. You can feel the road when driving this: it's a stiff, responsive ride, but not an uncomfortable one, and it's more fun than one might expect. As mentioned before, I've driven this through snowy and icy conditions that gave other SUV's some trouble with little to no slippage to show for it. The ability to lock the differential is also fantastic when you're on bad or poorly-tended roads or trails. It's not a true offroader, but my SX4 has handled some unpleasant dirt and gravel trails. In addition, this is the fourth or fifth manual transmissiom car I've driven for an extended period of time (including an Impreza of the same vintage) and this is by far the best experience I've had operating a manual. It slides into gear smoothly, and the gearshift seats securely (unlike in certain past vehicles). Now, the elephant in the room: Suzuki exited the North American auto market most of a decade ago. They still have dealers that sell stuff like motorcycles, ATV's, and outboard motors, but they don't sell cars here anymore. I have, so far, not had any trouble finding parts (a lot of the replaceable stuff like oil filters are pretty standard), but I am also in a relatively-major metropolitan area in the Eastern United States, so that experience may not be typical. If you like this car and are thinking about getting one, ask around at your area's repair shops about part availabilty for Suzuki's before you commit. Of course, that is also why these cars tend to be available for not-a-lot-of-money. With that said, if you're looking for an inexpensive, capable, and fun small car, I cannot recommend the SX4 highly enough.

296,749 miles and still going. Only thing I have had an issue with is low beam head light.. But that’s just been in the last year . Have replaced it twice . But I will not complain ! It’s a great vehicle and I love it .

I bought 2011 Honda Pilot EX in 2016 from East Coast Auto Source. It had bullet holes in the body and some shot out windows. I repaired the bullet holes, and had the other repairs completed. Car ran well and it needed some other work. Nine years later, we have 211,000 more miles on the Pilot. It was a good price and East Coast Auto Source was upfront and honest about the repairs and had the car shipped to my mechanic. I would bought another car in 2024 from them and I am happy with the deal.

Tons of options 170000 miles only oil changes, air filter and tires. Cabin filter is a nice touch. Side defrosting mirrors. Great winter vehicle, 4-wheel drive.
