We actually traveled four hours to this Chicago used car dealership that listed a lot of used model X's, drove a couple, then found out that they will personally inspect a car and give us a high-quality video walk around and deliver to us for $350 [chicago to 49417]. Nader was very helpful and patient. So we went home and kept checking online until that dealership listed the car with all the options we wanted, then got videos via txt, called back and asked some basic questions, then bought and had it delivered. They also helped us navigate the intricacies of an interstate purchase. We also learned that model X's move quickly, Driven Auto dozens of cars per week if not more, so when you see it you better pull the trigger quickly

This is the fourth Subaru we have bought from Castle Subaru. Dave set us up with Cheyene who helped us get exactly what we wanted. This will primarily be my wife’s car and they did everything to make her happy. Then we got to work with Stephanie who worked with us so we could creatively pay for the car without a loan. Plat tire on pickup. Towed to Ford. Purrchased 2 tires amd had them put on vehicle. Prrompt service and price not bad at all as got 2 tire and mounted.

I wasn't even requested to do a review of this new Alfa Romeo dealership, but I wanted to make sure I had a chance to let people know what a great job they are doing at Joe Rizza Alfa Romeo. I brought my 2017 Giulia (which I absolutely love!) in for its 30k scheduled service, and received nothing but top tier customer service from the time I called to set it up, to the drop off and loaner car (which service mgr. Dan warmed up for me) to when I returned to retrieve my car. There's no denying the car itself is spectacular in every way. But it will take a dealership experience like this for Alfa Romeo to crack into the competitive performance/luxury car market. Great job!
