I have bought many cars in my lifetime but I can honestly say, this was one of the best car buying experiences I've had in a long time. The moment I got the demo car onto the highway, I thought to myself, “I LOVE this car!” Which rarely happens. I own a 2017 Tesla Model S. It's literally the best car I've ever owned. I have driven it 157,000 miles and haven't done a thing to it except change tires. ZERO maintenance! No more oil changes, fluid flushes, belts, filters, nothing. I haven't even needed new brakes because the car slows it's self down so I rarely even touch the brakes. It cost me $400 to have my electrician put the proper outlet in my garage. I charge from home while I sleep. I am never inconvenienced by having to go to the gas station. No more pumping gas, getting gas on my hands, nothing, dripping down my car. I will NEVER own an ICE engine again. Couldn't be happier and will never go back. If you aren't sure, trust me, you will love every minute of driving this car and you will save money doing it.

Amazing experience. I'd recommend anyone looking for a car to try CarMax first... There's zero pressure, tons of beautiful vehicles, and just an all around great place. Will definitely be buying from here in the future. They're willing to work with you if you don't have the best credit, and most importantly, they're just honest and transparent. Two very important things when spending tens of thousands of dollars. Put it this way, it was great enough experience for me to come online and leave reviews all over!

The Tesla driver interface is unique, but becomes second nature and pretty good in just a few drives. Interior is very comfortable, quiet, and spacious, but a bit sparse for the price point. Performance is great but the inability of virtually all EVs to meet their EPA range estimates without going downhill with a tailwind is disappointing. Charging at home is great. The Tesla charging network works very well as does the Tesla app on your smartphone. We have seen none of the build quality issues others have previously noted. Tesla customer support for us has been good and responsive as we’ve worked through questions and bought accessories. Overall, with weight and aero being determinants of EV range, the Model Y is a very well designed vehicle. Aero drove the exterior design and weight the interior. The resulting looks are either something you like, or not, but for their purpose, they work. Right sized and shaped outside, very spacious inside. Recent price cuts made the value decision one we could live with. Compared it with every other EV of its size and very happy with our choice.

I bought a 2011 Chevy Suburban. Liam and John were fantastic. Amazing is an understatement. I did not know there are actually car dealerships anymore that go this above and beyond and as pleasurable to deal with. A+++++++++

This car has been the best I’ve owned so far. Even if you aren’t looking at a Tesla, EVs in general are so much fun! I’ve had little maintenance in the three years I’ve had this car so far (tire rotations, wiper blades). Every major software update brings either new features or improvements.

I have come to the conclusion that most of the negative statements I keep hearing about Tesla's are politically based. especially the ones about the environment. I currently own a 2022 model 3 awd, and it is BY FAR the best car I have ever owned. It is now a little over a year later and my first year's maintenance to run my car... realistically, ZERO. Other than the car payment, I have not put a penny into my car. I have solar panels, so charging at home is FREE for me. I did however make a 1500-mile trip that cost me $140.21 at charging stations and 3 trips, roughly 350-miles, that cost me $14 each. The ONLY negative I have found so far is how quickly it will go through tires if you drive it the way I do, I constantly put my foot into it. I got 15,000 miles out of the brand-new set that came with the car, due to the cars weight and ability to beat any vehicle I came across out of the hole. drive it normal and you will not have this problem... So, lets recap, I spent $1,182.21 for a full year on what would equal 15,000 miles worth of GAS, and upkeep of any kind (anything not covered by the warranty, such as the possibility of, fluids, brakes, oil changes, tune ups, filters, belts... did I miss anything?) put on a gas vehicle and now have no wear on a new set of tires. Charging: I constantly come across people who think this is a problem. It takes me 10 to 15 minutes to charge at a supercharger, which are everywhere and cost a lot less than gas pumps do. but since I charge ONLY at home unless I go on a trip more than 150 miles, 180 during good weather conditions, away from my house. Extreme weather conditions: hot conditions seem to affect cost to operate less than cold, the opposite of a gas vehicle. The heating element evidently draws more current than the compressor in an EV. However, driving in snow and ice shocked me, my model 3 went places without getting stuck that I would not take my Jeep Wrangler because the Jeep would have... the bottom of a Tesla is like a sled, it is rather smooth and glides across snow... now keep in mind I have not seen past a foot of snow on the street with this car yet... so much heavier snowfall could be different. It also seems to perform better on ice than any other car I have driven, due probably to the computer control it possesses. Comfort: This is by far the most comfortable car I have ever been in. Has a great sound system and is basically its own environmental system. Any animal left alone in a Tesla is safer in my opinion than one left alone at home. Can the Tesla system fail? sure. Can your house catch fire or some other emergency happen? sure. Both are equally possible would be my guess, house fires probably even higher. Safety and security: Do other cars currently have similar systems to my model 3? lol not even close that I have seen. This is the main reason I love this car... Most of my jobs I have had, have been driving jobs. I have logged a lot more hours behind the wheel of a car than most people, and my biggest fear has always been some kid walking out from between two parked cars on a residential street and me hitting them. This car will avoid hitting that child better than any human can. It knows the child is there before you do through its advanced camera system and will react quicker than anyone can and brake before you can even react yourself... THIS ONE REASON MAKES TESLA THE BEST CAR I HAVE EVER OWNED. I don't care what anyone says, considering I have owned a taxicab company and driven so many different kinds of cars, I know cars, and this Telsa I currently own is by far the best car I have ever owned.

My family and I purchased all of our hybrids and electrics from Chris and Dan. It's an absolute easy process where they take care of all the pain points. We all dread the vultures at dealerships but this experience is different. No upselling, spam calls, or getting mistreated. Just nice people running a great business.

Got the 2023 standards model 3 and it far exceeds any other car, especially ICE. Every single car I will own from here on out will be a Tesla. The other ev brands can't compete. Will also get the Rivian R1S, that is the only other brand I would consider. Don't buy an EV from a company that also makes gas cars unless you like throwing away $.

The is the FUTURE of automobile transportation! Absolutely FABULOUS car! No more gasoline, no more scheduled maintenance. If you hit the accelerator hard, you'd better have your head against the headrest or you may be injured. Zero to 60 mph in 3.5 seconds for my 2022 Model Y Performance. Fast charging Tesla Superchargers are always available across the country making long, cross country road trips a pleasure. At home I can charge 300 miles of range over night for $8 of electricity. Yes $8! Super Chargers cost more, but the speed and convenience is well worth the costs on road trips and it's still a fraction of the price of gasoline. I honestly look forward to getting into this car and driving it. I've owned a Mustang, BMW M3 and 5 Series, a Porche, Jaguar, Mercedes SL550, and many more cars. None were as fun to drive as the Tesla Model Y Performance. This is the future of automobile transportation and getting better every day.

I own a 2022 Tesla Model 3 RWD. It has LFP batteries and I can charge it to 100%. It's degraded about 3% after 15 months, so not too bad on the battery. It's been great, with no problems that were Tesla's fault. A truly great car and highly recommended!

Only minor problems with only one maintance/repair/upgrade visit just recently (2020) at a Tesla SC, 1.5 days in the shop. All other minor problems handled by an excellent mobile Tesla tech that comes to your house (a special service for those not near a SC). No drivetrain problems whatsoever. 1/3 the maintenance cost of an ICE vehicle, no gas cost. Gas net savings about $5,0000 over 5 years. This is an SUV with moderate dirt road capability and 9" ground clearance.

Fantastic car buying experience at Lexus of Watertown and John Bartow has been great! We bought our last Lexus in 2017 and have now traded it in for a new one. The process was super easy and pain free. John was knowledgeable and courteous and walked us through the trade-in and purchase process with grace. Definitely go back again in the future!

2018 Tesla Model 3 Long Range RWD I purchased this car with a little less than 60k miles one and a half years ago for 21k. It now as 97k miles and the only maintenance I’ve done have been new tires and windshield washer fluid. Someone made a left turn in front of me and the car was already braking as I was lifting my foot off the accelerator. Quite literally saved my life. The suspension is tuned to be sporty, so it’s not a plush ride by any means, but it’s hard to beat at its price point in the used market.

I’ve had my M3P for 5 days and I freaking love it! Controls take some time to get used to where everything is. I’ve had maybe 30 cars and this is my favorite by far. I highly recommend if you’re in the fence, just buy one. You only live once!

Highly recommend Michael and the dealership at Route 110 Auto! We found the perfect car for our daughter. The car drives great, super clean, and our experience with getting in and out was fast, easy, and actually enjoyable! Michael is not your typical shady used car dealer. He was great to work with, we got a fair deal, and he not only treated us great, but I watched him with a young family ahead of us, and he was so considerate of their baby. The whole buying experience was super and we got to drive our newly purchased car home that same day! Our mechanic gave the car a look over, and could not believe how clean this 2014 Honda Civic was. One of the best cars I owned. With recent price reduction on Teslas, this car is excellent value. First of acceleration does not get old. Puts a smile on my face every time. One pedal driving is fantastic once you get used to it. So many different features and you get more with every update. This is so cool to own car for 6 month or longer and still get new features. I’m assuming they had some quality issue with early models. Mine is 2022 and fit and finish is excellent. All works as advertised. I was a bit skeptical about getting a Tesla myself due to so many negative comments. But my personal experience is excellent. No rattles. Love using my phone as a key. So convenient. Audio system is one of the best in business. Give Tesla a try and you will not be disappointed. Range is plenty for daily city driving. Saving ton of money on gas. Convenience of charging at home. No more Costco gas station lines. Time will tell, but as far as I understand this electric engines are much simpler and this more reliable in a long term.

On April 30th, 2021 I had an appointment at Prime Toyota for a humming sound I heard when I turn the steering wheel. At 6 am. I parked my car and left the keys in the dropoff box. Came back and pickup the car not checking the entire car. As soon as I got home with the car I noticed the right passenger side had dents and scratches. I called Prime and the call went to voice mail. My mistake one i never check the car before leaving the dealership and second when I call back I was very frustrated and didn't leave a message. I called the next morning and spoke with Lacey DaRose who told me to bring the car in. I drove all the way to Prime Toyota West Roxbury. Lacey went and spoke with the Fixed Ops Director Malinda Burgos who spoke to me like was stupid telling me she's not arguing. She then told me she would fix the car and gave me a rental within a week, I told her to put it in writing and she wrote on one of her business cards and gave it to me.Here's my intake on all this, You never inconvenience a customer. She should have taken the car the same day to have it fixed and gave me a car . She told me to give her a week to call and let me know when a rental will be available . A week for me is a liftime especially the incident happen right there at the dealership. I gave her 3 business days. I called on the third business day and left her a messages she never called back. I was very upset the forth day and drove up to Prime Toyota, and met Alwin customer relations at the new Parkway Toyota and he made my day. I told him what had happened and he took care of the problem right away. He took my car and have it sent to the body shop and gave me a rental. Also Jason DaSilver both gentlemen were awesome and I honestly had no intention of going back to this dealership until I met these professional men. I just want to say thank you to Alwin from customer Relations and Jason Dasilver for such great customer service and your my only reason for going back to this dealership. Your both truly remarkable.Thanks so much!

Best car I’ve ever owned. Fit and finish is great. The charging network and range is amazing. My favorite part of the car is the UI. Constantly getting better with updates and easy to use. 28,000 miles so far and zero maintenance!
